well, they have some stock now.........but wont let them go for less than 16....greedy booogas
Now we want to see this share, get back to new high's..going forward....
Feels good to be back in profit again..patience pays...imho
overhang cleared completely me thinks. i was offered 15p for 75000 shares this morning. i believe there is little stock out there, only that which is being traded......i have been holding for 2/3 years now and will continue to do so....rewards will come
all good
Bottomley might well have been a long term investor who has 'topped up' and gone over the 3% threshold. all this buying is very good news
They seem more than happy to buy our shares..today.....More news soon..... Minted..Thinks wait for £1 for MAYG....?
Your thoughts.....atm?..not another mchl..? am thinking / looking to buy at £1.00.... Jamie...nice.....!
Yes,but that's only because the good wife told you you had m8.............?
minted/jamie/langy...wifes will be announcing their good news soon enough...All in them cuppa's..... CHAR-Funding will be a problem now though....Going forward....GLM
Yep-some-think in the water...........lol CHAR-you waiting 3 days..or 7-10days...?
Finally.............few
Has helped the clear out of some stale investors. He has dropped a shade over £72000 on some stock. Good man, some real skin in the game. Buys coming in at 15p now. Should cruise back up to the twenties before too long. I would love to hear some Sagenta soya bean news before the end of the year
buys at 12p now..........unless the seller re-emerges, i think that might be it just need some news and the SP will really press on
Let's hope the seller/s have finished up. Maybe....maybe Bottomley and a stale investor have helped each other out. MC of £6million for this company is nuts. With cash of £1.3million, sales of around £2million, annual expenditures of £2.5million, they will still have cash of £.5-.75million at year end 2013 march 31st and that is assuming no sales growth whatsoever.
Markets moving fast,great for a change..upward.........impho.................atm though.............?
Lets hope so.........
The term 'interested in' usually denotes some sort of indirect holding. He will still own the shares in the truest sense. It is possible that he has been a significant holder for some time as only when the 3% threshold has been breached is there an obligation to declare. More likely that he has been buying at these all-time lows, but we can only speculate?
They only have to notify if a holder goes above 3% or if a holder goes through 4, 5, 6 etc... % He has never appeared as a major shareholder before so i think it is safe to assume that he has been buying and has gone through the 3% barrier
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The announcement says simply that PIM had received notice that he "is interested in" the shares, not that he had bought them. If he had bought them, they would have issued the usual notice of major interest in shares - TR 1. I emailed PIM for more information about this but have not had a reply.
This guy has a very long CV. Stockbroker, fund manager, fund manager at Fidelity. Multiple directorships and now... he has gone above the 3% threshold with his PIM holding and most importantly his own money. He is 64 and holds the most of his holding in his SIPP..........must be planning to retire late! IMHO this equates to a nice confirmation from an old pro that us shareholders are not completely mad. Hopefully we have seen the bottom. Anyone going to the AGM sept.14th?
