Zwartkops , WHAT information do you have to say this deal’s dead ???? No body knows at this stage . Don’t blame Abman , he didn’t force you to invest .and is probably in the same situation as the rest of us . So if there is actual information from the company, then by all means share it , but please don’t scare monger. I’m stressed enough
0.50
Impossible to predict the sp, IF we relist. Nobody knows for sure whether were going to relist and there's some asking what the sp will be!?
If the deal is concluded what SP are we predicting. Many have averages above 0.50 p including me.
I sincerely hope it is as we have all waited long enough. but we cant be blind to facts. lets wait and see what transpires
There is no doubt in my mind that this will be very lucrative for all ....
Hopefully with the BoD also owning shares they will do the right thing by RLH shareholders.
SH or non SH who post on here please remember your posts when this comes back ,this is a monster deal that WILL be completed ,I hold many many millions and don't post on here very often because of the tripe posted by non SH ..I have do and will continue to Tweet on RLH ... Patience WILL be rewarded
Stuleo I feel it mate, I have been trading for years now both long and short term. When I first started investing in micro caps the liquidity was amazing, every single day. Placings didn't kill a company because placing shares were literally churned through in days. Now it takes months. The AIM market is dying and the more companies that disappear the less attractive the market becomes, especially now that crypto is taking off. I have been very fortunate to make relatively large returns on a number of shares over the years, even dating back to Dragon oil! and that keeps me ticking over. if I was starting out now as I did over 20 years ago I would last 6 months no doubt. Its hard, but you have to have faith in your research. it only takes one.....
Thanks Aim-messiah , these must be very trying times for you . I have job enlightened my wife on events , let’s say she ain’t happy. For me. Only the fact I bigged up 88e has kept her from feeding me to the lions . GL
I don't think the silence will stretch for another 6 months: Gross 12 month period to get a deal done is a little long IMO. I am hoping that the deal is already agreed, with very little left to iron out. However, I have been involved in take overs before that have surprised me in both suspension length and the finalised agreement. All we can do is try to look for links between the two parties: Sloane want the deal, RLH want the deal. I see no reason why a deal wouldn't be done. Re: CTAG: I am also heavily invested there, by far my largest holding and from what I hear things are on-going. Amit has been funding developments with his own cash and has recruited more staff. Apparently Yuval was let go from the company some time ago and was trying to claim money from Amit, when he refused, Yuval spread negativity. They are now looking at integrating Blockchain / crypto tech to their app. For me, the investment is still alive, for how long? who knows. I cant afford RLH to disappear that's for sure.
Let’s not have petty debates of who’s invested or not . We are where we are , all the information anybody can find will be gratefully received , this can be a stressful time for many. Until we know the deal is on or off there is nothing we can do . A statement from the company given some sort of information would be helpful. Does anybody know if the CTAG investors have officially lost there money, or is it still being shown on their trading account?
It may be fickle but sometimes an effective way to determine a short term ramper or deramper. Most people as you know change IDs as often as I change my undies to suit the short or long position.
Ok I take it back! No one honeslty knows one way or another we are just hanging onto scraps of clues. For our sake I hope it comes good AIM has been crap so far in 2018 for most investors!!! If RLH comes good we will all be buzzing......either way in your opinion do you think it will be 6 months until we hear something? This is my first shell so im in the dark like most people,,,,
Green Dave If you must know I was blocked on here for accusing somebody of ramping in CTAG and COPL. Simple as that. Prior to this, I had over 3000 posts, although that is a very fickle way of assessing an individuals investment. I have been holding here for a long time, what feels like an eternity trust me: I have been openly positive about RLH. H.O.W.E.V.E.R it is nave to assume that everything is plain sailing, look at both sides. I am not saying its all doom and gloom. I am proposing views on why Hoyer has been removed from the Sloane Energy website: if it is due to conflict of interest then he wouldn't have been uploaded in the first place.
I wouldn't read much into that. Hoyer was tagged on the end with the other new people. The other photos have been reorganised and he's missing. Maybe he had it removed because it looks like a conflict of interest.
With 11 posts I dont think you are a holder of RLH so why are you here? You also said it is not looking as good as a few months ago......we have had a news black out for 6 months so your talking tripe! RRE re-listed today with an 186% increase. Our share will obviously be diluted as we are going from a tiny mcap company to one worth around 140million but that doesnt mean the value will go down. We just to wait to see if we are being re-listed or not!!!
potentially, or it could be because the deal has fallen through and hes walked away. I really don't know. I need to do some digging today.
Aim Messiah. Looks like Thomas Hoyer (rlh) is no longer listed as a NED. Was shown last week. Could be because technically RLH no longer exists and he will he re added if/when newCo relists. Strange http://sloaneeg.com
They must be using the funds that remain in RLH to pay for the IPO. This is essentially going to cost us double. I imagine they don’t have that much cash either so this is maybe the only reason they would continue to use the rLH framework as the access to market.
I believe they have de-listed today To be honest, I have never experienced a de-list/re-list so don't know how they would go about it But what I do know is all existing shareholders in RLH will be viewed as an issue for any savvy investor looking to take part in the IPO UNLESS...... the valuation is way over and above the current valuation, in that instance I don't think it will have an effect. Things not looking as good as they were a few months back. I noted somebody alluded to new additions to the Sloane Energy board, has anybody got a link to that as I cant see it on their website anywhere.
Delist from aim as they will do soon? Can then start afresh without existing shareholders as debt baggage?
Agreed, it doesn't look brilliant. If the IPO goes ahead, existing shareholders are basically dilution for any investor looking to take part. In an ideal world the BoD would want rid of the existing shareholders.... how they go about that, I am not quite sure.
A BOD with Toby 'Afren' Hayward, looks like history repeating itself. I would think new investors would prefer IPO without existing stock holders and the BOD as it is. Why would they not?
Seems to be more a personal attach than relevant facts about rlh. I do agree with the view point that without the aim shell what is the point, other than access to a bod familiar with the market.... where that leaves investors is another thing.
