LOL
2025 and still nowt.
Worse than ctag this one and that's saying something.
Here's to 2024! Another year another big fat nothing.
Ho hum.
Latest annual report still says they are exploring opportunities.
More like keep paying themselves a salary until the coffers run dry
Shame on those who promoted and pumped this before delist
Hi everyone. Just popped in to see this corpse and yes it's still dead!! Why oh why won't someone bury the stinking thing.
Anyway, Merry Christmas once again. Every day you wake up and put your elbows out and there's no wood, you're on a winner! Don't forget as you get older you have alot more yesterdays than tomorrows .... If it sounds like a good idea, DO IT !! Best to say, I wish I hadn't, than I wish I had . Stay safe people.
heres hoping.
Another CTAG!
Hello Lewie, so g.i.f.s. could also be great investors faithfully screwed ... I personally think there is as much chance this share will resurrect as Putin will say sorry and go home!!!! Stay safe people good luck with your lives :-)

Accounts are out! Just mainly a cut and paste from last years. They do day they are committed to finding a transaction to "Bring the company back to life!"
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05289187/filing-history
Toby Hayward – Chief Executive Officer even he didn't put RLH on his CV... aptly missing from 2017 when he was the CEO
Utter Bloody Charlatan, trolls who deserve all that will be fired upon them from Heaven and earth... Bloody Goblins.
I lost 15k so don't feel too bad... Real shame it didn't work out and no likelihood of ever coming back.. Someone benefitted from our investments as always is the case.
Another ctag this one.
Another sh**te investment! Absolutely agree close it down. Lost £10,000 but hey ho, win some lose some.
The group states that they have not taken out remuneration during the financial year ----so would the group please show where all the money went (in simple terms please) and who was responsible for those actions. So that when the company re-lists (LOL) and you want us to give you more money , we will know whose safe hands our money is in. I've always known AIM was like playing Russian Roulette but Red Leopard have shown me that there were 5 bullets in the gun not 1.
So basically, in my naivety I take it that Mr. MAY and co. have used our money to pay themselves while doing nothing because of this covid business. Now we can't even have an RNS to explain this because there isn't enough money left in the biscuit tin to pay for it!! MAN UP MAY AND JUST TELL US YOU'VE BLOWN IT.
Accounts now available. Still looking for opportunities for shareholders.
Has £2k cash. Needs to raise £250 - £500k to realise investment opportunities/acquisition.
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05289187/filing-history
They're online now. Given up with the Sloane deal so perhaps they can find something else.
May even dig out my paper certificate and give it an iron in preparation

........... just saying sorry might be a good start!!
According to Companies House, there are 4 directors and one secretary still "active". So, could one of you be a bit more active and please inform all the investors that have given their hard earned cash to you, so you could have a comfortable life style, and do nothing in return, how you are trying to repay their faith in you. Thankyou.
Whilst its an interesting thought to try and put at least some closure on this, they could file late or indeed just strike it off.
Infact a few reverse takeovers and a relist with a massive sp spike would be good. (I only want a spike because I`ll be off as soon as when (it doesn`t) relist).
So the countdown has begun. Only 6 days to submit year end 2019 accounts with companies house.

