big bad bob 3% is 6.5 m shares , i would say that on wednesdsay and thursday someone purchased two lots
comming to 1.4m, and lets see what happens after hours tonight.
i sold half my stake and i am in for free ride
I think you can safely say that's what happens when a few shares get bought in an illiquid small cap. I hope you manage to get off the spike without losing too much.
shareguru. Your hunch based upon what? it's an illiquid stock, barely £150k of trades today. Nobody is anywhere near building a 3% stake. And who would want to, with the mumbo jumbo presentations from the company?
someone is building a stake, i think they are half way there to 3%. just a hunch
before it looks like it is going to take off, for the price to be up this much with hardly any shares traded i think you can safely say somebody knows something so quite happy to join and wait.
Same old, same old, this share does this for no reason from time to time... I'm not getting excited yet.
Corporate Speak
"including such potential projects, on a more linear integrational basis; be it both horizontally and vertically."
Did he plan the presentation on an etch-a-scetch?
I'm assuming as Professor Robin Rogers has now resigned the JV is done?
Don't you just love corporate speak!! Catalytically convert ???
Think maybe we should blue sky this considering the critical path to the drop dead date LOL
Just looked. Nothing new to cause this. Come on Barry, give us a happy Valentine's Day.
Please DYOR
In addition, I would like to inform you that, with regard to these related supply chain business opportunities and our overall Ross Group strategy, we are also continuing, in parallel, to strategically and specifically explore some specialist energy-related financing and banking opportunities that we strongly believe will hopefully enable us in general, as Ross Group PLC, to be able to catalytically convert, evolve and grow our supply chain business, including such potential projects, on a more linear integrational basis; be it both horizontally and vertically.
Maybe there is a sort squeeze because of a small free float and the money markets are accumulating whilst the rumours of blockchain are still unstarted?
Maybe not though...
With reference to our other existing core supply chain management and service businesses, I am delighted to inform that our specialist wholly-owned subsidiary, Ross Diversified Trading Limited has recently entered into a number of conditional transactions with certain mining, mineral and utilities companies regarding a number of international contracts and projects and it is also our hope to be able to make an announcement in this respect in the near future.
Chairman of the Board & Group Managing Director says:
"I would like to report that, during the last month or so, we have continued to progress our detailed discussions with 525 Solutions and its Founder, Professor Robin Rogers, regarding a previously proposed Chitin joint venture and sincerely hope to announce something specific regarding this and our consequential restructuring of this division in the near future. Please kindly know that as Professor Rogers is a Non-Executive Director of Ross Group PLC he will therefore recuse himself on this particular occasion and if we are successful in agreeing to the Joint Venture he will then retire as a Non-Executive Director from the Board accordingly."
presentation
is he a Magician or double glazing salesman ROFL
Projects can go horizontally and vertically with catalytic converters of big word possibilities being explored... but all possibly and maybe while they consider restructuring if they go into a JV with a director who is a Professor?
None, just its just Friday.
Low float and volume.
Agreed its funny but no RNS and SP up over 100%. IS it a pump'n dump? ! hope not.
What exactly is happening here, what’s the news?
Care to elaborate?
I've only just come across the company and whilst very early in my reading, it seems it's moving in the right direction.
