...that last bit of news. I do hope it is the fore-runner to the rebirth of Ross as a live co with an exciting future. Thanks GGG and a HNY to all patient holders.
Ross Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc d’Hombres to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Marc d’Hombres was appointed to the board in Dec 2021 as a non-executive director. Marc is a Law and Economics graduate from Paris university and has in-depth experience managing Boutique investment banks and private equity funds. Well versed in the African markets and a and expert in trade and project financing.
...2022 will be the year this ceases to be a shell co. They know that after 10 years or so as a shell they are likely to be delisted unless they become meaningful.
No news is bad news????
Hope you understood anyway.
...that chitin will not just be an exciting product if it is able to detect undersea m on this front ercury but, possibly even more significant now,
produced in sheet form, it will be the perfect substitute for harmful plastic since it will be harmless to the planet. I just wish we could have a bit of positive news - like Monday!!
Another tiny placing! Can be interpreted either good or bad. I am inclined to believe the former interpretation. Willing buyers to keep this shell going for now. They probably know more than us. Big news may be getting close because if not, they would surely have required more cash now rather than keep coming back?
due end of month. Perhaps we will get a hint then of what is to come?
...a few more feel as I do.
positive....sorta. Would be interesting to know if Roger took the lot. The least it proves is that there must be a plan to keep this going for some purpose likely to be an important patented use for chitin. Sell? Not me!
I agree...not heavily discounted either. Might have a few more if it drops below 3p
Interesting. Would have been useful to know who took these new shares, presumably just for working capital. No obligation on the co to tell us that , but certainly something is brewing here.

Spread too wide too trade this IMO and tiny buys seem to be at full ask...I've been adding when I can as I really think there is news due which could transform the value here
...playing here for all they're worth! Can't really blame them but they will be badly caught out one day soon, IMHO.
If RT can't be bothered by this little company, as you suggest, then why did he agree to become a Director? AND for no salary?
Time will tell and as you say, it isn't on his side.
Am sure if there was anything positive gonna happen here some news would be filtering out. The promised webinars have disappeared and Tamaraz is so old am sure he can’t be bothered by this little shell. Think I’ll be 6 feet under before I get my money back here woft!
CV available by googling Netoil. Gobsmacking! Even more sure he isn't here for nothing. Topped up two days ago. Can't say when or precisely why this will rocket, but rocket it surely will. I dare you to read his CV and not come to the same conclusion.
Bought more today at 3.60p. Act of faith and confidence!
My Fidelity Platform has shown an interim rport for 2010! Guess what? It was a shell co then and Barry's report said more or less the same as it did last year although of course no mention then of chitin. So I ask myself with directors getting no actual salaries, how long will the LSE allow RGP to remain a shell before the threat to cancel its quote? Barry is nothing if not an experienced performer and must be well aware. Roger T is now on the Board (at least nominally). He must be there for a good reason. I only have a little spare cash in my ISA but am flirting with the idea of tucking a few more of these in.
Based on the above, SOMETHING is definirely going to happen.
I sniffed a reverse bid here ages ago. Looks like may now happen. RT is an old fella and this may well be a clever way of passing on much of his (not necessarily Kosher) wealth minimising tax!
there appeared to be an issue with the links but just refresh the page and it should load ok..

Take a look at the carnage Tamraz created at Petrel Resources then I think you will have an idea of the kind of individual you are expecting to save your company.
