You were close enough. Lol.
Good news. Now how will the new Directors shape up. Board changes Immediately following the General Meeting, Colin Bird, Edward Slowey, Michael Nolan and Alan Mooney resigned from the Board and Steven Metcalfe and Mark Collingbourne were appointed as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Anyone with any comments on the RNS?
I was about right! The enlarged ordinary share capital of the Company, comprising 262,728,022 New Shares! Monday is going to be interesting. Big fat wad of cash with respected financiers.
nearly all buys and sp down dont make sense
I made it 262,728,022 shares in issue after everything. Raising £3,470,460. Lol.
No, it is confusing because the 200,000,000 shares are at 1.5p, so that is after the restructure. What a load of old b0llix. See what Monday brings.
After the placing, including the shares in existence now, it is then all being divided by 250. The share restructuring means that for every 250 shares we investors currently have, it will be equal to 1 share only afterwards.
I had read the RNS in detail but the no of shares post consolidation did not make sense... Will just wait till Monday
I sold this at 0.015p with 0.09p avg a total disaster i would preffer to have bought a 65 inch 4k screen than throw my money here. Bye
The info is in the RNS of 21 March 2017, which you can read here on LSE. After the proposed placing and share reorganisation, we'll be left with this, taken from said RNS: "Immediately following the Capital Reorganisation, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company will be 31,364,011 New Ordinary Shares." Worth looking at the RNS, should answer your questions. Regards.
I see. Same as me then, not taking up the Offer, because they are kicking us in the 'nads with a dilution of 61.3% first, before slicing our shares down to 1 for every 250 we currently hold. Like you, following consolidation, I'll need an electronmicroscope to view my holding. Lol. If I came to sell, the mms would simply wonder where the shares were. "Sell what? What's he on about?" I agree re AIM. This is a shell, one of my others, BHR, went into administration, due to lies and horrific management, and I'm in BMR (conman replaced after he pulled out the Alzheimer's Joker Card) and BEM, which actually has a great CEO and is the only one I trust will do very well. Glad about MARL, I also have a friend in that one. To sum up, we may as well have set up our own company and tried to prospect with a few bob from our nan. Lol. Good luck anyway.
Dire sums it up ,bottom draw..
I'm not moving on, I'm just letting this go. I haven't taken up the offer, and as I understand it, my shares will now disappear into history. It that's incorrect, my shareholding will be so small it won't be worth worrying about. Last Friday, I tried a test sell, and it was pitiful the amount I would receive. I knew it before I went online, but it was still a chastening experience to see it confirmed. No, my days of investing are over. I had four, soon there will be three, one of those is a shell, and two are doing well. I'm lucky that I put some funds into Marl and Solg, which has netted me a nice paper profit so far, but I'm so unimpressed with everything I've read over the years now, not just on here but with lots of other companies as well, I don't think it matters how much research you do, you never know the real motivation of those running the shows you invest in. It's a bear pit, and as for horrorgen, well, Tattoos are very popular at the moment, and £3m can buy a lot of parlours, LOL. I wish you well. You've kept me entertained with your wit over the years and I've had more than a few laughs reading your posts. More than a few cornflakes have ended up on the floor over the years!
Total New Shares Post consolidation 262,620,011.00 Giving a mkt cap @ £0.015 /share of £3,939,300.17 ?? With £3.5 mill in cash?
Good luck matey, if you are moving on. My holding is worthless now so just keeping hold to see what happens. As a matter of interest and in case I write to the FCA, as I'll have proof of being a shareholder.
In reference in particular to the £91k buy at 0.13p.
No way should the buys be delayed until today either. Somebody must either be incredibly stupid or have information that we existing shareholders do not possess. The proposed placing equivalent of 0.006p to come is awful, so we should question why the large buys at this time.
Well, there you go. Another loser on the short road to penury this share regularly delivers.
bloody sp down
bloody sp down
delayed from march 31st , you think sp would go up
Someone has just splashed over £91K on this. That has been followed by some more large purchases. As a LTH, there is no value in this whatsoever and I'm giving it up as a loss. I have, however, been racking my brains trying to understand why some people now see this as a good gamble. Maybe I'm missing a trick, or just being a bit thick, but what is there to gain from such large buys? If I had £91k to invest, I wouldn't be putting my money in here, that's for sure. I know better companies than this one.
You know the score matey. Bird has done nothing good for ORE at all, except for step down! Same for Slowey. The placing equivalent is 0.006p, so I can't see how even the woeful current sp will be sustained. With the 250:1 consolidation, I suppose the new BOD may be hoping the real damage goes unnoticed. Lol.
For some reason TW likes CB and is very reasonable to him unlike many others - not sure why. I may buy ORE shs (again) or whatever it becomes but not now I want to see what is going to happen and IMO it will be at a much lower s/p. I am not trying to deramp I have held this share on 2 occasions and I know how the LTH feel! I sincerely hope you long suffering holders get some cash back, but CB, IMO stiffed us and I advocated him!
