LOL Not all. I spend time researching investments both pro and con (this is work for me) For the record although I do a great job in this area, losses do occur, certainly a loss is possible here and I am certainly down for the moment. The reasons I invested are still valid. Also for the record I have posted negative comments. However for me, once I sold a position I move on and would not spend time posting..
Personally I do not believe any posts, negative or positive, have a influence on share price. if anyone reads these posts either positive or negative as a basis for an investment decision then IMO that is incredible poor investment making process. So on that point I agree with you that "it will not make the slightest bit of difference"
It appears that you over-react to my posts because you are enable to deal with current reality of RRR and are instead posting due to your prior losses in RRR.
Thank you for spending your time on posting on shares that you do not have ownership.
Helpful has been very quite now for 3 days???
The previous raise has a floor of 0.2p.
The discount of 8% and rounding down mean we are at that point.
The loan provider can opt at the floor just for all their cash back plus heavy interest.
If they do that the next raise would need to both repay December raise and fund administration for Quarter 2 2023 . !!!
If they opt for shares at 0.2p dilution will be amazing.
It does look very much like time has caught up with the company and AB.
Desperately needs DRC
Cliché
If your sole focus is on yourself then you're destined to be blind sided with such a myopic approach. As for:-
" I am usually much too busy with work, friends and family to pursue such issues"
You weren't so busy with work, friends and family that you could find the time to reply.
In reality specinvestor99 the subtext of your post is "don't post negative comments because I'm trying to pump this up so I can get out without a loss".
If this investment is solid it will not make the slightest bit of difference what you or I post on this board to the eventual performance of the share price. The fact that you feel inclined to jump to its defence so readily shows a fair degree of doubt on your part.
TDT
PS I'll not be offended if you don't reply given your busy "work, friends and family" schedule.
Poor post spec, but not uncommon on this board. A normal reaction when someone is starting to realise they’ve been sold a pup....
I’m sure that before your 2 to 3 year plan for this “investment” you’ll see this and remove your rose tinted.....specs.
Fundraise within 3 weeks, tick tock.
an interesting way to spend your time which of course is your choice. I am usually much too busy with work, friends and family to pursue such issues
I noticed that Panther Metals managed to IPO on the ASX back in December 2021 on the back of their gold, nickel tenements in country - they raised $5m and attained a market value of $11m, this IPO was carried out in far worse market conditions than current.
The question is why Bell has not managed to IPO New Ballarat therefore, one actually wonders if all of Red Rocks projects are restrained due to lack of cash - this lack of cash is entirely due to Bell being unable to deliver a sustainable market capitalisation north of £10m for over 10 years, for most of the time it has not exceeded £5m.
Due to Bell's inability and lust for dilution a share price of 1p would now deliver a market cap of £14m - such a valuation has not occurred since 2011 when the main value driver was the stake in Jupiter Mines and hopes of imminent Columbian gold production.
Someone posted earlier that Red Rock was a one man band, it is, the man in question is VERY clever, he has created a situation when failure is the norm but his position in the company is as solid as a rock (no pun intended), he has in place a small group of 'supportive' major shareholders, why do they support him? - no wonder a few voices have suggested a forensic audit should be carried out.
On paper one major shareholder who owns circa 15% must be down over £500k on his initial investment but he continues to support Bell.
So what is to come, well my predictions last September that Bell would not list New Ballarat, no JV in Kenya, get the Congo cash or Elephant Oil listing by year end proved correct, I was chastised at the time - I now put it on record that I fully expect none of the above will happen this year either.
We await the Lithium project which is supposed to deliver revenue, it seems too good to be true, what could possibly go wrong with Bell in tow.
Looking expensive now
66k fee all paid in shares
Subscription price now down to 0.2p the floor price. The funding provider can opt at any time to not take shares and revert support back to a loan paying interest. Its approaching the point where they would do that.
Unless Congo or Elephant yields some cash it's looking really dire.
And if we do get lucky the conversion to shares will happen limiting any gain.
Feels like check mate and lose lose
"....you should sell your shares"
What makes you think I hold shares in this dog?
And to pre-empt your "why are you here" follow-up imagine this if you can, a pool of crystal clear water that we PI's all sup from . You then look up and see a couple of people pi z zing in that pool. Worse still there's a couple who've turned their backs on the pool, dropped their pants, assumed the squat position and are proceeding to cast a little brown one off into the pond. That's AB and Red Rock. Before long the pond of crystal clear water becomes nothing more than a fetid polluted pond that nobody will want to sup from.
You might be taken in by the jam tomorrow. That's you choice, its your money. These board, however, are there for bulls as well as bears, for holders as well as non-holders. Get used to it.

