We pumping on nothing again right? Still about 80% down so not getting excited.
I was wondering when a more recent comment would emerge and, like buses, there's two! My stockbroker required me to fill in a form before I'm allowed to invest in this high-risk entity. It remains in my Watchlist.
No chance. Until this shower of sh@t company give us something we can believe in it will keep dropping. I have no
Idea what they are doing. Communication is zero. Al. We ever see is some recycled tweets.
Given their cash position and cash flow we're looking at another raise soon right?
It’s all to do with the method LSE employs to work it out based on price. They aren’t fed the buy/sells just unit and price. Industry standard method. Sometimes it doesn’t get it right. Who knew?
It’s posting buys as sells. Not helpful.
For some reason buys aren’t showing on here
Hi. For anyone that uses Trading 212 a number of small cap stocks, including Pineapple Power PLC, have been placed in close only mode, quote "Due to significant risks of volatility, price slippage and delays in order execution, several small-cap stocks per placed in a "Close-only" mode. Existing holdings won't be affected, however, no BUY orders can be placed."
“…But investors prepared to exercise due diligence, and looking to get in early before the market tide turns once again towards more speculative ventures, might want to have a look at the some of the UK’s smaller SPACs. It is important to note that such companies can apply for exemptions from the FCA rules requiring that SPACs list with a minimum market capitalisation of £30m…”

C.22k; 30k; and 50k buys - haven’t seen those for while …
Quite simply, M&A is an expensive business.
It’s certainly reassuring to read they are receiving interest.
Without revenues they do need more money to keep going, get ready for another round of share printing, report says:
"...Having considered forecasts, the Directors consider that there will be a need to raise further funds so that
sufficient funds are available for the Company to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months
from the date of approval of these accounts. Accordingly, the Board believes it appropriate to adopt the
going concern basis in the approval of the financial statements..."
As for "how did they manage that?" - expenses are clearly outlined on page 31.
Third of it was because of reverse takeover.
How the **** did they manage that?
Some wider liquidity issues across the mkt today.
PNPL was born to RTO: it’s just a question of time before its ducks are in a row …
Stuff continues to brew... but no one seems to have a clue what...very very weird the past few months
I know that I know nothing.
Think we do know.
That we know of . . .
Back to chump change. Nothing brewing here. Which is disappointing.
The fact remains that PNPL is a desirable standard listed vehicle and gratifyingly there is no green (zero) pocket here!
Morning The Modeller
What potential investors should also understand is just why the FCA introduced the new thresholds - to improve the quality of the companies being admitted to give investors greater confidence in their investments and lessen the risks. So whilst it will be attractive to some very small enterprises, will it be attractive to investors. My analogy of the roulette wheel holds good in my view. This is at the very top end of the risk spectrum and it will attract certain types of investor and speculator. My comments are around having ones eyes fully open here. Not for me personally but it is a stock I watch with interest as an observer of investor behaviour.

Good morning JerseyCrew,
As the founding father of the United States, Benjamin Franklin said, “ … in this world nothing can be certain except death and taxes.”
Notwithstanding that, the new FCA rules increasing the minimum market fund raise and capitalisation threshold for standard listing from £700k to £30m, is a decision very much in favour of existing listed cash shells such as PNPL.
Sit tight …

At the moment without any facts on any prospective company, this is akin to picking a number on a roulette table. Sure it has potential but it is also a pure gamble at the present time.
I understand that but this is about potential surely.
