I re-checked the London Stock Exchange and that is the latest.
Maidit308 : LoL, I was hoping you would see the above and you did. You got 4 RECOMMENDATIONS for your post and I was 1 of them. So, there are 3 others here. News, Mon, 13 May 2024 @14;11.
It's a sell rollover.
13-May-24 13:13:40 0.048 27,000,000 Buy* 0.045 0.05 12.96k O
13-May-24 13:13:17 0.05 27,000,000 Buy* 0.045 0.05 13.50k
Note the closeness of the times and the second price is lower than the first.
if it was a second buyer the price would not have fallen, it would have increased.
In a scenario of two different people regarding 27k, I wonder if the first could be a buy DIY done electronically but the second could also be a buy at a fractionally lower price but done over the phone with the dealing team of a brokers having negotiated the best price for another buyer...
Interesting theory but the closeness of the two transaction indicates a rollover.
THe interesting thing is that would make is a sell rollowver, a bit brave at this price level where any sudden "good news" could take the price up quickly.
It would depend upon where the trade was entered of course!
A few observtions:
[1] The 1st 27m was a buy at 0.05p for £13,500. [Blue].
[2] The 2nd 27m transaction was secs after and IF, say, it was a SELL, then rather unusual as one has to SELL and then BUY. Why? It is immediate settlement ie one has to have the CASH in the account to allow buying. Mine is immediate settlement . So, a/c to the rules, is it not sell first?
[3] At 0.048p, it was NEVER a SELL PRICE per quote. The spread was 0.05p and 0.045p.
[4] The jury is out. On the London Stock Exchange, it shows 2 , 27m transactions and both £13,500.
--------------------EVEN if, a rollover, how come this person doesnt listen to X expert? Or y who says x days to ...?--------
I wonder. Mon, 13.5.24
Both in the upper half of the spread and could also have been the same person, e.g one purchase could have gone into an ISA, one ito a SIPP.
Thanks NEWS'' and as usual SP is at 0.0475p but bashers would find ways to discredit a buy at 0.048 & 0.05p as if they cannot count LOL!! you couldn't make it up'' and yes i have your back also even if i have been away from BB for awhile
Regards
Hmi
It was a rollover!
If you have ever done one you would know it was.
No matter how hard you try and convince, it was a rollover, simples....
For the avoidance of doubt: It is important that all views have been expressed - that is the democratic process in a democracy. Needless to say, the person that executes the above trade must may have read this forum or the other one or the HISTORY as some call it, BUT nevertheless, was still of the opinion:
[1] No one is "eating" them ie one of their own kind.
[2] "Experts" of a school of thought here.
[3] And so forth.---------------As postulated on here.
BUT RATHER, SOME ONE TOOK AN INDEPENDENT VIEW AND DECISION AS ABOVE AND THAT IS EVIDENCED on the London Stock Exchange site. DECISION THEIRS-MONEY THEIRS. News, 14.5.24. Time will prove many things as norm.
-------------AIM CO'S IN GENERAL & IN PARTICULAR---------
All co's runs via the same playbook of Assets minus Liabilities. In audited accounts, the auditors will give their opinion at the end of each account. If folks dont accept Assets minus Liabilities, then up to each one as its their own money and DECISION. END OF DAY: HISTORY IS NOT THE ONLY VARIABLE but rather the main variable is Assets minus Liabilities as at this date. Today, Tues, 14 May 2024, RRR 's share price is 0.048p with a ===MKT CAP OF £1.89M.===LOWEST IN THE RRR HISTORY .
So, based on this, each one has to make their own DECISION-----------ALL VIEWS HAVE BEEN EXPRESSED and in the main, they are repeats of the same one hears on almost every forum. Suffice to say, we , on this forum will RE-VISIT and see what the coming history will say of RRR. This is objective testing. News, 14 May 2024. Summer is here and life is to be enjoyed ie nature, sun and appreciation for one's health.
Not sure what those posts have to do with the rollover trade the thread is about?
NEWS'' no point arguing with AIM, as the same again just now 2m buy @ 0.048p and a 5m buy @ 0.05p they are also roll over sells from last month i suppose ? anyway at 0.0 nothing'' who cares....
When we had a 10m sell yesterday the trolls was all over it like a rash, jumping up and down singing and dancing but as soon as we get a big buy 27m they discredit it ? FKN TROLLS as soon as you get rid of 1 filter the CNTS another 2 turn up''
For those that don't know'' 0.045p trades are all sells you may get a slight improvement on the price to 0.0453 or even 0.046 but 0.047p 0.048p 0.05 are buys anyone saying any different are CNTS
This is DAY 1 of big transactions. The above transactions come to £27,000 IN MONEY dated 13 May 2024.
So, 3 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS BIG TRANSACTIONS.
If anyone has ===========£65 , 0 0 0 IN CASH IN THEIR STOCKBROKING ACCOUNT @cash basis, ===and the same transactions done, it can be CONFIRMED if still not satisfied. Ring the broker, it will GO TO DEALING DESK as no other telephone no can CHECK LIVE SHARE PRICES. The broker will ask name etc, a/c no and other details , they will CALL UP THE ACCOUNT and an enquiry means they will DO A LIVE QUOTE TO BUY and one has to HAVE THE ABOVE SUMS IN CASH as there is NO credit given such large amounts. So, ALL CASH BASIS. So, these LARGE TRANSACTIONS HAVE RUN FOR 3 CONTINUOUS DAYS NOW. Interesting time in RRR HISTORY as I have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING like this before since I got here on RRR DRC RNS. News, Wed, 15 May 2024. NOTE: WILL WATCH TOMORROW IF AGAIN, THE SAME FOR THE 4TH DAY?
I think you are chasing shadows News.
Nothing of interest IMO
Banburyboy
Yesterday, you said these BIG transactions are "leeks", now you say on the 3rd running day, shadows? LoL. MM's now want to pay more to buy and spread live quote has gone up. Even the London South East quoted up as Helpful stated. Since you have NO SHARES in RRR, you are not checking therefore but others are who have SHARES in RRR. Got to see what comes next tomorrow ie transactions. YA KNOW THEORY, VOL AND PRICE RISE AND ALL THAT -FACT. Wed, 15.5.24.
News I will indulge you for the fun of it
Last two spikes
Mid Feb 365m shares traded at 0.1p 365k in real money
Mid March 276m traded at o.8p = 230k in real money.
Todays action nothing comparable or of interest. IMO
I do have shares in RRR which I said a few times.
Only down 60% much less than Maidit so one of the lucky ones.
Ya know what they say about statistics. You dont SAY WHAT YEAR? 2nd: You quoted SHARES TRADED.
SHARES TRADED vs BIG TRANSACTIONS ARE 2 DISTINCT events.
If the public buys £20 worth, that could add up to shares traded ie TOTAL VOLUME.
BIG TRANSACTIONS are not shares traded that is being discussed here.
LoL , what will your supporters think now given yesterday you said "LEEK" now you say shadows? Wed, 15.5.24.
Let's leave it there as one waits to SEE what happens next TOMORROW and if there are SIMILAR BIG TRANSACTIONS. FAIR?
Banburyboy
You said you bought RRR shares equivalent to a LONDON PUB LUNCH!!! LoL. How much is a London pub lunch. OOOh , at Spoons, one could have a meal at £12?
