The market is showing no interest in the content of RNS.
Bring on the next one.
Acker
Another placing inbound to pay for all the work needed to correct starks mistakes!!!!
Acker,
If we use your source as the benchmark price for SC6 (from my research it seems other tonnage prices are quoted) but let's say that yours is the accurate one.... does your same source offer a tonnage price for SC4 or SC5 or even SC7?
Kind regards DA
Yes Acker market showing no interest. Bring on next one saying 1000 tons SC6 exported
Only way this will hit 1p now is by consolidation. What an absolute joke!!!
ACKER …It’s funny how you waited until the market opened with its reaction to sp …to start commenting on the bb!
If the sp was rising you would be in full praise of progress made!
Market reaction to sp is relevant but MMs manipulation is even more important.
We are producing saleable spodumene and with reasonable quantity and moving forwards to further optimisation of the plant to increase the quantity and with better grades..
So what’s not to like …
It’s a good progress and positive results.
Finance if needed there is a headroom to raise for GR to raise.
Basically Starke fu#k the whole plant with the wrong parts and design…
I am positive and will keep holding while progressing forwards..
The price for SC5 looks to be around $1200/tonne....(Difficult to find a definitive price).... but as a guide it would suggest our current output would be worth shipping....
Obviously not the RNS we wanted.... but I am happy....
Happy with RNS
Said many times new issues will crop but this now shows we have a saleable product I believe canmax may not buy possible third parties to buy it to allow revenue for prem this revenue may open doors to other financing
Canmax being supportive but make no mistake they are a shark will let prem try an resolve now they have been as patient as possible I believe and know if prem sink they can easily consume prem dump 10mil and have a producing mine in. A blink of an eye
The only worry for me is how quickly prem can resolve and upgrade the necessary deficiencies to get to nameplate
I am more confident we can get to nameplate but can it be done before we go under basically
Time is all we need but time is not on our side
Stark have much to answer for and need to be held accountable on many fronts
But for now we just need to focus on production revenue production revenue

That's a strange introduction, I was actually outside planting out onions when the market opened.
I would not be full of praise I would be posting" care and caution " about the forthcoming dilution.
IMO the RNS was fodder for the plebs, nothing of worth.
Acker
Once it gets to nameplate how much revenue do you expect Prem to get from a tonne of spod, considering it has already been prepaid for over the next 12 months?
Bridgedogg1
Difficult to calculate but will offer a guesstimate:
Price per tonne after Canmax discount applied $1100
Cost of production $800
Margin $300 per tonne
Nameplate 4000 tonne
Acker
Are people still buying this dog??
Wow, snowking certainly did a job on you all.
Aim Higher Still
There remains plenty of profit in Premier, more than most on AIM.
Acker
Is that why the share price dropped over 52% - in the last 6 months?!
The problem with George is it is always would have, could have, should have and in due course. When will he actually get this to full production.
Nice to see aimlower still slating certain shares yet talk about GST and how it has still not improved in all this time and he defends it to the hilt with his gang of followers despite all his/her ramping of it.
Botuney
IMO the drop in sp affords a magnificent opportunity to purchase Prem shares, the dilutions may make them cheaper still.
Working from this base the % return just over this year could be and should be quite outstanding.
Acker
@acker
“plenty of profits left”
1) you need to produce it first
2) you need to sell it at a high enough price
3) you need a ceo with a track record of blasting through technical and financial challenges as if he was downing his favourite pint.
otherwise, there is no profits.
In my opinion - NOT A CHANCE
24% down on the month
53% down on 6 months
81% down on 12 months
Litmus test. If a ceo repeatedly blame everybody else but himself, and are cagey about who specified what, and who owes money for mods and repairs, then one should worry…
Cringsing
I take it you have or are about to jump ship.
Acker
Acker - jumping ship / or shorting this is the right call now. The fund raises are going to be at .10 or lower. And an EGM will need to be called.
Not really , the so-called saleable is 4-6.2%, Li2O3-4% China CIF is merely $485/t! so even Prem managed to sale some, the nameplate capacity of SC6 of 4000t/month is NOT achievable for a long long time. With current hand picking (instead of machine sorting), 3rd party financing is a very tall order ! hence a money loosing operation to last for a long time , WHO will finance this ???
It sounds like this share is done.
Can't see profitability ever coming.
You live and learn! No wonder AIM is doing so badly. I guess the majority of people get stung and just take their cash elsewhere.
