Just hang on in there. Let's see what next few weeks bring. Good Luck!
BOOOOOOOOOM !!! But that might sound a bit like ramping LOL and perhaps a little premature , but it does feel good to know there's life in this old dog .!? ;-) GLA
shares like OXB, OXP and OPTI have done wonders for me by getting in early. Now OXA: I had my eyes since I got into OXP. Richard Griffiths increased his holding in Jan at around 1.80p mark. Now it's over 3 mths since that date and to me we are getting closer to the next news whatever that is. To me might put £1000 now and make £10000 but can afford to loose my stake. It would be harder if sp picks up but most of my "O" shares playing a blinder. I got in inside 2p. Now this is already 2.15 to buy and I am up.
I have an old Dinky Vanwall racer with one tyre missing that could do with a spruce-up. Something must be happening under the surface. Well the Tinman is 75 this year and maybe needs some Hammerite!
MAYBE SOMETHING IS FINALLY GOING TO HAPPEN HERE !!! Certainly unusual trading ( for OXA any trading at all is odd !! ) here over the last few days , anyone got anyidea what it maybe about ? I for one would welcome a deal with Dinky Toys , bluebeaver , any deal at all would be most welcome ?!
Contract with Dinky Toys coming???
Someone still loves OXA, all blue today.
something going to happen soon???
Mark' there appears to be just you keeping this board alive !! Not sure we will here anything till final results are out and looking at the history of those it maybe a wait till July , even then I don't expect any good news ( hope to be proved wrong ) . This company are a shower of **** with communication , it leads you to wonder if they are actually doing anything at all with the " big ideas " they say they have , you can only hope the science is sound and just the marketing and publicity/communication are dreadful , because if the science is as bad as those then we can kiss goodbye to any of our " hard earned " that we may have been daft enough to invest in this silent and deadly slow moving stock. happy Easter to all invested , old ( Terry , you still in ) and god forbid new alike , lets hope something , anything happens for OXA this year . GLA
End of March - another no news month.
It's March 2nd - ditto.
Another blank month for the OXA SP. I wonder if Mr Griffiths is having any impact. Still big investors don't seem to be pulling out so where there's life ...etc....etc.
Fair enough , lets hope he's backing a winner with this flutter as well then , do us all some good to have some large business boots behind these bl0000y scientists . GL . And thanks again for the insight .
we just don't know, but I suspect it is the same trade. that's his skill: - deploying more capital than anyone else in situations where others have walked away or stopped caring. you can call all the shots when you trade in this way. sure, you need an end-game/exit but if you're well-resourced, patient and smart you can generate some stunning returns...he has done it time and again.
Cheers cadburyhill , that all sounds positive thanks for the extra info .But , is this 4.5mil he's just taken up related to the 4.5 mil showing as a sell at 1p on Monday or just coincidence ? The numbers of shares don't quite tally but seem now to make sense , although if it was the same trade and Mr Griffiths bought at a penny he got nearly 50% discount which is bl0000y good even for mates rates.
Richard Griffiths s a specialist investor in distressed/turn-around situations on AIM. He has been active for many years and he has a very successful track-record. He has been a good holder of OXA for a while. Today's RNS suggests he's upping his exposure. History suggests that others would be wise to follow where he leads...
What the fook just happened !! That is a big sell ; 4.5 million at 1p .That is not good ! Any idea what that's about , anyone !?
Surprising indeed , little late x-mas gift for us all , if only I could believe it was the start of something happening in the worlds most boring share !!! :-) HAPPY NEW YEAR OXAERS!
We can only hope ?! Merry xmas all .
This has been one of my more disastrous punts. Can only hope that no news is good news?
