I'd happily defend Dibs...
Dibs knows his proverbial onions here imv
(s)he was maybe a little cute just prior to his exit
(I remember some posting about being mad to sell lol),
but many of us are a little "economical" at times
(we are after all more or less competing...
certainly any individual is competing against the market as a whole)
Piper - you lash out with comments you can’t back up. Where is the £3m to develop the new lateral flow tests going to come from if the £3m they want from the Open Offer flops? And I can promise you it will because who is going to buy more shares @ 40p when you can pretty much get what you want around that price on the open market now? And you seem to be obsessed with the idea that I’m sore about the placing? I truly couldn’t give a monkeys ass that I missed it, I can buy as many shares on the open market now for around that price. You have looked at the share price haven’t you? And as for advfn so you’re stalking me now. Weirdo. Your nobody’s spokesman other than yourself. But if people hold a view about me because I sell some shares I guess that’s their issue not mine. Anyone who understands this game and it IS a serious game knows that you have to make your own decisions and unfortunately circumstances change and you have to change with those circumstances. Either that or risk losing lots of money. I have always said buying is easy, selling is the hard part.
Hi, does anyone have an educated guess on how long the 2 stages of the new placing shares could take to sell through ? I know its how long is a piece of string, thoughts appreciated.
Could b a matter of days or a week. I suspect there will be news around the 12th July to push through theses shares plus agm on the 10th?
Dodge are u sure the shares not taken up will be taken by instistions
Oh ffs Dibs give it a rest with the bull****. There’s no way they are going to drop “development” of anything. Most of the development cost is being borne by others anyway. Total scare mongering bull.
And give it a rest pretending that you’re some sort of market soothsayer with the perfect entry and exit. You forget to mention that you’ve been sat in this stock for 4 years going nowhere before Covid and have spat your dummy before blaming the bod for your poor judgement. Hardly a great entry, 4 years going nowhere. As for your exit, you didn’t sell on the Sky interview, you totally missed the top at 87 and sold out using illegal insider trading at 58 after applying for the placing which you then didn’t get.
Give it a rest Dibs ya sad melt.
Dodge I am sure , no take up by private investors means not given out to anyone other than shareholders on the date , who applied for more . So I guess an old insistional holder could apply
Piper - you appear to know more about me than I do! A very nasty individual aren’t you, listen The only person spouting bull**** is you. I’m not trying to scaremonger anyone. It’s a reasoned analysis and you have NO counter argument against it. I challenge you to tell me where I’ve got it wrong with the Open Offer. Unlike you I’ve been around this stock long enough to remember a previous Open Offer the company did which had around a third take up, You weren’t here then were you? I am telling you that if the price remains around this level the Open Offer will flop. The only thing that can save it now is a rapid price recovery. If it fails that will leave a £3m shortfall in the fundraising. That is a fact if it happens. So all I’m saying is that something will have to give and I doubt it will be the working capital or the bank overdraft. You tell me, you contribute somethIng. You seem to know it all. Will they price not the money? But hey Make it a debate you know a bit more grown up, But no Piper wants to stick his fingers in his ears and go la la la.
As for the rest of your wild suppositions. Well wide of the mark matey. Well wide. I haven’t been in the stock for four years. I’ve been in and out of the stock for six years. In and out, understand?
And what the holy **** are you talking about ‘using illegal insider trading’.? I’m just a PI not a top city broker lol!, You are truly off your head bonkers. And you are dangerous because you make up stuff, crazy accusations against people you know nothing about.
Be warned BB Piper should come with an investment health warning. You’ll be fine as long as you agree with everything he says. But a control freak is in our midst. Glen Close has got nothing on you mate a bunny boiler PI lol.
Dibs
Is it such a bad thing if the additional open offer fails. Cd4 should cover the shortfall for development within that platform. They could always re raise at a later date if needed
I wouldn't be surprised if the best part of the second admission shares have already been forward sold since 19th June. I know it's not supposed to happen, but I'm pretty sure it does. If the resolutions aren't passed then we could well see a TOM like spike when the placing was cancelled. However tempting it might be to vote down the resolutions to spite the company for the effect this has caused to the SP, the proceeds of the placing could be a company-maker. I was surprised that the company presentation only really explained where the money was going and had no projections on revenue and profit. Maybe this is because the COVID-19 products don't yet have a definite sale price, and it was left to the individual to derive a huge value from the capacity scale up. Just struck me as a bit unusual.
