Hello Cash
Hope you are well. Do you have a link to the mello youtube presentation ? take care
Yes the CEO knows that he is making good investment for himself. The 2 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Poolbeg Pharma PLC have a median target of 21p, with a high estimate of 23p and a low estimate of 19p. The median estimate represents a 93% increase from the last price of 10.90p. Zac Mir forecasted Poolbeg on Sunday to be at 13 p by the end of February... ...he might well be right! (ok maybe end of March now, after Tuesday's poolback)
If and when the shareprice hits 17.9p our CEO Jeremy will be a millionaire on paper when his allocated 4.6m shares is coupled with his shares purchased on the open market. What an incentive to get the ball rolling here. As he stated in the Mello presentation available on YouTube near the end of Q&A session that a deal will be done on Polb 001, this share could well turn out to be one of the big movers of 2024.
With a M&A oportunity looming also we are on the verge of a rebate and heading to becoming a £1b plus market cap company. How much dilution we will get on the journey will be another matter but CF will manage this correctly this time with the experience of Amyrt behind him.
Great news this just after CEO (Cathal Friel) bought again recently of course...
22 February 2024 - Poolbeg Pharma (AIM: POLB, OTCQB: POLBF, 'Poolbeg' or the 'Company'), a biopharmaceutical company focussed on the development and commercialisation of innovative medicines targeting diseases with a high unmet medical need, announces that it has received notification that on 21 February 2024, Jeremy Skillington, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 154,764 ordinary shares at a price of 10.8 pence per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Jeremy holds 873,497 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.17 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Good to see Jeremy buying shares.

Soooo many buys today (or so it seems) , yet we lose 5% on the SP, no idea how that works.....looking at the share trades tab on there, you'd expect a 5% gain, not a 5% loss... :-(
Bit of a tree shake today, do MM's need more shares I wonder?
In the last hour there have been 450k buys reported against a 10k sell, in fact the lst sell before that was at 1.30pm, nearly 3 hours ago.
Lol JBblue is a complete burk, he's knows all about Hvivo and Polb it's in his history. Another troll..
Hi JCblue29,
Did you know when you click on a username it will show all their previous posts???
Let's just say if everyone does that do you think anyone is going to give you a response?
There's another presentation tonight for HVO and POLB, hosted by Shard Capital.
I tend to agree, the drop today hasn't been anything huge, in fact, I could see us moving up into the close.
POLB has come onto a lot of people's radars and they will be looking to build a stake before any news hits....
What a load of nonsense Strictly!
Have topped-up again this morning.
Good luck to all believers!

The CF effect is toxic sadly.
Range is underpinned at 8/9p - add level.
AIM doesn't need an excuse to drop on small volume. There have been good buyers in the background all week and we will see them again today. CfF will not be hanging about and a deal will be getting worked on besides or in parallel with Polb 001 that will spark interest here. DA has to be bringing something to the table due to the fact if the shareprice hits the target he will receive £1.5m in shares. He has been allocated the lions share of the issue. Not bad for someone who started in January. I would say that there is reasons behind that huge personal allocation to him. He has his ear close to the ground and there is a product or M&A being worked by him. CF has his feet in the door of the top 5 pharma from his deals over at Hvivo and will be peddling the wares.
I was expecting a drop yesterday in fairness - let’s hope it’s temporary / tree shake.
Bazzaman, my observation of Jeremy is that he is always upbeat, but now needs to match his words with delivery. GLA
Or either a tree shake after several days of strong SP rise. Let's see :)
I’m assuming this has fallen back as either CF’s purchase was widely anticipated and therefore factored into the price, or his purchase has confirmed that there is no imminent deal on the table. Thoughts?
If they did it wasn't covered. To be fair Jeremy was very upbeat. They said any deal they did would be beneficial to shareholders. He & David gave a quality presentation IMHO.

Did anyone ask about other Directors buying? JS? Amryt Management?
Getting pushed on deal news in Q and A session, they can't say too much, are in talks with multiple prospective partners who see the benefits of our products as it compliments their products for Car-T treatment etc..and will get a deal done which is best for Poolbeg
