The funder has offered 10p per share fund raise in cahoots with the inept CEO Mr Curran who was 44% and is backing them
At £4mln cap and with Elon Musks Neuralink amongst the big clients using SND also Google and Tesla there will likely be a takeover approach before the 6mths is passed
in such manner that would allow an orderly exit for those shareholders who do not wish to hold shares in a private company environment, where a trading facility will not be offered. The Company and ROX are of the opinion that the costs and complexities of being quoted on AIM do not benefit the Company and its shareholders during a period where the business is undergoing transformation.
It is anticipated that a Cancellation resolution will be put to Shareholders within six months of completion of the Fundraise. Graham Curren has irrevocably undertaken to the Company and to ROX to vote in favour of a Cancellation resolution in respect of those shares in which he and his connected persons are interested, being in aggregate 39,253,866 Ordinary Shares, representing 44.88% of the Company's existing issued Ordinary Share capital.
28th March RNS
Thank you 99. Is that a certainty? Which RNS stated it was delisting. I've read through but never noted that.
However
1 the vote to de list is not for 6mths
2 SND is now under takeover recode
3 Elon musks neurakink having worked with SND as per the Feb sky news report are in prime position
4 since the RNS last month only one fund has TR1d....meaning most of the fall was due to P.Is and MMs
5 theu have $200mln contracted revenues over next 5yrs
6 someone is buying the loose stock in batches last 7 days
Because they are going to delist with no facility for PIs to trade afterwards. So people are bailing to get something now rather than nothing later.
Hi,
Must admit I don't have a clue why the RNS's at the end of March have caused the share price to crash to it's current level.
Anyone invested here able to cast a light as to what it's all about? I mean it looks like the company is going to get the funding it wants so surely that's a good thing?
£19,000 buy just shown up qt full price
Someone pop Tesla on online paper then this share up to 11p , Now you can buy at 4p as many as you like but why do peoples lose belief what Chip can do and bring to market? Yes lender must pay 10p for share if they want more so now too cheap in events they take over this company and move into private. .
Thanks. Will take that as the current loan value % measured against the current MCAP. Need some updates to get this moving. A sniff of another fund buying will change things very quickly. Dont fancy holding these for Months like I did with REVB. Although the outcome was well worth it.
Sorry...Currently has 44%
Need to clarify ROX holding. I thought that the 2 loans were at 15 % interest and that they would be paid up in shares if SND unable to pay this interest @ 10p share value. Do You have confirmation that ROX hold 44 % of share issue.
I am aware that any further funding by ROX will be at 10pps.
Someone has been hoovering up loose stock for a week now, and only 1 holding sRNS in 4 weeks despite about 25% of the shares in issue being traded (and of the 82mln 44%held by ROX)
Stock overhang being bought a mid prices. Maybe see a small rise Today if enough is bought.
Herman
This is so oversold now and on all chart metrics (I have very basic knowledge!!) This seems .the bottom and there is the real possibility of bids too
Panic selling finished cause people realised that in case of a new bid they can make a killing here within a relatively short time (just a few days)
Interesting that out of all the TR1 holders and despite all the volume there has only been one change via holdings RNS
Suggests that people are keeping their cards close
Under favourable conditions everything is possible
Could see 200% r rise
I took a gamble with a small amount. Time will tell: lose or multiply
15 pence wouldn't be unreasonable as ROX have already put the floor at 10p
October 2022. IPO 55p. Market Cap £48m. Company had been doing well before IPO but was based on introducing 5nm tech. Now working with 3nm and a lot more top tier customers. Can this realy be worth less than 4p ? Cant see anymore shares have been added since IPO so this is still way underpriced. My 15p + takeover price forecast seems reasonable.
Other clients could be interested in SND ?

It is emerging that Neuralink could be one of the
interested parties circling embattled British chip maker Sondrel. Recently it is believed that Sondrel solved some of Neuralink problems with their recent human brain implant which other chip suppliers could not solve. Neuralink Corp. is an American neurotechnology company that is developing implantable brain–computer interfaces, based in California and founded by Elon Musk and a team of scientists and engineers.
Neuralink had recently livestreamed its first patient implanted with a chip playing online chess.
By way of context, Sondrel is one of only a handful of firms capable of supplying the higher-spec chips required, others are in Asia but are considered vulnerable to Chinese interference
rumour that spread across the media this week, after the Daily Mail, quoting 'a source with knowledge of the matter', revealed that Sondrel played a key part in developing Tesla boss Elon Musk's brain–computer interface Neuralink.
According to sources, Musk called on Sondrel to lend its highly specialised knowledge of bespoke microchip designs to Neuralink, which was successfully implanted into a patient's brain for the first time last Sunday.
