the gossip is that PIRI is DUE a bumper dividend of multi millions. We would benefit due to our large stake in PIRI
There have been a few moves in PIRI recently with Chris Akers also upping his stake.
You mention a bumper dividend - I'm not aware they have paid a dividend to date so why now?
I wonder if the interest is ahead of the upcoming IPOs in early 2022 - Pluto and Low6.
I have a v small interest in PIRI and have been trying to decide if I want to add there or buy RGO (was thinking the later but undecided currently)
Snap HnG….
If this is confirmed then its good timing by RGO if PIRI are just about to announce a bumper dividend payment.
I wonder whether it was RGO who exercised the 4.25 million Piri warrants on the 8th Oct at 4p which had a market admission date of today and they have then sold around 20% of these this morning for a quick 80% profit and the balance circa 3.5 million they have kept to cause the increased holdings RNS being issued at mid morning today. Only thing is the traded shares count so far today only adds up to circa 150K, but maybe something is happening with a delayed trade by the MMs.
The timings and SP action in recent days for PIRI make sense for this to be what has happened rather than RGO buying 3.5 million more PIRI shares at the current SP on the open market which would probably have pumped the SP up by several pence.
Is this related to the PIRI warrants that were due to go live today? 4.2mil at 4p.
Just a question of why now?
Seems we've upped our stake in PIRI to 19.5
Which has caused a tick up in the Bid price…..nice and steady rising under the radar at the moment, until news hopefully soon lands and volume arrives for the SP push back up hopefully into the 2s and beyond.
Sorry my mistake that's the other company , catches me out all the time
This is out of date but was at first fund raise

If you read the last RNs regarding KOD the money was due to be paid back on the 31/10/21, so that’s possibly why it still appears in the accounts.
Rgo rns dated 22nd March 2021 states that the £150,000 initially given to kod was to be returned following rgo's decision not to further invest in kod's 2nd round of funding - still looks to me that we're not in kod despite September rns?

Must admit I wasn't aware of our continued investment of kod. I thought our initial investment was returned after we decided not to partake in the 2nd fundraise? I've just re-read the 21st September rns & you're correct in that kod are mentioned in the investment list although I am still confused by the earlier rns's saying we were out. Hopefully we do still have a finger in the kod pie after all!
Still NT to buy any amount. Managed a cheeky 91K share top up
Thanks castle2012
Wonder if that 3.3 million shares buy on Friday 16.45 was Akers adding to his holding?
I am on the look out for more big buys being declared during this week. His 3p end of year price forecast on Twitter would be a self fulfilling prophecy if he is going on a big share buying spree here in the coming weeks….
Anyone know if and when the next dividend will be announced?
Last year it was declared on 2nd Nov for shareholders on the register as at 4th Dec.

At 1421 if you want to look badly enough
He retweeted his targets of 30/6 and added the below comment. This was on nov 5th
Looks like I need to sharpen my pencil and get buying in next few weeks before 31 Dec.
Where was that tweet about 3p, I can't see it. Would be a pretty large jump in 6 weeks
Akers retweeted his y/e target of 3p on Sunday
More good news today from KOD with the granting of mining license.

Dasbig: regarding KOD, they get a specific mention by RGO in their 29th Sept 2021 dated half year report so IMO they must still have a good sized investment level that is worthy of this specific mention, although I do concur with your point that the KOD placing back in March 2021 was done instead of RGO providing them with further convertible loan facilities to what they had provided previously to 2021.
This looks to be turning a corner.... trading at significant discount to nav ... gap will close ...
Ccap rto with smarttech is the 1st event I suspect. We have about 5% of smarttech at last count
Then Pluto
And don’t forget the low6 ipo via our investment in piri
