This article says Spain gas an urgent need for electrification - perfect for PXEN particularly as they also have a multiple hectacre solar field

Nice RNS signalling a 4 to 5 fold increase in production in the near term. Real potential to see PXEN revenues increase by £15 to 20 million p.a.

TTF back above 36. If it stays there and permits land, as widely anticipated, we should see a nice re-rate here maybe even by end of this month.

Has there ever been a survey done on the accuracy of brokers share price predictions?
"In all honesty it is very difficult to attribute a value to the company due to a few big variables
If you accept the broker note from VSA Capital which values Selva at 18p with 1 well in production & 70% COS for the others & 24p in production & El Romeral pro rata on BCF size is therefore valued at 25p & 35p that gets a base asset value range of 43p - 59p
The unknown variable’s to this are
1. TTF prices over the next 20 years as the value above is based on €30
2. Tesorillo 2 TCF & the upside from a production License & green solution
3. Solar farm revenues at El Romeral if this is project is executed
4. Free cash flow generated further down the line to acquire new assets / JV / farm in deals
5. Free cash used to undertake a share buy back scheme
6. Introduction of a dividend which I think 99.99% will happen in the future
7. Selling of any assets
8. Upto 30% stake taken in the company by a 3rd party buying individual’s shares off book and making a play for the company
9. Large buyer on the open market
Based on all of the above you can put a range on the SP potential but in all probability the company will be sold before most of the above occur imo
The question is when and for how much and that I can’t honestly answer as the element of time & risk will be discounted in any take over price to offer upside to any potential buyer
The good news is there is plenty of upside as the fundamentals & macro climate are both very strong
On that note I will leave all possible SP valuations to everyone else"

The golden cross is a momentum indicator, which means that prices are continuously increasing—gaining momentum. Traders and investors have changed their outlooks to bullish rather than bearish.
The indicator generally has 3 stages:
1) The first stage requires that a downtrend eventually bottoms out as buyers overpower sellers. ✅✅✅
2) In the second stage, the shorter moving average crosses over the larger moving average to trigger a breakout and confirms a downward trend reversal. 100 DMA ✅ 200 DMA 🔜
3) The last stage is a continuing uptrend after the crossover. The moving averages act as support levels on pullbacks until they cross back down. ⏫⏫⏫
Not going to take much for this to fly now

I said circa £3M, it might be less, there will be wayleave payments, legal fees, connections but yes it might be £2M. I would rather say more cost and less income than exaggerate or stretch the position. One thing that the group does not like to discuss is the £500,000 cost of a new turbine in Spain, it was brought up in QTime in the presentation, but people don't like to hear those things. Having a bit of contingency is better.
I thought the 4 wells were 500k to drill each so £2M?
It seems my research is working quite well👍
Just to evaluate what 4 more Italian wells mean. At a cost to Prospex of c £3M. It will for 10-15 years now generate around £12M for Prospex per year at 30TTF. The Spanish Assett is close to squaring the wages and admin parts of Prospex, so leaving the company with £12M on a P/E 6 = about 20p per share. In for nothing are another dozen wells and Tessorillo which although a gamble could be worth 10x the current share price alone.
Do your research, instead of posting like an amateur

Nice to finally see some movement on this share! Been a while since we've been above 7p and it looks like it's sticky. Took a bit longer than anticipated but we're getting there.
No way 12p is happening whatever people think. Currently 18p even without further wells (just the anticipation of them). With all Italy wells (now made easier due to improved political landscape in Italy and softening of drilling restrictions, surely we're looking at something like 20m EUR/year of income with the 4 wells, and that's excluding Spain entirely.

My #PXEN chart continues to offer results & has moved very well since I dropped it early this year https://x.com/SwazersC/status/1795004429030097171
Yes I agree the good outweighs the bad,.
I agree with these comments stiffy but feel the potential here outweighs the risks by far. That’s why I’m waiting for the amazing updates I’m sure our well paid director will need to muster up. It’s too good a gamble not to be loaded up with couple 100k shares at least imho of course. Tide will turn eventually.
Stiffy I am coming to this conclusion as well. The resource and assets are great but the costs are way over the top. I think it's likely there will be dilution as well. The directors are just taking the cream off the top and doing sweet FA. They don't even bother doing any PR. MR does interviews from his home office between rounds of golf.

Weekly technical chart shows bullish touch of weekly 8/4/24 high. Also last weekly price bar shows positive rejection of low and close well above mid price. Turning to the daily chart, there was an bullish outside price bar, yesterday, which is a bar which encompasses the high and low of the preceding price bar, and where the close is up. Price target, suggest the volatility based Bollinger upper band, which is about 6.44.
Turning now to the indicator chart, the RSI(relative strength index), crossed above 50, which is bullish, and was further enhanced by a bullish failure swing of the RSI, which crossed above its recent high swing value. DYOR.

