Multiples seem outstanding and by buying a smaller position one can just watch and sleep easy!

People love to tag on other boards (and I’m always curious!) so basically they have an asset with potential worth of 40m above the 6m they will receive and in addition they have a property business that is revenue generating? And a market cap of circa 12-15 million.. sounds interesting

Hello, no nothing about this company, never heard of it, just spotted lots of activity in the chat so had a look in. Nigh on 200% up AFTER an RNS in this cesspit of a UK market. Well.....friggin.......Done. Enjoy your gains, hopefully it keeps climbing for you all.
Word of experience after having my backside handed to me more times than a new prison inmate in San Quentin, if you set a target when initially investing and this rise has hit it or surpassed it, TAKE your gains while you can, you may end up regretting it if you don't (EUA for example). The UK market is littered with the corpses of investors who thought it was 'only going one way'.
Nice to see someone making money, shows it can still be done.

Trde - get your figures correct please. ROAD are selling 10% for £6M and then after the partial sale ROAD will still have a 65% stake in CSS - so 6 divided by 10 and then multiplied by 65 will give a value of £39M.

Yes but don't take my word for it. Im heavily invested and a long term holder. The strategy was first announced July 22 and I believe the BOD have worked hard to get to now unveil.
I believe we are very close to a big announcement. 15 month results are out by next week so any financial information is dated.
