Why are you not buying shares to install some confidence in your company ??
The continued. silence & lack of progress by SEE is now beyond a joke.
The market either smells something bad & pushing share price down or we are getting played like all the other crap*y AIM stock out there.
If directors knew good results are on their way while are they not buying at 4p ? Absolutely shocking PR & marketing by SEE once again letting market players punish us because of lack of clear news & concise updates from this company.
That is because the forward collision ADAS will be added at point of manufacture due to the new rules so they will be making the money from that instead.
G3 isn’t taking off the way it was expected to really and the mobileye announcement is just another PARTNERSHIP that has production absolutely nothing, are seeing machines difficult to work with? There must have been something in the pipeline for the partnerships or licensing deals to start in the first place? Then absolutely nothing.
What about all the G2 stock? Do we still have fortunes tied up in that?

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that it has signed a non-exclusive Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") with Mobileye Vision Technologies Ltd ("Mobileye"), industry leader in the development of advanced driver assistance systems ("ADAS") and autonomous driving technologies.
The Agreement enhances Seeing Machines' Aftermarket offering, Guardian, which targets the commercial fleet sector, by incorporating the Mobileye suite of Aftermarket products to alert drivers of potentially dangerous situations.

Hopefully wrong but I just feel things are very tight and volumes are the big issue....perhaps the KPI's in a few days will assuage my fears.
Last week I posted the types of volumes I estimate they need to breakeven in any quarter - Cannot see it happening in calendar 2024.
Why are people on this board suggesting this exactly?
Stifel - who I presume did their due diligence - said that it’s extremely unlikely that we will need a fundraise again because we are due to hit break even FY2025 and have enough runway to get us there
Would imagine based on their cashflow and funding if they wanted to do dms their best route is via aquisition and Cipia being Israeli and cheap might offer best synergy and design wins already on table. Easier to integrate if backoffice or tech teams in same country. Tobii and smarteye in Sweden, see in Australia etc.
Good news there is that none of the Mobileye developments over the next few years include DMS as far as I can see.
A quick look through the four future developments shows that all are focused on Exterior sensing not interior.
Does not mean they are not working on DMS but at least nothing concrete announced for now.
Announcement that Mobileye will ship 46 million new assisted driver chips over next few years and still we wait for an RNS for any new volumes !!!!

Well a higher proportion of recent trading has beem of the AT variety, suggesting your average PI is not behind the move
The last few days have had pretty strong momentum but hopefully we can build a base around here if the selling isnt too persistent
We certainly need some positive news.....preferably not of the PM jam tomorrow variety
I would suggest that should we win a decent amount via valeo or magna for mirror or other neat solution then some NRE may need to be covered but the mirror route likely means minimal and more magna than us for input. If the share price miraculously goes north on back of breakeven and new contrast then I am not against 30% dilution for aquisition - my pref would be tobii. Stripping headcount and duplicated roles could add wins, tech ip and on road sales at a profitable level. Lot of road to run to get there without hitting any major humps.
I'm keeping focused on that.
What is date of next KPIs, or financial update?
I'm sticking with SEE until break even as long as its within next 18 months.
We are not doing great but I think we have enough money for a while so do not expect any placing. However all hinges on sales, clearly PM has budgeted on increasing sales to offset the operating expenses, hence predicting profitability next financial year which starts in July, ( 2 months to end of this FY).
If revenue do not ramp up then there may be cause, but if the profitability is not kicked too far into the distance then they can take a bridging loan from a bank. Hopefully however these discussions will only be of academic exercise as PM surprises us, he has to be right sometimes .....even a broken clock and all that...
How can a placing be on the way? According to PM we don’t need to and we will be cash breakeven within 8 months. PM is never wrong and has never said anything that hasn’t happened …..

Very disappointing if so - time as always will tell - very happy to be wrong but cannot ignore the evidence.
2026 could still be blockbusters when the European ENCAP legislation lines up behind camera DMS and aviation enters production - holding for that.
We have no credible info on GEN3 progress after last year's razzmatazz so have to ignore for now.

PM is busy in the background making sure the contracts are getting to SOP. At least that what I have been proposed by someone on this BB. He is doing a great job.
move along nothing to see here, lets us all talk about the fact that SEYE raised some capital, over at our side of the fence everything is hunky-dory. Great buying opportunity nailed on to be £1 by end of the year. (PM said 70p, but you know how he is always understating the numbers so the actual price must be £1 at least).