I think we were all surprised last year when they even bothered filing accounts and combined with the fact that John may told me that they were looking at other things made the two things "fit" in that something might happen. To be honest it's too far gone now but I'm hoping something might pop up out of the blue. As for the cash situation if anybody is still getting paid i'd be amazed as they've had over two years to empty the piggy bank.
Like you said I too was extremely naive when I stuck a load of money in this. However this lesson has saved me more than the 14k I invested in the way I look at other investments now which has led me to avoiding so far anything else like this.
Here hoping for some luck , big luck with this. Might give John may a ring in September and report back.
Big lad.or anyone ...Are you aware from those accounts how much cash is left and would it mention how much from remaining cash the wasters, sorry directors, are paying themselves ?
I was extremely naive when I bought in here but hopefully lesson learnt and wiser. Aim is filled with companies where these characters pay themselves loads but do nothing but promise this and that before moving onto the next one....
Well the company still exists as nobody has voluntarily struck us off yet. I doubt there is enough money left to pay anyone to do it tho'. Maybe Hayward and May just like to able to say " Oh yes, I am a director of several companies actually" (which they are in reality !!) But maybe one day they might pick up a folder that says --Red Leopard holdings plc-- and say "oh jigger me, I forgot about this, I suppose we ought to do something with it to give all those people who gave us a good living for a while, something back" and then they all fall about laughing their smug faces off...... Yes I've lost a few grand as well !!
Oh well stay safe people, I suppose having your health is maybe better than having money invested in something.
Invested a similar amount and have written it off. Albeit, Toby Hayward also involved with Bermele which has just been suspended with a reverse take-over of a drinks company. So if he can be involved there and succeed it is still possible here! But not optimistic. A gamble that backfired!
Put 14k in here a few decades (seems like) ago and just look every 3 months or so to see if anything`s happened, unsurprisingly not. Just reread the latest RNS`s from 2018, 17. The silver mine was a waste of time then appointed some new board members to buy a natural resource business which turned out to be a coal mine in Colombia which was to be a reverse take over that never got completed. The only tiny bright spot was that they filed accounts last year so kept the idea that something might happen open. Phoned John May myself late last year who said that were a number of potential acquisitions on the horizon. Cue covid and its probably something that we`ll never here of again. As usual the BOD no doubt got paid and their advisors though the people that provided the cash as well as the PI`s got done. Keep hoping that something may happen but its probably a 1% er . I`d say keep the faith but there`s probably no point ! Anyone else want to share their investment here, I`d like to know.
Cats been neutered (had its' assets removed) so not likely to produce sod all.
This is another aim scam. Never will get relisted.
Finally got my shares in paper format. They are in my safe in a time capsule.
I wonder what they will be worth in 10yrs time. Probably the same as now. Sod all.

We don't know anything.
Come on Ace, stop dangling a carrot. We all know our lot wont have anything to do with this!
A little bit of more news. Sloane have got the Chinese involved with their power station.
https://www.semana.com/economia/articulo/consorcios-chinos-se-estan-quedando-con-los-contratos-de-infraestructura-del-pais/641769
"Together with Sloane Energy, they will develop a thermoelectric plant in the department of Cesar, with more than 1,000 megawatts, about 10 percent of the energy that Colombia produces today."
Who knows what will happen next?
Sloane have owned La Luna for years. The deal was to float the coal mine via a RTO with RLH. Capital Resources Inc would have come up with $20m+. Sloane would probably have ended up with 80 to 90%.
If Sloane have bought La Luna ,wasn't we part of that deal? Am I missing something ?
all the post deleted
Thanks Biglad. Appreciate your efforts on this. Gawd knows why they can't be ar5ed to update their website if they are wanting to send out shoots of life?
Best keep a watching brief, just in case ........
Would be great to get this share re listed and moving
Be interesting to hear what he says if you get a hold of him.
Thanks Biglad. Interesting to hear May's comments.
Just a small point, the publishing of accounts fits in with what John May told me a few months ago that they intend to relist whether it be coal mine or other opportunity, maybe wishful thinking on my part but these two pieces of information fit together. Will phone again this week and report back.
agreed
Thanks Ace. I suppose these shares are worth squat in reality, but one lives in hope. However I, like others, wish the bod would just come out with it and say " We've spent all your hard earned money making sure we had a good wage while we ran the company down, lying about deals we couldn't do. Now it's all gone we're off, bye suckers" Just my personal rave of course.Again good luck to all anyway.
Sometimes if the shares are of no value then the administrators may just transfer to you directly. I think most people will agree the shares are of no value now and the near future.
Just to insult to injury, the company that hold my shares have just gone into administration. So the way my luck goes the rest of you shareholders in this share will probably do okay (sod it!!) But best of luck to you all anyway.
Group company accounts are on companies house. Can't see them for a few days. They must show a company in dire needs of funds. the fact that they bothered and didn't just let it be struck off is a sign that they have something in their heads. I'm not getting too excited!
The ‘company’ needs to issue some kind of statement to say what’s going on. If it’s over then say so, so I can get it out of my share account. I’m fed up looking at it in there.
Surely there must be some kind of timescale for how long these things are allowed to go on for.
It’s just been another one of these Aim stories..us mug punters put in cash, the board fill their pockets with fat wages and achieve nothing.
Lesson learnt I hope !
Sadly it looks like the Red leopard has become an extinct species. Has any one bothered to to phone up and hear any bull$hit?
Yep - I'd seen this before. Oh well. I'd mentally written this off anyway now. .

