constan selling gas prices fall of a cliff. don’t worry mark is getting 250k a a year 5 k a week so he does not give a ****.
Seems odd that the SP drops on the TTF by much, much more than the %. Remember if the TTF dropped from 50 to 40, yes the income would decrease slightly for that day or week but it does not change the fact that PXEN is a producing company, which in this current AIM wild west market is the equivalent of having it made.
I don't think the SP drop is in any way correlated with the TTF - not that it would be worth trading it up and down on that basis without knowing how much is being extracted (flow rates) for that period.
Down 25% from the high of 52 euros,,no news due before Christmas, will see what the price is in january.but I bet I can get 5.25 or lower.but at least our coffers are still being filled.
ShortEverything, "Well well people starting to wake up to this CEO" - I take it you have had this experience? Did he make you a cooked breakfast and call you a cab?
This is a growth share that is cash positive awaiting the next leg of its growth journey. If you were going to try and short this I suppose you would want to try and spread some FUD but sleeping with the CEO - well done Sir!
Personally, I dont plan to wake up to this CEO - He gets paid to do a job and he seems to be doing his job.
Misinformation short, well, you said it, everything...
37% JV for Selva. Looks like you aren't good with numbers, perhaps investing isn't good for you? £250k is more than reasonable - do you think you should be paid for free? Many council leaders get paid £400k yet i don't see you up in arms and complaining to your MP about it. Some university Vice Chairs get paid 800k! just to put things in perspective - and they are NOT revenue producing they take either tax payer money or student loan money.
You maths is atrocious - how about you have a think that at the end of November we banked £450,000 revenue from Spain and the Selva well. Every month we get that. Every month.
Think on it.
Interestingly 33% is close to the percentage KB owns I PVE.Guess you better tell him the bad news.
Well well people starting to wake up to this CEO , getting 250k a year total scandal for such a small company he is laughing all the way to bank . With GAS falling so much as well this company has still millions of CLN to sell December and up To March 2024 how you think there staying afloat all these shares that are being dumped are CLN it’s obvious. They must be loss making now and will need funding for any corporate activities if they ever get the permits 33% in PO Valley ha ha and he gets 250k for sat on his fat ass in his office .
He identified an opportunity, gathered finance via this public company and now he runs that to increase shareholder value.
His involvement isn't likely to change anytime soon (assuming his expanded production plans are met) so if this is your main beef with this share, I suggest it isnt for you.
Personally I take his involvement as key to stability going forward. I also have no idea of the day to day activity of the business, or the activity required to gain new options / permits etc so I dont know how hard he is working. I would also add that sometimes trying too hard can be contrary to shareholder value - rapid expansion and dilution (needed to justify a salary and bonus remuneration rather than in true best interests of shareholders.
Sorry for long post - its just that imho focussing on current state of director remuneration smacks of jealousy rather than objective thinking. Lets canvas views here - would you vote him out? If no, do you seriously expect him to volunteer a pay cut?
What does Mark Routh do for £20k a month?
Does anybody know?
A cushty little retirement gig for him and a few select mates.
It certainly is extremely positive and permits cant be far away
It seems the update from Reabold resources is relevant to PXEN. I am not invested in Reabold but has some PXEN shares.
Reabold Resources plc, the oil & gas investing company with a diversified portfolio of exploration, appraisal and development projects, is pleased to note that the Italian Government has approved a decree to boost the country's renewable energy production and energy security at the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on 27 November 2023 (the "Decree").
The Decree provides incentives to build plants for energy production from renewable sources, such as the liquefaction of natural gas; the release of new licences for the exploitation of gas fields aimed at providing gas to industries with high gas consumption, at competitive prices; incentives for LNG terminals and incentives for carbon dioxide storage programmes. The Decree is already in force and Italy's Parliament has 60 days to ratify it into a definitive law.
Yeah the boy done good
Scroll back on the posts and you will see I have written it down as I done it,this is the fourth time I've done that, anyway 6.35 to buy, soon be 5.5 again.nothing is going to change until the 1st quarter at the earliest,so that leaves me about 2 months to ride this share.
Aw yes the lowest and the highest possible..now I know you are lying
In at 5.5 out at 6.7,that makes it 20%.now the sell is 6.3.
You speaking to yourself again? You're lying anyway as the difference between the lowest buy price and the highest sell price was never 20%.Do try harder. You're as relevant as a fart in a hurricane
Are you aware we are an investment company, mark does not call any shots,it's the operator and BP that pays us.what do you know about the "northwest possible project".if your that clever please enlighten me.how about the Spanish turbine ,let me know what you know about that.i would value your answers.
This is the fourth time in the last 4 months I've made 20%.all of them between the 5.25 and 7p.so hoping it goes back to 5.5,when I will buy again.it just will not break 7p,but I will be fully stocked up come late Jan early Feb for the drills in Italy, then I intend to let it run for a long time.i just don't know anywhere else where you can make 20% regularly just by paying £12 and waiting a few weeks
Told you all all sells in afternoon happened now 4 times wow Mark needs to get off his fat ass and get some news out to help company share price not relying on one fk pipe with a 33% interest
No chance break 7p no volume it’s up 22% this week so profit taking first
An AIM share that actually brings in money month on month from a deal with a little know company called BP.
6.6/7
Take them when they on offer so I can offload my CLNs
Amazing it goes up 8% and he is back posting lol . Tomorrow another day will it break 7p will the mms move it up then short it back down later
