Every trade being shown as a sell when just yesterday the trades for 10,614 and 12,911 shares were 100% buys despite being show as sells, as both were mine. Having a small top up each month now as funds allow in expectation of some exciting developments over the next few months. GLA.
Thanks PK, I get it now.
Just had word from my financial advisor, I don't have the available funds so I will say that I'm out
Bhukia gold mine is being auctioned.. we have a claim to it.
Once bids revealed that will give us a value, and that is likely what we will claim (plus or minus) through arbitration.
You don’t need to do anything unless have a billion burning a hole in your back pocket and want to make a bid…. (But it’ll cost you 18k for the prospectus to keep us riffraff from knowing its expected value).
Good luck in your decisions.. the last RNS is a pretty good summary.

Hi all, I read below about an e-auction amd technical bids, what does this mean and do I nee to do anything, I am very confused.
Sorry if this is obvious
Tia
All quite on the western front it seems.
Hopefully things will change soon!
Yes, I don’t understand why they always show as UT but they do. Just to round up the topic for the moment. The UT trade today at 1635 is mine and was an order for 6500 why they could only manage 6499 I don’t know, but it is what it is. I managed to cancel the remaining order for One share before it got to be executed! Oh, and by the way it was a buy not a sell . I’m trying to make up for some earlier newbie mistakes and not selling when I shouldn’t. my Pat shares account for more than 20% of my portfolio so I want all the best for this company. I bought the shares around September time and have a bit to make up pricewise, but have great hopes.
Thanks Notometolouse, I am still as confused as I waa before how UT pops up ..unless all trades at auction trading times are UT..
Anyway more importantly, a week tomorrow is last day for technical bids to be placed on the e-auctuon mining website.
I would have thought the following week we might see/hear some developments?
To deck chair and shear class
My broker only trades Pat and many other (mostly mining) shares at the 10 minute times just before eight, 9 11 and 2 pm. UK times also 430. Whilst I would normally trade in 100s or thousands of pounds I doubt that I would be able to Trade in this share, if a limit of 10k for UT trades was established . My trades pretty much, always show as UT. I am limited brokerwise due to residency and I wish to trade sterling on Lse. My broker is IBKR and they seem pretty good on the whole. Americanisms and American times are sometimes a bit confusing. Sometimes buys or sells go through in bits and pieces for one order that’s not something individual trader has any control of that is in the hands of the market makers or who ever does the actual trade execution. I once had a trade of one go through when they were tidying up an order which was one share short of the actual order quantity. .
Please excuse odd capitals, punctuation and grammar. I use dictation and mostly correct, but don’t have the patience to to do all the bits and pieces.

Hey Shearclass, I must admit I don't fully understand this UT ( unless you see a sell to a matched buy 🤔)
But from what I think I know , as you say it's a load of bull. ocks.
They are shaking the tree, the weak will fall, without realising the mm's are gonna sell them back soon for a tidy profit..IMHO!....hold for Oro!
The market makers take the p*ss on a daily basis here, why LSE permits uncrossing trades of 18 shares at 6.08p worth a grand total of £1.22 is anyone's guess. It's mickey mouse behaviour done to manipulate the closing price and could easily be fixed by put a minimum value on UT's of at least £10k.
But yes, we've just got to ignore the low volume nonsense. So far this calendar year we haven't had a trading day breach 1m volume (~£60k). Total volume year to date is 13.3m shares. Contrast this to the 3 days after the LCM funding was confirmed last August when 10.6m shares changed hands.
IMO we'll breach that in a day when quantum lands, and if a settlement was to appear then all bets are off!
Almost as if they know something big is coming soon ejt and are doing their best to scare others out of their shares now in order to sell them back to them at a much higher price. Hold for gold perhaps has never been so apt on this occasion. Good luck to all holders.
Buys outweighing sells by 3.5:1, tiny volume, SP down 7.4%. Go figure.
Against India
Https://investmentpolicy.unctad.org/investment-dispute-settlement/country/96/india
Obviously our case has not yet featured on this list. However, interesting to note that India has a total of 1332 cases, some of which have been settled
@ nelson...I think the gor is now the same as the ruling party so hopefully they will be on the same page.
I am in broad agreement on most of the items on this board.
However in terms of surmising horse-trading strategies - I am guessing, so please correct or giv a view if I am off target, that it isnt a simple horse trade (though certainly relevant. Arent the auctions being held by GoR, whereas under the treaty we have a claim against the GoI - ie two entities who may not be as joined at the hip as we would like.
I do think that there will be dialogue and the possibility of a settlement pre-auction, but only as GoI want to save face, I am not sure they will be linked to the auctions.
Its a wrinkle in the fabric to bear in mind when looking at this and projecting - GoI and GoR - two entities - one facing a big upside in selling an asset, the other holding the liability of a potential claim.
Politics and greed may be big factors in how well they play nice together.
This is working out as my last post all the GOI need now is confirmation of auction value then a sensible settlement should be forthcoming
People who do their research will start loading up now and we should see a gradual rise in sp
Cool.
1.06^6 > 1.4 (2021 to 2027)
So easily expect 40pct more than 2021 value by 2027.
This impact is good for our claim but also a double edged sword.
History here https://www.jpmorganchase.com/about/our-business/historical-prime-rate
Been above 7% since Nov22, average is 5.86% since March 21.
Yes definitely an interesting day, top work on the CEO engagement & confirming timelines.
Super interesting points there.
Nice work, chaps.
Whilst the RNS wasn’t ground breaking, it does show that mark is doing things by the book and we can expect timely updates.
Can’t believe there wasn’t any reaction in the sp today..
Thanks sheer class. I think from 2021 to 2023 it was quite a bit lower. The nice thing is if the court case goes for 3yrs, interest rates currently are quite high so that adds up nicely.
All in all an interesting day, especially knowing it was our decision not to proceed to the next step yet
To put this in context i think our original pit design was for gold at 500usd. But costs have risen.
The compounding element is quite a big deal expect
My guess is we are just waiting for the auction to see GOI position. No point doing anything until we see amount and position of governement
It's at the date of expropriation as per the BIT, which is 15/03/21 when the mining laws were changed and MMDR2021 was introduced. Gold was ~$1750 back then. The flipside is that interest on any award accrues from that point. Usually they apply the US prime rate, which has sat at 8.5% since July 2023...
You might be right pk ..if it ever is.
Reading the 2nd Jan rns 'unless meaningful communication...we will issue noa in first qtr'.
I assume meaningful communication must be ongoing
