I have been looking at the costs etc for a 75MW wind farm. These projects can take 2/3 years min to deliver. Capex seems to be in £80m to £100m range. Predicted revenues of circa £8m p.a. after operating costs. There are risks so some news on feasibility plan would be welcome. Assuming planning granted it will be interesting to see what route PMG will take thereafter, self fund capex by borrowing or fund raise, partnership with operator or just sell on at premium. Exciting times you can see the potential of having a balanced energy portfolio. GLA
SOB to be fair it could be a lot worse fella, it could be a member of my family, still hits home but thanks anyway p,
Well I think you shareholders deserve a hell of a reward here for being so patient, I think you guys must have the patients of a saint, this is surely more than just investing? It’s believing in the Management 110% which I just don’t any longer! Don’t get me wrong I was 150% a TC champion of getting this to come to fruitation, I just lost faith to be honest, hope it proves me wrong, because I love to see myself and others making money, Let’s get out of this hell we are all living in, and maybe we can all at least be civil now, as it’s a funny old world, how we get our priorities all wrong!
Take care
Scooby: Sorry to hear of your loss.....
I'm sure you won't have to wait for much longer.
It's decision time for Parkmead GPA or Tipperty. Either way toss a coin..... Tom will decide !
SOB when will they be rewarded though fella? This is the million £ question
Guy I have know for about 20 years died this morning Corona in his 50’s
Bandit1: Everyone to there own.......
IMO the apparent value distortion here can be fully justified by the poor way in which Cross runs this company. The share price pre-virus and pre MBS/Putin arm wrestle was the market reflecting that all the way down from £1 not too long ago. This will obviously bounce if a production cut is agreed ( rising tide floats all boats) but as for giving poor and loyal shareholders any sort of return on their investment if you have been in for a few years I just cannot see it. When there are alternative opportunities in the sector like Rockrose ( RRE) with cash on balance sheet excluding decom costs reflecting a share value of £20 + yet RRE closed Friday at less than £8 you can see why new money will not come here any time soon. All IMO and full disclosure I have just taken a chunky stake in RRE.
Why not just keep your own cash, safer than this.
In the coming months.....CASH WILL BE KING!
Go on Tom.
Always had faith in this company.......Long time holders will be rewarded handsomely.
These times are testing but with PMG I see the SP getting back up higher and quicker than the rest of the gas and oil companies, it does seem daft that our cash is more than the M/C but these are not normal times....GLA
Purchased more this morning at 31p in the hope that averaging down will see me back in the blue a little sooner.
Sell early and buy a little late not a bad investment philosophy. Took some profits last year at 45p.
No letting up......The bigger picture is clear to all
Scooby: CLN don't be silly......25 windmills approved at Tipperty !
Why are PMG rising?
Ask yourself that,
Offer going in for Cluff?
Mkt cap around £9 million holding £13 million in cash
Hi m8, see you found another handle, in answer to your question no and have no intention of doing so, go easy.
Arrow - have you bought in now?
I saw you were bashing this at the lows of 18 pence.
Now up over 50% since then. Looks like you called it wrong?
Lse still not updating in the afternoon so the price showing incorrect ( more like +10%, still impressive for a day like this.
Easp: stay positive don't let the Motley crew get to you.
Parkmead can only go from strength to strength
Look after months of falls it's nice to see PMG spike upwards. I don't care if it is about windmills, oil reserves or just gas revenues just relieved it is up.
There's more to this than investor chronicle......
Could be. Heavy buying.
Platypus news maybe?
AA: Parkmead is an energy company . Yeah they produce energy !
