Truespine Technologies Ltd
Annabel Schild has been appointed as a director of Truespine Technologies Ltd. You may recall Ms Schild invested £1 million into Truespine for 3.3 million shares, Primorus Investments invested £500,000 into Truespine for 1.66 million shares.

Excellent observationR.B.K.
Outsider “ TRUSPINE Tech “. Quietly advancing to the forefront.
Annabel Schild. Positively Is ‘ The Lady ‘ who will bring home the bacon . i
TruSpine will be listing on the Aquis Stock Exchange (formerly NEX), confirmed on their website - http://truspine.org/
Good evening Testing321
Thank you for this important information.
Excellent news for LTH.
I wonder if AC will RNS Monday?
RKB
Good afternoon Messi1966
I think you will do very well with your 66,667 shares in TruSpine Technologies Plc, along with Brian, Douglas, Jamil, John Cecil, Simon & Yan.
RKB
I do not think the Truspine Directors would have been appointed (recently) and the tidying-up of certain legal documents (see Companies House) or their Website being “under construction” with a banner to say “pending listing on the Aquis Stock Exchange” would have all been set-in motion unless they were going to list by the end of July.
You could always ask your broker.
RKB
Hi messi1966, looking at the holdings there was only one non-nominee shareholder with a holding of 66,667 shares and they have initials JB. If you have a shareholder certificate you may be ok if those details on the share register are you...
Humble apologies messi1966 - there are 6 separate holders with 66,667 shares according to the latest confirmation statement. I was working off an older one by mistake (thanks RKB for pointing it out!).
Sounds like you should be ok Messi1996. Out of interest how long have you had these shares?
Hello Messi1966
Hargreaves Lansdown technically do deal with Aquis Stock Exchange as one of my recent buys for PRIM was put through on Aquis.
As you have £20,000 worth of TruSpine Shares could you not begin a conversation with HL and if you or a member of your family has not utilised their ISA Allowance for 2020-2021 then open up an account and shelter your shares in the ISA wrapper? I am not aware of the administrative process you would have to go through but the tax advantages could be substantial if you were able to complete the process.
I have attached a link which could be a starting point to begin some research.
Good luck.

Truly sorry to hear that mate. Nothing anyone can really say beyond that...I hope they manage to get something back for you..
Hi Messi, if this is genuine then I'd like to say I'm sorry to hear it, please be careful not to give too much information on the phone tomorrow in case it is actually the police phone call that is the con. Incase they are taking all your information to transfer your shares into their name.
Could I please ask a few questions to try and get some information as to what's happening here.
- How did London Police manage to obtain your phone number. If the company is faked and a con I wouldn't have expected them to keep the details of all the people that could testify against them?
- Is it your broker that you bought the share certificate from that are being investigated by police? Please may you provide the name of this broker?
- From the start you have always said you completed no research into what you were buying. Can I ask why you decided to trust a broker you knew nothing about to buy shares in a company you had never heard of? How did they approach you? (Sorry if this is all genuine as that's a tough question but I feel I do need to ask, whether you answer or not is completely your call).
Thank you for your potential honesty Messi but as I know nothing about I really have to question this post at this stage. Hope you understand.
Hi Messi, thank you for your response. Sorry to hear what's happened to you and others as now I believe I understand the situation a bit more clearly.
From your first messages I thought you were implying that TruSpine was an illegitimate company but I believe you are now saying it is the brokers that have taken your money. Am I right in thinking from your conversation with the Police they are investigating these 2 brokers and not TruSpine?
All I can say to you is that I hope the people are found and you regain some of, if not all of your losses. Keep positive and wait to see what the police uncover.
Annabel Schild wouldn't be the director of a shell company imo, she has some serious credibility. Saying that sorry you've lost out Messi
It's the general consensus I'd imagine, seeing as it was widely reported at the time of her appointment not so long ago
Gun was doing an IPO for Fastbase which also turned out to be a scam.
Gunsynd ( Gun is the ticket ).
On linkedin they have just 3 employees, ceo, a person who is aprtner in a law firm and an investor. Does not look very impressive to me.
Messi1966
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I hope they are resolved to your satisfaction. The public are often subject to fraud and deception and I hope that has not happened in your case. Is it possible you are confused?
Prim are a public company and they would not just hand over a large sum of money without due diligence and that would include meeting the company and directors who are to be the recipients of funds.
Truspine Technologies the holding company is registered at Company's House here is a link:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09345973/officers
You can see the details of all the directors and Annabel Schild is listed.
There is also the filing history which shows the change from limited company to public. Also the auditor's report by PKF Littlejohn LLP a business used by other Aim companies as well.
If you read the previous posts here you will also find the investor presentations by the company with the details of the directors as well.
If this was a fraud then Prim would have found out about it a long time ago!

Another company (Early Equity) that invested in Truspine on 15th December 2017.
Firstly, RKB I see what you've done and I too have my concerns and doubts. Information that I've found and researched recently has pointed me in a direction I don't like. Be good to discuss it once all has calmed down.
Messi how are you getting on? Any more information from your investigation that you can share?
For the record I no longer hold a position in PRIM.
It is my opinion that those large sells that some have commented are buys are in fact sells as they appear. But I won't make any further speculation or comment on it.
Also, there's a filing at companies house for Truspine from this week.
Please do share with us what you've found Lewis.

Actually there are two. Tidy up of backdated issues pre IPO? I believe they are just being thorough and are ensuring that future holds a smooth glide path to market.
LB & M are entitled to their own views but remember LB has stated that he doesn't hold any shares and M hasn't provided any proof regarding his claimed losses. I suggest that he supplies all the information he/she has to PRIM and Truspine directors so they can take swift action to verify his statement and if necessary take any appropriate actions.
