I admire your attitude to risk, Krusty. Whilst I'm not confident of a life changing rerate, I think you could well make a very nice profit, if you chose to trade some on news.
Well I have to admit to not being clever enough at selling at the right price .
My 6 million GGP shares were valued at £2.28 million at peak price, and my 121000 SAR shares were 605k at peak price,
I suppose I am the biggest tw#t on this board!!
How do you come to 20p ? why not 2p or 0p ?
37p was my old average, 0.74p. 0.18p was the lowest point I ever bought in. Technically, I'm in profit because I took my initial stake out several times. Still stings though. With the RF drawdown due anytime, the 20's could be breached very soon.
I wish they would slow down a bit, I can't keep up! No sooner has my Buy at 45p triggered than we're looking at 40p. I'll need to raise more funds though because it's 10,000 every 5p from here. Any sniff of good news, real or rumoured, will see this flying back up. Not just yet though, please.
I feel BOD should dig their faces in shame. This is being manipulated big time in my opinion. No news can be interpreted both ways but most likely as positive however here this is being pulled down mercilessly. At this rate it will reach old money and all consolidation gone in vain. Well done BoDs.
Regretfully potnak, the possibility of missing deadlines is very real with Sareum. The market is sensing this and hence the extreme price weakness. I am still an LTH but i must admit i am losing faith and as you aptly put it i do have my "breaking point". With the SP plummeting i feel as an LTH that i have been left holding the baby. My consolation is that i put in capital i can afford to lose but really i was naive in not taking profits in an AIM share where really there is no protection for investors.

Am I seeing right ? SP showing 35 p
I did think that when I wrote it. Seriously though, if they do miss the deadline this time. Questions need to be asked.
When do they ever meet their own deadline? 🤒
Spursboy. Completely agree with you, however if Parker isn't there to raise the required funding when necessary, what the fork is he there for !!!!!??? whilst pulling more than £50K per year in fees.
Remember, Parker is a *non-executive* Chairman. Yes, we all hope he'd help and broker financing, especially with the institutions but it's Tim and John running the business day-to-day.
There isn't anything the board can do. Good or bad, What has been done, is already done. Its interesting you used the word disciples in an earlier post. the scales are tipping into the negative sentiment and every ardent long-termer will have a breaking point where they think, "well, this is a bit sh@t"
We need data and we are not that far away from the first tranche of data. April\May possibly before or they won't meet their own deadline of P1b completion this year.
Whilst sharing the disappointment at the current share price I cannot agree with the "it's over" comments when in fact it's only just began. I still hold more than 30,000 shares (yes i took some past profits which I've been completely transparent about) hence I too am carrying a significant paper loss from where we were 12 months ago. However, let's put things into perspective, our key molecules with the most potential were always going to be SDC1801 and 1802. We had a false start with 1801 when the UK testing agencies lethargy / incompetence rendered it necessary to switch trials to Australia. Since initiating the trials we have proceeded in line with the road map indicated at the commencement of trials, unless anyone can tell me differently. So the reality is, like it or not, we have to await the outcome of the trials to determine our future.
Now let's have a bit of spleen venting, the BOD are woeful with their comms, it is quite apparent that several posters here could do a much better job and most likely are better qualified in marketing, than the shower we have employed. I do however hold faith in Michael Owen to deliver a deal when the opportunity presents itself, he has done so for other small cap pharma companies similar to SAR. We must also point the finger at the BOD, probably Parker, for entering into the current (P!$$ poor) finance arrangements, I don't have to elaborate upon the outcomes they are there for all to see. Finally we have to recognise that the MM's are making hay whilst the sun shines at the expense of our share price. Whilst they have endless cheap shares from RF they can keep walking the price down, but, eventually they will have to go long as they will be unable to keep convincing us to buy into the drop. As mentioned earlier, if you can afford to hold then try and do so, as imho and for what it's worth we could be in a very different place in 12 months time. It would be terrible to see genuine long term holders miss out on either getting their money back or hopefully realising some profits for their continued loyalty.
