#Stablecoins and their associated #protocols received a boost early in 2021 when the U.S. Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency gave the green light for national banks to run independent nodes for distributed ledger networks. $TETHER $LUNA
Crypto seems to be ramping up hugely. We might loose the rest of the markets but not so sure crypto has hit it’s too spot yet
Yes and an update to complete second half of last years divi needs confirmation to pay out. The combination of divi, investment updates would be appreciated
The Zak Mir/Sharetalk/Chris Akers crew seem to be getting themselves all in a lather over the weekend regarding the forthcoming Pluto float, for example -

I have a very funny feeling when @Pluto_Digital lists it’s going to take off like a Rocket"
etc etc, elsewhere described as the "biggest float of the year". No underplaying things there.
Valued at ÂŁ50M around a month ago at the last fundraise, of which RGO have around 5%. Could get interesting.
And we did have warrants in COPL - have they all been converted into shares and sold? COPL are presently suspended pending completion of a RTO but there is some speculation over at the COPL board that they could come back much higher when they trade again. RNS of 6-8-2020 noted that COPL shares were then up 231%, and possibly higher than that when it came to the conversion price.
Update badly needed here as there appear to have been some major movements on investments since the Q3 2020 update which covered up to 30-9-2020, but last year FY 2019 (the next results now due) and Q1 2020 were both published on 5-6-2020, so we may have a while to wait as yet.
Opportunity to top up if you are a RGO believer?
Plus where is the second half of 2020 divi? Announcement/ update can't be too far away now. All hoping a good update and value added
No one dare not do crypto now ! It's being accepted and going mainstream. Whether successful yet as a replacement no one knows but if the financial institutions don't embrace then run the risk of being left completely in the cold.
I think some great energy, money coming in, on top of already the billions, this business are well placed to gain.

Visa has accepted its first cryptocurrency to settle transactions on its payment network as leading financial companies test digital assets as a result of growing consumer demand.
The American payments group has launched a pilot scheme around USD Coin, a stablecoin cryptocurrency that is pegged to the US dollar. It is initially working with Crypto.com, a leading online platform, but intends to widen the trial this year.

Would expect a business update soon, maybe a leak prior will add to the sp in advance, not unusual.
Long awaited..

This is the from the PIRI RNS of 22-3-2021, indicating some exposure to YOP via Pluto (if not the tokens, then the company itself)
"In addition, YOP, one of Pluto's other projects, has announced the addition of non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") to its launchpad aggregator. This will also allow YOP holders to gain access to new token projects. Furthermore, YOP NFTs can now be purchased on the secondary market or farmed by staking YOP tokens. This demonstrates the continuing innovation of decentralised technology and new ways of using digital assets."
It appears from the RNS of 4-3-2021 that PIRI exchanged the YPO tokens for a larger share of Pluto as this would give them exposure across a wider range of assets. Pluto may well have an interest in YOP, as it comes from the same team.
Not sure if this is still relevant. Can anyone confirm if tho has exposure to yop.
This is about piri .
The company has also entered into a YOP token agreement with DeTech whereby it will get 4.5 million YOP tokens of the total of 88 million tokens issued by the company.
Very muted reaction so far all round - could it be something to do with this (not that I understand any of it)?

Also PIRI news this morning regarding Getvisability.

All looking good - even if no one is buying the shares.....
Bear in mind that Piri no longer own YOP.
Piri used their YOP holding to buy Pluto Digital shares I believe.
Can anyone confirm?

The Investors will also be entitled to warrants over new Ordinary Shares equal to 30% of each drawdown. The number of warrants will be calculated as a quotient of the drawdown divided by the closing price of Ordinary Shares on the date of drawdown. The exercise price on such warrants will be 150% of the closing price of Ordinary Shares on 30 September 2019 (being 0.69p)
Infra RNS Feb 20
So yes should have all been paid off by end of 2020
Mentions warrant dates have been extended, so assume we still have warrants but the loan has been paid in full
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the restructuring of the sum of ÂŁ555,555.58 that remains outstanding, and was drawn down as the second tranche, of the ÂŁ2.2 million loan facility with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Limited (the "Investors") (the "Loan"). Details of this second drawdown under the Loan were announced on 14 November 2019. Under the restructuring, the Company will no longer be required to make a bullet repayment of ÂŁ555,555.58 on 14 February 2020. Instead, a sum of ÂŁ55,555.58 of the principal plus fees and accrued interest to date of, in aggregate, ÂŁ110,624.98 will be paid to the Investors immediately, and the remaining ÂŁ500,000 of principal ("Remaining Loan") will be amortised over a period of 10 months commencing 31 March 2020 and ending on 31 December 2020. The amortised payment schedule will carry an interest rate of 12% per annum from 14 February 2020, payable monthly in arrears. The Remaining Loan is not convertible into shares, save in the event of default.
Further, the final exercise dates for warrants issued to the Investors pursuant to the terms of the Loan, as announced on 1 October 2019 and 14 November 2019, have been extended to 1 October 2023 and 14 November 2023 respectively.
From checking the Infrastrata annual results, it may well be that the loan from Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC has now been paid off.
Their anuual report from 21/01/21 stated...
"The Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited loan is repayable in full by February 2021."
"At 31 July 2020 the outstanding loan amounts to ÂŁ300,000. This sum has been paid in full as at 31 December 2020"
Worth checking out yourself to verify this and to see if you concur.
So RGO's involvment with Infrastata may now be historical.
Hi Markjenn53
You are quite correct RGO does have some involvement.
I presume this was via RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Limited.
So far, I have not been able to find any information detailing the amount or the exact nature of the investment so difficult to quantify.
thanks, that was the rns i noted and read but i guess its difficult to understand afterwards as to whether its overall improving or not. can look direct at sp, difficult with warrants in play and loans/costs gained from lending money.
would be good to have an update soon, also wonder when the second half divi payment for last year will then be distributed when we know they have declared the money is there and set aside. always hopefully that every now and again they push for an explosive rns that supports an increase in value demonstrating their hard work, we shall see
