Looking at the buys/sells the big money can see the value in this share and it will push higher with the potential for company sale. Good day ahead
"‘Blue Prism is trading at circa 5.1-times forward looking enterprise value to sales, which compares to a 39.9 multiple for US peer UiPath,’ pointed out Megabuyte analyst Cameron Naylor in May."

You can see why they recently were talking about US listings to close the valuation gap.
On this one I'm going to hold for the fireworks and will top up on anything cheaper.
At £10.80.
When I first read the RNS yesterday I thought it was an approach from 2 private equity groups in a combined effort, but as you read on through the RNS it is quite clear that this is two seperate approaches.
At £10.80 odds this is handing another good UK company on the plate to private equity.
The real interesting part will be whether Automation Anywhere, UiPath or the likes of Microsoft come forward and throw their hats in the ring.
Looks like a lot of very aggressive action end of day which should reach across today for a good day
I am thinking this and the announcement could be part of a PRSM coordinated strategy to boost the share price - whether or not they accept any takeover offer?
From an article today.....
"Major investor Coast Capital Management warned the board not to sell and said the business is still worth far more than its share price suggests"
"Coast urged him not to “throw in the towel” and said the business is worth far more than its market value"
I agree with him. Blue Prism will go MUCH higher if they don't sell out to PE, and investment returns will reach 3x-5x over the coming years. That said, if they want to sell the business, it should still reward investors handsomely who were astute enough to load up over the past couple months.
Already can't wait for the open tomorrow!!!!!
Looking at the buys they are big ones compared to the sells which look more like PI, so expect a very good opening tomorrow morning with the big boys looking to get as much of the available shares in the cheap with the new acquisition race starting
Can see another nice rise tomorrow and possibly back to who knows where. As long as I can get my Lamborghini Urus out of it I will be happy. GLA.
13 opening on the cards?
A short getting the **** out sharpish, I reckon.
Kingdon appears to be inviting a bidding war: "This statement is being made by Blue Prism without the consent of TPG or Vista."

My personal experience in how M&A tends to work. The Board will never accept anything that is not close to the 1 year high. Take 80% of the £18 high and it gets you to a floor price of around £14.5.
UIPath Trades at a 33x revenue multiple. 10x for Blue Prism because of its slower growth rate and that is £1.6Bn/£16 a share, at 15x that is closer to £24 a share
Its an obvious ploy to announce to the market to push the price higher and bring in new bidders. Financial investors will take the business, change the management team and then try to sell it in 3-5 years. What is good is Bathgate and Klingdon still have a large amount of shares, hence might be less concerned about losing their jobs and more aligned to our interest of maximising share price.
Getting towards the £20s will require a tech player to throw in a bid, maybe an Oracle or SAP.
Even if a bid fails, the stock price should adjust upwards to at least the £14 level. You would be leaving a lot of profit on the table by selling at this price.
out of interest is your £15 based on anything or just your feeling?
Fine if it is just your feeling BTW we can all post what we think just interested if you did any breakdown to come up with that figure?
Thanks
MM and profit takers pulling down the share at end if day, should pop up at open, still undervalued based on potential with the take over
This was beaten down too much. I just tripled my position at £11.4. The multiple vs. competitors is ridiculously low. Financial investors tend to low-ball (probably around the £14-15 mark), but very likely a bit of a bidding war ensues and this gets to £19 a share. Hold and you will be rewarded!
This should be fun now.... place your bets...
I'm waiting.........
Wooooooo let's go!! BANK! Is 1150 just speculation price ? Since no price point confirmed it could run to 1500 by end of the week ?
After months of asking myself, "how in the world isn't anybody buying Blue Prism", the thesis is finally playing out! I still see lots of upside even after today's 37% pop. Any reason this doesn't go to 1,500 GBP? BULLISH!!!!!
I mean great for short term jump like this but this is my second stock with a recent buy offer (Avast is the other) that actually I was buying with hopes of multi-bagging years down the line. Never mind I guess, better than it going down.
Why does it jump to 1,150 and not 1,250 etc ?? Isit just price speculation atm
£25 +
hearing mixed things, what would be an expected takeover price?
Needs to be £20+ in my opinion.