If he commented then we are as good as done.....The Leopards spots are fading
Aberdeenman commented on this company after being asked about RLH. Hope he is right, as we might get something back!
No idea if this is legit, I suspect it might be

It’s how so many of these guys work. Jump to different companies, spout the same shit while the punters lose their cash. While they pick up their nice tidy pay and then..repeat.
Bermele are looking for a pharma/biotech and is on the main market. I did wonder if they could have used rlh but we're stuck with the illusive coal deal.
Now Director at Bermole plc, does that mean he is abandoning this for another reverse takeover company. Fingers in lots of pies but never cleans the plate?
Guess he keeps rolling out the same idea different company and one will work!

Companies do come back. Tomco was out for a few years if I remember. The problem here is that they are dependent on decisions made by the Colombian government, who are obsessed with green energy atm. They even consider hydro to be green which people would argue about, apart from the drought problems. The latest I can find is that they (Colombia) are looking for billions of dollars from one energy investor to be chosen around October. So Sloane may be able to have a go there with coal as a good continuous energy supply combined with their proposed solar plants or set up a consortium with others.
If that fails then RLH will either strike off or look for something else. Maybe go back to Chris Akers and see if he has anything useful.
Just looked...has it really been 21 months this has been suspended.
Had any other company been suspended this long and came back to life ?
I noticed Aberdeenman posting over on the Nfx board in case anyone wants to have a word with him
I'm not writing this off just yet BWTFDIK
Month down the line here is hoping that the pulse actually keeps beating
Thanks Biglad. Still a faint pulse then
Biglad. John May (chairman) is also the managing partner at City & Westminster Corporate Financier LLP. Contact 0207 9176824.Is also current chairman of The Genesis Initiative Limited. Contact 01276 452020.Can’t find anything for Toby Hayward.
Just tried phoning again sixth time in about 2 weeks still no answer. These guys on the board also must work somewhere else as well if so where ? I`ll start trying them there as well.
Actually ace, they haven't spent all their money------- They have spent all OUR money!!
Similar links have been posted before. The La Luna is the energy project not the coal mine. Sloane appear not to want to develop the mine unless they can develop the energy project. So it's a stalemate. I can't see any end in sight and RLH have spent all their money!
In addition I think the title is worded incorrectly due to the translation. I think it just means that Sloane will not go to auction with La Luna, not that Sloane is no longer with La Luna.
What do you make of this guys -
https://www.eltiempo.com/economia/sectores/termoelectrica-denuncia-trato-desigual-frente-a-hidroituango-326374
The title of this Feb 2019 article states -
"Thermal will not go to auction for unequal treatment against Hidroituango
British Sloan Energy will not be with the La Luna project, whose investment amounted to US $ 1,400 million"
The page doesn't auto-translate properly but you can just copy/paste the whole article into the google translate webpage
P.s. I've just rang Beaumont Cornish (the nomad listed on rlh website) and the receptionist tells me they are no longer the advisor for rlh!?
...is this old news? ...does rlh have a nomad or do they not currently need one while suspended from aim?
