Good luck with buying it’s going to NT for most amounts
Yes, quelle surprise a positive update will probably be just around the corner now from SAR HQ. e.g. HNWI's investing further, patent news, SRA737 licencing and SDC1801 data from Oz. It's time for Stephen Parker and Tim Mitchell to get that RNS machine firing on all cylinders again and take our share price back to where it was in 2021 and pre RF. A reminder that we were at 450p back then.
Some of the early morning orders on L2 are looking good too
Finally. Yes 60-75 p should be the base price without any news. All the best.
Wonderful news this morning. I'm hoping we've bottomed out now and will see a climb in SP.
Nice RNS and now paves a clear path for us to return to price levels before this all started. Really good news in the pipeline too
GLA holders!
Oh and the scum have 1.106m warrants to cash in any time before August 2027, should they wish to do so.
Yes RGO (RF) really are gone. No more companies will ever be subject to their predative finance, since they are being wound up by the new owner.
But the sad fact of AIM is that some new finance company is bound to spring up with similar schemes?
Looks like my calculations were slightly out, but it was and is always impossible to know exactly how many RF had sold. The remainder can be sold for any profit they can get over the 10p placing price that now kicks into the selling agreement from the August RNS. (Unless SP drops again below 11p - perish the thought!!)
Nice to wake up to good news
I should not think anyone else wanting to take a drawdown against Riverfort finance.
They are now gone.
We will be finding out who recommended them, even if it means waiting to the AGM.
Those that have bailed the company out should receive options. The BoD need nailing for this catastrophe, and l hope they read this chat board.
Rant over, onwards and upwards and should not be long before we receive an update on 737 or 1801.
Regards
Very welcome rns today, now let's go
Happy Groggy needs to tell himself some more tales of his wealth, friends , lovers and success. He thinks he is sat at the bar on this bb, like Billy Bullsheet the ex SAS officer lmao !
Once these RF headwinds are removed there is every chance of either a trial update or data read out RNS. Could it be that we are all about to have some time in the sun?
Yes good riddance to RiverFort ... Let's hope the BOD have learnt a lesson ... With a bit of luck we'll be over this debacle in a couple of weeks ... Roll on the results ... LH&K Mafuta
Great timing Brighty and fantastic news.
Good Riddance to the disastrous RF funding. Normal service can now be resumed. Time for investors to top up and buy in ahead of the P1 results. I did yesterday buying 93,059 more shares ....
Good luck, Brighty
Fantastic news, time to put this sorry saga behind us.
Great news, happy st georges day
Well they maybe already forward sold.
Final tranche of shares issued to RF - only warrants remain. All good here very soon
I wish you’d take off somewhere Gregorio
To late they have been grounded and it is not sure if they will take off again
I hope we can discuss Sareum flying soon!
For the plane buffs on here if ever you are in this area there is a splendid air museum at Tangmere just outside Chichester with fabulous details and stories and momentos’s of airmen based there and at Goodwood during the War and numerous magnificent airplanes on display both inside and outside including a Spitfire, Vulcan and many many others. It’s not especially a hobby of mine but I was blown away by the museum it was fabulous.
As a former BAE Systems aeronautical engineer I’d hate to imagine the practicalities of even just maintaining a Spitfire.
I still remember all the retired old boys that used to go in and work on Vulcan XM603. They always thought they’d get it flying again but the airframe was corroded to high heaven.
I even got roped in to going up a ladder one time to remove the cowlings, venture in to the air intakes within the wings and turn the engines rotors over by hand. Even though you know it’s not going to burst in to life it’s a bit unnerving.
