Hi, don't understand the link here? Are tap connected to qtz in some way?
I have asked the company but this link suggests it is an area of interest so look on http://quetzalcapital.co.uk/ and you will see in the opening statement the type of companies that they are seeking to invest in.
Hello. This is earth calling. Please read news.

I don't think too many have cottoned on to the potential of this deal here and a possible revaluation in the QTZ (being the SPAC) share price.
TAP has about 25% less customers than rival Ziglu.
Ziglu valued at £85m recently pre new money according to the 3/12/21 tweet by Chris Akers on Twitter (Holds 16% of QTZ)
'Quetzal Capital Plc - £1.5m CLN and Call Option to Acquire Tap Global. TAP is very well positioned compared to other opportunities arising in the De-Fi and crypto settlement space. Rival Ziglu recently raised £7.3m at £85m pre-money.'

7/10/21 - Ziglu has seen rapid growth, with a total of 80,000+ customer sign-ups, at an average 20% MoM growth rate in 2021.

3/12/21 - Since launching to the public in February 2020, TAP Global has grown to now having over 58,000 registered users and is a revenue and cash flow generating business that currently operates in 28 countries across the globe. The funding will assist TAP Global’s continued rapid expansion. TAP Global has also signed a call option in favour of Quetzal (“Call Option”), that gives Quetzal the right to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of TAP Global, subject to certain terms being agreed on a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”). One such term will be the achievement of a minimum valuation for TAP Global of £26.5m as a result of any conversion event.