Hi Speculative.
I know it's frustrating to have so many negative posters and I am one. This share attracts us like moths to a light.
For the best part of ten years a poster called Mr Magic turned cynicism into a full time job on this board . He called it bang on year after year
I was looking this morning and it's nearing a five year low - despite was it a forty to one consolidation.
It's been in freefall for fifteen years .
The fall is breath taking and littered with jam tommorrow promises that never deliver.
You I know are aware of the risk but others may not be and constant warnings are posted by myself and others for their financial wellbeing
I would love this to rise to 1p on Elephant or the imminentCongo deal or Glencore or Lithium but history and form is against it.
We must be approaching the six month anniversary of Imminent and it will go down in folklore alongside Greenland , the Limon and that Cypriot bank.
There is a dichotomy that something is so bad it's addictive and compelling viewing. I'm afraid that's why I can't stop myself from looking in. AB is in a strange way a legend the eddy the Eagle of the market.
Best of luck.
KimiR and Tricky I disagree however I understand your viewpoint. Since you see nothing positive by all means you should sell your shares
Clearly has the desired effect. Keeps the idiots thinking that the failed CEO/Chairman/One man band (what's the point in the other directors btw?) is aligned with shareholders.
"AB owns a lot of shares and options so IMO it is misleading to say AB has no interest in share price"
Surely you don't think that in anyway influences Bell and what he does? When the consolidation comes, as it eventually will, he'll just award himself with a load of freebies. Same old same old.

Hawaii Five 0- AB owns a lot of shares and options so IMO it is misleading to say AB has no interest in share price
Back in Dec when the last financing was announced I noted that this, in part, was bet that Congo $ would come in Jan. This did not happen and share price has suffered and will continue to suffer until Congo happens or other significant news counters that financing
Congo -unfortunately unless RRR can come with means to pressure the other side (legal or criminal actions) this becomes a waiting game. They already got $5 million (ill gotten gains) so they are in better situation to wait. IMO the government of Congo has to put pressure to enforce the arbitration process otherwise it is simply meaningless and runs counter to official position that they are trying to reduce corruption. When I bought earlier last year I gave it an estimate of 3 years. Early success gave me hope that it would faster. Unfortunately AB thought $ would come in and started to make funding obligations on other projects burning even more cash. In hindsight that was a mistake but hindsight is always 20/20 and never makes a mistake
He needed the readies to deal with Victoria. I have never commented on the agreement. They had to drill otherwise Berringa would not get renewed.
It looks like they have come up trumps in Victoria. Prior to seeing the 3D model, I was pretty negative on RRAL (I still think he should have sold it some time ago) but the model changes everything. Now that it looks like the drilling has confirmed the model, the potential is a multiple of what the resource was previously. If they have an accurate model then it means that drilling can be more effective and they need less drilling to get a reasonable estimate of how much gold s in place.
The vendors reckoned 540oz gold was in place: with the 3D modelling and the drill results it should be a multiple of that and at decent grades. Grade matters because it increases the recovery of gold and it reduces the marginal cost of recovery. Hopefully, they can now get on with the IPO.
In DRC we have been dealing with multiple wriggly people who have each been trying to carve out something for themselves at our expense. As with all these things, eventually they run out of road and things time out.
RRR just has to keep saying, No we want our 50.1% and no we are not going to compromise.
DYOR
The Elephant in the room (and this is not the listing of Elephant Oil) is the fact Bell has put in place a death spiral facility for 24 months, clearly the hope is that Red Rock will receive Congo cash and pay back the lender to get shot of the facility however without that cash we will suffer the consequences - one thing for sure you will not get Helpful boast about how wonderful the finance package is.
The recent broker note never even mentioned the death spiral such is the quality of their research, they knew it was there and the consequences it will have on the share price but hey ho let's forget it and hope the uninitiated retail punter will buy the stock anyway with their ridiculous target price of 2p.
It is interesting that Paul Johnson over at POW can still get placings away at mid market price but Bell has to go the route of a death spiral - you could put it down to his underperformance over 18 years and market reticence towards the fellow.
Bell has gone totally silent on the Congo situation, that is not good, the man has an ego as wide as the Dartford Tunnel and would be shouting from the rooftops if he felt the money was inbound so the silence is certainly not golden.
Make no mistake Bell has no interest in the share price so long as the BOD get their £300k pa + expenses.
Am I disappointed about lack of progress over the last 18 months, you bet !
Spec from the AGM directly from AB.
Someone commenting on ADV board a bid is imminent for RRR ???
https://twitter.com/nbgoldcorp/status/1626194133361561600?s=20
Think slow decline is due to worries about the amount of time it is taking to release money from the Congo. As the money is just sitting there I would have hoped for a quicker resolution.
Can someone please explain? Rns gets released and RRR goes down, POW goes up? it's the same rns ffs!
Two very important bits:
1. license is renewed.
2. This proves up the 3D model that NBGC posted. The visible gold means high grade and it wasn't nuggety. Disseminated high grade gold is a big deal.
Assays should start coming in soon

Capt _Kurk where did you get your information that VUP lost its appeal? I dont see it in the RRR disclosures
