My break even is 3.6p luckily for not a lot of money. Have written it off as I'm not sure they'll achieve anything. They could however change their name every month and get a 25% lift
...as of now. That alone will draw some interest!
....whether Roger Tamraz has pulled a string or two here? He is certainly into this field of the market. Time will tell, no doubt. Nothing more to be gleaned on ADVFN. For first time in years checked my breakeven point here - it is 2,5p. If they do make any profit from this venture, I am sure with the accumulated losses, they will not pay much tax for a while but no doubt the rules are complicated.
I suppose any port in a storm will do but will wait and see what comes of this, Green Hydrogen is certainly flavour of the month but time will tell whether Ross can actually do the business in this field. Still, glad I held on because it is still a tiny outfit and it won't take much action to move this SP.
Market seems to like

I think they will. Why else are they here? And if they don't, then there are others who would love a cheap MainBoard quote. Or - I sink with the ship!!!
dont think they will
Don't see what our Chair has to be 'proud' of!!
But at least we still have our premium listing and not a word from our two rich directors.
Now will they inject something valuable into this?
Thank you. Hopeful now that this shell will be used!

Is this dead now?
Or, Yuri.F, a convenient point for our two 'new' affluent Directors to implement their own plans to set it up afresh and, no doubt, persuade some Lord Spatsor other to be the new Chair and spread it with his veneer of respectability!
Only time will tell.
Negative equity (even after selling new shares in 2021 as per H1 report) , consistently making a loss over multiple years, critical liquidity (acid test / current assets vs current liabilities), it's surprise how it's lasted that long.
Something going on here and I don’t think it’s positive!
...nibbling at this today. Hope one of them kinows something!
15th Sep 2021 2:32 pm RNS Half-year Report
" ... Throughout the COVID pandemic period, the Group has continued diligently researching and exploring specific supply chain management strategic opportunities; primarily involving potential start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and/or business alliances. ... "

The current global supply chain challenges have highlighted the importance of supply chain management, which could create opportunities for investors.
Indeed as well as RGP, a new shell floated recently targeting the supply chain:-
13.4.22:-
" ...Withana though says there’s not one, but several key differentiators between Aura and its peers. “We are the only global renewable energy SPAC focused on the supply chain, and I would challenge anyone to tell us there’s an analogue to us on the London market because we know that’s not true,” says Withana ..."

....right now!!!
Have you seen the move up today, Vanmeister, on a miserable little 80,000 buy? I am not the only one who is prepared to have a punt here!
Have completely given up on this one, total lack of info and activity leads me to think it’s been left for dead!
and another year goes by. June is results month so lt's hope for something tangible by way of news at the end of June.
These 'new' directors do not 'work' for RGP. They USE the co to make a difference for their existing or future fortunes.
I would rather stay in, thank you. Remember this co has a Main Board quote and has been dormant for over a DECADE!!!
LSE has a good case for removing the quote unless something happens QUICKLY.
will realise that these directors take years to work on things. The dont receive a salary, and too busy with other more important things.
It might pay to sell up and come back in two years time!
