Just shows their true intent was pumping because as soon as the rally slows they all fk off and pump another board
Bunch of w⚓️S
They gonna need a few more unsuspecting mug punters, one isnt enough. Wonder where the pump n dump crew went. Chief pumper underwater on other board, hes gonna need a miracle to get that pumping.
I’ve listened to 15 years worth of bull crap interviews by Matt lofk u n t, all sounded convincing and here we are still only producing circa 100 bopd in 15 years
Let see the new regime put words into practise and get on with it
Link won't post but its over on stockbox, good interview I thought

Noticed that too. Sounds like a solid plan to concentrate efforts on the East site. With such small cap this will rocket on glimmer of good news. Let's see what the next few weeks bring.

Do some research
Read the RNSs
Look at the company history, Track record, success stories
Then decide if you want to invest 🤣

Another fall.
So matt finally milked all he could. Only took 15 years. Why people invest in his lifestyle company is beyond me
Rather than drill looks like cut costs and slowly pay down debt. With the current wells that’s not going to be much. At best it’s going to be boring for a while, worst it’s a big discounted placing.
Lofgran had maxed out every bit of debt available and was forced out by the looks of it. The new guy is from the old guard so expecting much the same unfortunately.
Oh dear oh dear
ML jumps ship leaves pile a debt mountain. Every barrel of oil
We sell we get into debt with such a facility. New Broom needs to get rid of PB and associated royalties to mah and Pah.
Wouldn’t it be nice to raise say £1.5m via placing to help us through this year.

Yes frustrating but assume it will all come in the final report
I thought by now, the new CEO would have communicated his future plans for the company going forward. But as usual here...... silence 🤔

The last week before the results with an update on strategy and cash.
Undrilled fault blocks, like Fouke, can now be identified, profitably developed and put into production in short timeframes, given their locations in and around these mature assets”, Lofgran added. “The area's future potential may exceed its past performance based on the work done to date”.
That’s a big statement considering the Fouke 2 well reached payback less than three months after the start of production. If future results exceed that then it’s basically free money.
Final results next week or week after. Should be the first time NTOG has generated material cash.
R.I.P S TiT...has a nice ring about it

Typo again fat fingers.
Mewuncle…… we didn’t F1 or F2 or any other F well….
Good to have all matters discussed here, I am not that familiar with all the history here so appreciate the clarification on these issues
Mewuncle…… we sell F1 or F2 or any other F well.
We just had to do the deal he did and give the Lions share away as per usual we didn’t have a lot to p iss in.
You have to go through the history to work the house silver we kept selling and at times even lost!
The wells cost what they cost there’s no conspiracy. $4m debt, generating $4m revenue per year. We’ve just started generating net cash and entered not a strategic partnership which provided modern 3d for the cost of 12.5% on 3 wells, so approx $200k which is an absolute bargain. Gives us the targeting for Fouke type wells over a much larger area, very low cost.
Getting rid of the free riders is important, clearly paying £270k ceo salary on a £1.5m mcap is ridiculous.
And farming out for well costs isn’t ’selling off the silver’.. Fouke 1&2 have taken our production to all time highs, they continue to produce with no water cut. Plenty of time spend analysing these wells will make future drilling cheaper and better targeted.
So you say lofgran sold fouke 1 and 3 to cypress who then got impressive returns but ntog got zero from that deal in pine field. So when lofgran talked about how good that was he was only showing it as an example of what might be possible for ntog going forwards?

Honestly, some people should not be allowed anywhere near shares
23-May-24 08:16:46 0.1521 2,222,222 Buy* 0.14 0.16 3,380
🚀 3 million bought in 1st 15 minutes
Tiny £1.5m mcap here
Excellent summary bridge
H1 2023 saw the first profit here despite some operational issues. Since then we have had the increase in allowable production from the Fouke wells. This generates cash and should allow an increase to the debt facility to drill in the new 87.5% acreage covered by Cypress 3D which successfully pinpointed the Fouke wells.
Payback is 3 months and with ongoing income we may be able to drill a second well shortly after. From there it snowballs with the number and frequency of wells increasing exponentially.
The new large buyers know the Texas drilling area very well and can see the opportunity here with 80,000 acres of 3D and Ntog at a £1.5m mcap.
From here the future is very bright.

Time for a nice cup of tea and a breather, been a bit hectic today.
Bridge,
I have to say I agree with you.
I thought it would hit 1.9 by the end of the week but at this rate could be heading towards 0.3p. There’s an interesting gap 0.3-0.7p but I think that will be on the results and forward plan. Worth looking at mcap then the latest results, favourable production ruling and new strategic partnership. Wells pay back in 3 months!
Thanks Steel TIT, I am only doing it because you wanted it.
Happy Days

Makes you wonder about the timing of Matt's exit then? Guess he was pushed out by others? But why now?
Looks like its usually the first week of June.
Possibly some excitement generated in the lead up and I'm fairly sure it will be a good set of results with increased production & revenue, reduced costs and some kind of update on the forward strategy. The current MCAP will look very cheap.
Could be the new CEO wants to put his stamp on things and we hear something before then. Welch was fairly good at SDX, doing lots of interviews. H2 should be very busy for us, looking much better here.
Bridge,
Pretty sure results are by month end?
Congratulations long suffering shareholders.
There was a lot buying in Jan/Feb but the share price didn't move much due to the placing overhang. Looks like that's all been hoovered up now and there's not much liquidity to be had with more sticky hands on board. I was anticipating something around now, given them a bit of time to establish the high level of production from the 2 Fouke Wells and expand the borrowing facility on the back of that. Should not be a problem now we are EBITDA positive. New wells targeting the same formation but 87% interest rather than 32% is the step change we need.

He cannot advise on anything other than complete and total failure to produce anything.
The guy is a f in useless wet rag
His name and credibility had been in tatters for years.
No one will ever employ him with his track record
Fk off finally Matt lofk u n t
BEST NEWS WEVE HEARD IN 15 long years
Last line should read the company will soon fold
Good that he’s gone finally admitted defeat
He’s done absolutely nothing gor the company other than destroy it, bleed investors dry and crash the share price to an all time low, oh and take as much money as he could have done to support his lifestyle.
This company will soon file
Amen
Today!!!
And the unpopular and not very successful CEO has finally decided to call it a day.

Hey! That’s my post.
I assume that’s the point lol. Yes I followed up on the well cost query with another on Q1 production figures (In hindsight I should have given him longer than 1 working days to respond before posting) and may or may not have received the below response. Let me know your email and I can forward it to you if you are interested? Alternatively, ask for yourself.
In regards to the cost - the complete cost for the well (drilling and completion) was approximately $800k for the Fouke 1.
The Company is planning an update for shareholders. This will cover Pine Mills and more.

Rick - Thanks for the heads up.
