This is available on their website recorded on 14/2 The q & a at the end was from a lot of big investment houses JP morgan etc. I would recommend sparing the time to listen to it. What I took away from it is that until Deloitte finish the review a lot of answers could not be given These include using pension surplus bank lending for 2026. I think until deloitte produce the final review the share price will be all over the place and personal I think it should be suspended until deloitte publish the conclusion for JD .

A big mistake to have half released the review . Should have waited despite market pressure for its release. IMO.

If what they tell you in the webcast is valid then I can see a future for this company but maybe others may not see it like that.

Not sure if Tony Brewer would allow untruths as to reason why AS has sold a large holding albeit that AS still holds a large share holding in the company. His buys have ranged between 25p 35p 19p . I agree with you MrT220. Likewise is in its infancy doesn’t happen over night. They have carefully built the infrastructure and now to take More of that multi billion pound industry.

I’m sure those that bought on the lows 17p will take a quick buck but for serious investing this company is only going to get bigger.

Totally agree Sue. Eric and the exceptional team at Shanta have worked hard over the past decade putting two mines into production with excellent results. They have maximized the return on these modest gold reserves and acquired a third deposit in Kenya that will be put into production in the near future.

I encourage ALL shareholder to scream at the top of their (social media) lungs in protest of this puzzling turn of events. There are things you are not being told regarding this transaction. Push for complete transparency.

When you consider the status of the company and the hard work that has been put in to position itself to benefit from a supportive gold price, this offer is probably the worst I have seen for a mining company that isn't stressed.

It's an appalling situation for '000s of small shareholders. The NED's should be holding their heads in shame - see Ben Jones analysis etc. I don't know anyone outside the SHG inner circle who thinks 13.5p remotely reflects the current value & prospects .
