Fca should investigate this companys accounts, timings of rns releases, silverton deal involving the big birdie before they dissapear with our money.
Yes, I'm giving this the big KO. I'm not putting anymore money into this, and, when you consider things, £3m isn't a lot these days, and certainly not enough to buy something, anything it would seem, to resuscitate my position. Oh well, a lesson learned, that there are people out there paying themselves handsomely for doing nowt, living the high life and, on the face of it, being successful. They would sell their children's' souls to make a few bob.
Walk away, keep your money safe. In my opinion. I've been here for nearly seven years, average of 0.89p. It has never been any good and Reynolds has been involved. This is nothing new. Best wishes.
What we have experienced is akin to legal theft. Lol. Damocles. Sorry about your long lobe. The flaps on my mangina have lengthened, if that's a comfort.
Just select one new share for 0.01p and make sure enough funds are available. Horrorgen to Orogen. What could be worse? I'm 60 years old soon, and my ear lobes are succumbing to gravity. The trouble is, one lobe seems longer than the other. Is my head at an angle when I look in the mirror? I don't know, but it is a worry that I'm starting to look like my my grandfather. I have better things to worry about than this pile of ear hair....................
Preferred option I selected was: "Reynolds you can foook off you robbing barsteward, at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask and didn't come back for more!". Sent my votes also - all resolutions "no foookin chance" a big X in every one of the BoD's boxes!. No way am I going to keep supporting these low life's by taking up the open offer. This is another way of conning people out of money, disgraceful. DD
Wrap up well in cold weather Morv
All the best in investing in orogen plc guise take 2 Plenty of charities out there in need
Is there a preferred option here I elect to accept the Offer to buy xxxx OROGEN GOLD PLC ORD GBP0.0001 shares. I elect to accept the Offer to buy a specified number of OROGEN GOLD PLC ORD GBP0.0001 shares (the quantity you enter below should be the total number of shares you wish to apply for). I can't recommend any shares to anyone Morv, because I've yet to have any winners. Keep the £200 and spend it on something nice. Lol.
What's a multi-bagger? Pmsl. Is that like tea-bagging? Howl.
I meant to say....the sweet smell of another Reynolds methane cloud. No apostrophe required for this pile of crapola. Lol.
Yes, but the old management had to leave after this, and now we just have new punters inhaling the sweet smell of another Reynold's methane cloud. Lol. Best of luck to you too. Cheers Mick.
Take a look at asiamet. Tony manini is a man of his words unlike this lot. They actually are moving to feasibility and production. At 4p a share and only 700 million shares it should do really well.
Lol, any tips? M
Wish I listened to ericeric a few years ago and not others that ridiculed his scepticism, I think I probably I have £200 if I sell now, if any of you , espacially Eric the hulk and jibjabber want to move a couple of hundred quid into a multi bagger let me know and I will come along for the crack. morvtrot.
it seems that way but peeps still buying. whole new management coming in , will watch and see how it pans out .atb
In my opinion only that is.
The deal is that existing shareholders are fooked over and the inept BOD gets off lightly as it steps down. It's quite obscene, but the cash shell bull5.hit is just a way to deflect how borderline criminal their behaviour has really been.
get this deal
Yes, it's a crock of ****e.
They do an 'Open Offer' - that no one will take up as they are so underwater already and lock out new entrants (WTF is all that about??) BOD resign - and participate in placing MMs, despite fook all volume, park this @ 50% above the placing price... The only thing going for this is the amount of cash they raised (£3mill), but they went to great lenths to say don't expect any news soon Bizarre..
If you include the broker's fee, it would put you over 100% down for your certificated shares! Jesus! I'm almost as bad, but just have enough left to buy some industrial strength pile cream, which I so desperately need now, due to an immediate gathering of enormous bum marbles at my opening, following yesterday's news.
Hi Jib. Have you been in touch with the FCA since the announcement? The discount equivalent of 0.006p struck when the sp was at 0.0155p is in itself surely bordering on criminal? Then the BOD has the audacity to give us existing holders the option to be involved in the offer, after it has just slit our throats with it! Totally immoral behaviour. Including from Reynolds. A discount of that magnitude should not be even on the table and they know it. It's ok saying that ORE will now become a cash shell, but we shareholders are being completely fleeced in the process, no matter how the future picture is being painted.
"Colin Bird, Edward Slowey, Michael Nolan and Alan Mooney will step down from the Board." I predict that the asset will be sold for far less than the market value to someone with close links to one of the above, and that one if not all of the names above will reappear in some capacity indirectly linked with Mutsk. Just do a quick search on Birdys MO for some of his other companies...cnt
