And...
"We are confident that potential gas flow rates using Sandjet will fulfil the potential 50 million cubic feet of gas per day profile facilitated by the Collaboration Agreement with Afriquia Gaz."
Wow!!!
Now that’s an RNS
Scathing indeed and rightly so.
The Company is a prudent and experienced operator, as we have shown in 2023 and will continue to deliver in 2024. We manage costs carefully, even during times when inflationary pressures and "shrinkflation" have become a normal modus operandi for some suppliers and services.
Like many listed companies of our size we are extremely disappointed with the over-regulated London public markets and their poor appreciation of the value of businesses and opportunities that several companies have created and further developed. Many of our shareholders, including the executive directors, seek to re-set the valuation of our assets through means other than the intra-day share price. This will be the top priority for 2024 and will focus on entities that understand the true value of natural resources in oil and gas commodity sector, as has been proven cyclically time and time again and which continues to support the global economy and is the catalyst for promoting viable economic growth.
We thank our shareholders for their continued support along our journey towards achieving our ultimate goal. It is not an easy path when wedded to a public market that is contracting in relation to its global peers through an inability to reform and refresh in a timely manner to become more attractive and competitive. You might surmise that it would be "in the public interest" so to do, but there again perhaps it's not. 2024 should be an interesting year."
From Morocco World News today
"Morocco is taking steps to establish its own energy infrastructure. On March 26, five Moroccan ministries signed the Sustainable Gas Infrastructure Development Program, which envisions the construction of three LNG regasification plants, storage tanks, and pipelines.
The first regasification plant will be built in Nador West Med, west of the Spanish enclave of Melilla, where a second Mediterranean port is already under construction. A newly built pipeline will connect Nador West to the Maghreb-Europe pipeline."
Where's this LNG source, I wonder?
Whilst we patiently wait. Worth a listen esp 50 mins in regarding commodities , with the case for Natural Gas being made and indeed energy stocks generally , particularly with reference to the Data ‘ gold rush ‘. A healthily producing gas business in Morocco should prove very attractive to prospective purchaser’s . https://youtu.be/M5UdRAd3KvI?si=KwJ0g8KjJWNcj6Xc
Ryan remains.
DECC hopefully will now confirm our SA
Can't see him being replaced. Bigger worry is after the next GE, Sinn Fein need the greens to form a coalition government, knowing our luck he'd keep his current ministerial positions 😔😔
He needs to balance his coalition.
New Irish PM to name his cabinet tonight, fingers crossed Ryan gets the boot.

Thank you Liveinthope, just called ii and Bed and ISA been completed while on the phone.
Just Initiated mine, watch this space to see how long it takes.
Having read MrNinja this morning - thank you - I just called II and 'insisted' they execute my Bed & ISA with some urgency, they were reluctant as they claim the prevailing price doesn't matter, which of course it does (volume of shares at 10p verses volume at 20p etc). They called their 'Global trading team' whilst I held and the transaction was completed immediately. The lady I spoke to was very helpful but they really didn't understand the need to expedite.
About 2 weeks for me on ii too. Just set up another this morning. Lets see if they can beat it
@andy, I waited 2 weeks last year for ii to Action mine.
Interactive investor 8.20 yesterday morning and still waiting, poor show
I’m also waiting for my and wife’s bed n isa to be processed. I actioned at 8:30 yesterday…
Hargreaves Lansdown 😒
Which platform do you use ?
I moved 96,000 shares into mi ISA yesterday and it took Barclays Smart Investor only 15 minutes to fully complete
the move, and I only lost 503 shares in the process.
Looking at the shares traded at the end of the day (not reported) I think they will all show up this morning.
Put my order in today to transfer 20k from trading account to isa and still not executed
It's kind of all noise just now until we know more about the Sandjet timings and the MOU-5 test date.
Success with Sandjet materially changes the game, imagine BoD would prefer to complete both in a similar timeline - issues with one may be offset by success in other.
Time will tell but PG unfortunately has indicated delays are no concern of his and he won't apologise even if they do occur.
I thought we might see a bit more action today with the new ISA allowances becoming available. £20k at 10p equates to 200,000 shares. Quite tempting for those not already loaded to acceptable risk levels.
It will be more important for him to stick to his principles, and be seen to be sticking), than to deliver a workable solution for the country.
I think this could work very nicely in our favour. What politicians need most of all is to have an escape route and because of the change in PM, Ryan now has one and can blame it all on the new PM. The fact that he himself ha overseen this mess will get swept under the carpet. Personally i do not care how he manages it as long as we get our day in the sun at long last. GLA
Morning
The stupidity will last until Ryan is out of office, like all politicians he thinks about himself and then party politics, if he changes his rhetoric from windmills to gas, he and his party lose face.
Ryan will be hoping the decision is taken out of his hands completely, the clock is ticking and he will be aware of the fact.
