A copy and paste would be appreciated, not registered on there.
rivaldo, will have to re-register with advfn to access info
Posters here might like to look at the thread header post I've set up on ADVFN, which lists as much detail on PEBI's holdings as I can find. Any corrections appreciated! http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=30112315
I'd rather see a nice steady rise that represents the growth of the fund rather then large spikes I'm happy enough with the gain here already :)
blackfox, PEBI holding well, prefer gadual rise to mega spikes
Nice to see we are carrying on the momentum :)
Hi Hopefully good choice of investment. As I have said to others, watch the video of J M, he has great vision for PEBI. Trying not come across as a ramper, but I think after NAV update, hopefully should get a good re-rating. GLA
sfu. gotta get back to work...will chat later
= pleb !! :-)
To be in here. First noticed when PLE exploded (Thank you to one of the posters in this forum) Im sure everyone would settle for 10% rise a day. Looking forward to the NAV. Great Share.
apologies that should say pebi!
yes yes yes!! looking excellent again. all the best guys and thanks for all the information and advice here
and anyone who just bought in, well done on investment choice, PEBI doing well again today. Obviously don't expect this rise everyday, but until NAV update, I think folk will be buying in as NAV should be very good going by rough calcs of old and others GLA
less risky than investing in just one bio stock, but it could also be classed as high risk as some bio's are doing well, but the market is fickle and bios could be out of fashion by next week. In all honesty, all stocks are high risk because none of us know what's going to happen from one day to the next, and anything could effect PEBI, e.g. one failure of its investments could affect the share price considerably as folk would/could suddenly lose confidence, then mass sell off, without folk really taking in consideration the othe stocks could have 100% success rate. Either way I am content with how things are at the moment and will topslice when the time is right.
Good evening Looking back through bb I note you posted here some while ago. I have been asking for some time now about mulled wine. Do you know anything of his whereabouts please?
I am expecting an NAV of around 17p. But that will not reflect the growth potential of the fund. This is a fund to invest in to back the management for the future-which is what I did. That is why it is a fund-not just one company.
My point is it isn't high risk and that's true as the fund is well balanced across the global sector
oldstockbroker is someone I would listen to, he's very well up with the events regarding PEBI, and extremely au fait about investing/investment funds. Great to see enthusiasm and passion regarding PEBI, but I would never be dismissive of other folks' view points, especially when I know they have fully researched PEBI and its investments. Before I invested, I read all the previous postings from investors and realised we've got some pretty savvy folk on this bb, which is great for allof us.
Yes this will grow nicely, will probably rise until catches up with NAV then slow a little but in time will steadily climb IMO
The great thing about this stock it shouldn't/doesn't really need ramping. The quality of the investments, J mellon at the helm, good NAV update soon, this stock should be, hopefully re-rated and price today hopefully a fading memory. Great to see more investors in PEBI, but do agree with oldstocbroker, this is one for long term and the value should/will appreciate naturally.
Think I was in here a bit before you. Of course I have and the whole sector.
Shan - well done this is one which I'm gonna let ride for a good while as the Pharma sector looks bright. Old - dont agree with you 'high risk' have you researched the big bio's we are in?
As mentioned I will be asking if quoted shareholdings are not listed in report. Worked in the IT(Investment Trust) sector for while and we had good models. Hard for UQ though, which are no more than 40%. As shareholder's we should be given that public information-I could find through looking at company shareholder lists-bit of an effort though. Used to be lonely BB a few months ago. Not sure we need the ramps, this is seriously interesting fund. But no guarantees in the UQ field. This is a high risk/high reward area I have done my research and sort of know the industry. Enough to know that a couple more winners will create substantial returns. But could take a bit of time and I think some new arrivals posting are on an agenda. I am going to be holding this for some-time as I said now recovered initial investment. If did not have faith would have sold the lot.
thanks mate. i bought in today so just wandering in terms of current NAV. but your right, let it do its own thing! hope 20+ plus for all invested and those thinking of investing too!