Today’s triggered avalanche of buying shows me how much money is on the sidelines and how many watchlists are monitoring this share for entry on daily basis.
Again, any wait to buy in lower than the small amount on offer @ 5.38p yesterday/ today proved frivolous. Those cheapies were mopped up and then multiple buys kicked in taking ask to 5.8p+ in under 1hr.
I don’t think we see low 5 buys again. Got to buy when on offer - smart money appears to be circling - as demonstrated by today’s price action.
To be fair l, the man from Bristol has stiffed me:
- Circa £1.5m across funds owned from entities (eg Tarba) and taken into account April / May cash from Selva.
Worth mentioning Stiffy old freind - £1.5m in Director options not expected to be bought which start to expire in 9 months, so they will want to sell the company.
Mark is very conservative and trusted - which is great for all shareholders.
But that bit of flamboyance (on the 1st slide anyhow), pointing to how he's been involved with 2 companies to date which he helped grow and sell for multi-millions was telling for me.....even if his facial expression belied this.
1st time I've seen him bring this into the conversation.
Maybe he needs to hit Las Vegas and the poker tables....
Meanwhile - come on Stiffy, join the TG again, it’s about to get fun…
More like 650,000 Euros in the bank. Not 2,500,000 Euros
#PXEN - research 🗒
✅ 2 producing assets now from onshore indigenous European gas assets
✅ Balance sheet strengthening month on month - circa £2.5m in bank
✅ Use cashflow to self-finance future drills on both Selva + El Romeral, no raises needed for this activity
✅ No Debt / No Warrants = No Dilution
🔹Italian Selva asset; generating circa €3m* Profit to the bottom line net of Vat, Royalties & Taxes from just 1 well
🔸PXEN own share of entire gas ⛽️ field - the next two targets contain a gross estimate of 10X the initial producing well- drill programme to be planned for next well(s).
🔹Spanish El Romeral asset in production: circa €1m profit per annum to PXEN
🔸11 more wells once permit granted. 3 wells to be drilled immediately.
🔹Only requires 2 wells at 25,000 scm/d to increase 33% to 100% production @powerstation (potential to increase to €3m Rev per annum)
🔸Spanish Tesorillo asset, once license renewed in ‘23, option to increase 15% to 49.9% ownership for €1.725m
🔹Other expansion plans around Spanish El Romeral asset to grow PXEN eg. Solar / blue hydrogen. Solar project to increase output by up to 60%.
🔸All fully funded from cash flow of El Romeral and Selva - no short / medium term raises!
🔹Broker note 18p- based on 1 Selva field & El Romeral @30% production. Rest not priced in.

Future growth options:
1) Further organic development of assets
2) Further acquisitions
2) Prospex becoming a ripe takeover target

Yes, some of our posters are too optimistic. I got kicked out of the Telegram group for not chanting the same hype. Profits absorbed by admin costs of £1.2M. No where near as much cash in the coffers as some said. They will have more cash since these results but not the amount some on here say they have. Yet another I told you so.
Overall the company is still good, this is all about production of the other wells with the infrastructure PAID. Red tape and Time but I am sure it will get there.
Still loss making despite all the noise
Blaming loss on gas prices returning to normal.
Ok then.

With monthly cash 💰 landing.
Crudely SP should increase 5% per month minimum or circa 1m mcap
Derisked.
Nice to see some decent movement and vol in here! Wonder what caused it - been expecting the usual PXEN (PVE) update Quarter end +1 month since October :) All progressing to plan. £620k more in the bank.

Ah. Now I understand why you're so bitter. It's all about timing chap. Better luck next time!
Please lets not hear from the 'eternal optimist' brigade.
Like the unemployed going fishing when the sun shines then when it rains back to bed.
'Smart money' isn't that both a Prospex and a punters cliche ?
Still PXEN is a bag of nails owing many of us thousands for starters,
8 years on since the Polish duster and still cannot escape.
Some more goods buys arriving, some smart money arriving gla
Keeps MR in wages anyway!
RNS will probably will come out late today. We know what is in it so there will be no dramatic price movement. Last quarter was the standard boring money bank of around £250,000 per month.
Suits me.
No RNS today then. Given the PVE update I was expecting one.
RNS tomorrow

Good informative post, certainly undervalued imo as well
- £2.6m from 1 selva Well + £750k Romeral = £3.1m x 5 = £15.5m mcap based on current rev from online assets
- £2.5m cash in bank
- £15.5m mcap + £2.5m = £18m mcap
- Current mcap £18m / 5.5p
Above excludes:
- Costs: £1.1m incl. mgt costs + listing fees
- Infrastructure value: Spain and Italy infrastructure and connections
- Future asset value: additional Selva or Romeral permits
- Future current non-production value: Tesorillo
So 5.5p looks extremely cheap still - with a more realistic enterprise value of circa 15-20p / £54m+ mcap
No Debt / No Warrants = No Dilution