And finally Mr Mitchell don't forget we know where you live.!! GLA. Andy. :+))
I think one of you detractors ought to outline where they are going wrong.
They accelerated trials by moving to Oz and then tapped RF for sufficient funds to be able to meet Sareums financial obligations. Otherwise the trial wouldn’t have happened.
737 is now farmed out . Yes comms could be better if there is anything to report, but there isn’t. We all know the timelines involved so why the angst? We know what we are hoping for, so why the angst? Like many here, I have a lot to lose as does my family so I am not insulated from the reality of our position. Just follow the news and hold your nerve if you can. No point in playing the man, play the ball ffs.
I don't think we can force anyone's hand, Ben. It is my opinion that the last RNS we got was an honest update, clearly stating the plan and timescales. The damage, if you can call it that, has been done. We are stuck with RF until they are paid back. I think Damion's points re P1a trials are as good as we will get and if true, mean we don't have long to wait until we get news from 1a, good or bad. Personally, I don't think we will get a deal until 1b data is in. If the board are truthful, then we should be funded up to the end of 1b. I know some think we will get a deal on 1a data and I'm in no position to disagree with that. My concern with that is with an early license, the upfront will be small, maybe enough to keep the lights on and fund 1802 in P1 but no real shareholder value.
Either way, I think, once spring arrives, we will be stuck around the £1 level until 737 news or rumors about P1b leak.

Correct! My investment here was made from profits from some GGP shares that I sold at 18p in order to buy in here at near on the ATH and pre-consolidation (which I voted against!).
I have bought more since in order to average down to my current break even point of £2.58 odd per share (fat chance of that happening at the moment!?)
Thankfully still up some 550% odd with my remaining GGP holding (despite having lost over £600k in paper profit since the Dec 2019 ATH) and will have been invested over there for 10 years this summer (and thankfully with an average of 1.1p).
As I've said before it's a 'sh 1t or bust' play for me now with SAR, but I just wish something would happen soon whilst GGP's sp is so low, so I can sell up (even at a loss) and move the funds back into GGP so as to (hopefully) end up with more GGP shares than when I first sold to invest in SAR (as was always the plan).
Not holding my breath though for that anytime soon and concerning the current BOD it does appear that we are paying certain individuals a salary who are clearly not doing their job nor appear to be fit for purpose within that role!
Judging by posts this morning and recently, the majority have lost faith in Parker's ability to act decisively and competently.
So, how do we go about forcing his hand?
How do we get across shareholder anger on this?
How do we ensure he understands he cannot keep taking his 50k salary whilst providing woeful guidance?
Nothing has happened since the AGM. They have taken nothing on board. We need to act.
(And please don't reply with "trust the science" - it's such a boring shutdown of conversation. There are so many other crucial aspects to a successful junior pharmaceutical company..
Well you certainly won't Surfie. Keep talking it down though with your disciples. You are doing a great job. Matty hasn't lost - he hasn't sold.
For serious investors - nothing has changed. We should also be receiving £136k from the 737 up front payment. I am hoping against hope that we do not draw down from RF. Hold on if you can.
It's all been discussed a million times Surfie....it should never have got to where it did valuation wise but it was nuts times....it is simply a very high risk investment, it could end up doing amazingly or it could be another RENE (which I am still sore about even though the writing was on the wall ages ago).
Anyone can post DYOR or cite predictions based on potential market share or the like but we have no idea what is going on in the labs. I sure as sh*t hope it's good news but no one knows.
Oh dear Matt, that is a LOT of money to loose. I am 91% down but only (relative) £9,000 down! Like you I wish I had never heard of SAR. I mentioned this a while ago and got slated by the rampers some of which have long since dissapeared from this BB. This share has been going down daily for weeks and I find it amazing how anyone who has been here for any length of time can find anything positive to say about this.
The RF deal has not been great but its a hell of a lot better than the position RENE announced yesterday. We are still in business and not likely to have our patents snapped up at bargain basement prices. GLA
