Yes gazman. Everyone needs to stay as calm as they have for the last 12 months. NHS, WHO, Unicef all using the same products. Dhsc just using delay tactics. Good buying opportunity. If I have to keep my shares another 9 months I will. The sooner we get rid of the Dhsc the better. They have been athorn in ncyt side We are better off focusing on other private sectors. I hope this pandemic doesn't rear its ugly head with a more serious variant because no decent company will want to deal with this corrupt body.
I think “director resignations” needs to be a topic soon
Funny how it keeps happening just at this time of year.
Who expect it from a government full of ex hedge fund managers and bankers who clearly know how to play a dirty hand and have absolutely no scruples.
https://twitter.com/thecitymile/status/1518850777514713093For balance the chart prove right when the initial inverted head and shoulder broke down along with going through the 50DMA.Hopefully people can recoup some losses the bounce. GLA
They’re so spiteful and corrupt they’d probably rather spend £200m to win £135m than anything else. It’s wooden dollars to them. Once they’re out they’re still rich and untouchable whilst the rest of us (uk, not ncyt) are ****ed for many generations
Resources or appetite? their case will be paid for by you and me, the tax payer, this could drag on for years, whats amazon and Tata got to do with it?
The legality of the dividend would be an interesting audit question.
The company believes they have a strong case so contingency is remote. What is the support for this?
Vs claim by DHSC tha looks wild or spurious. Is a contingent liability to it possible? You would have to read the claim & advice on it. If it was just possible, that requires only a dislcosure not accrual but it does make distribution imprudent, I think, doesnt it?
FFS, just when, we need some better luck or Putin to die.
Dhsc don’t have the resources for litigation? They’re literally the government with a blank cheque of taxpayer money.
B2 - the directors will have had warning with a letter before action. In theory this may have only come 14 days ago but v unlikely. It's possible that the directors did not anticipate DHSC would actually do as threatened. Good tactics by DHSC - I would be surprised if they have got the resources or appetite for litigation so this will to put them in a better negotiating position. In the mid term makes no difference to co. Prospects as we've moved on from DHSC to Tata, Amazon etc
What has been worse than £135M being wiped off our balance sheet?
are buying
We have seen worse. We already knew about this. Ceo buying and Bio also.
GrimTim -
My view is that recent director buy-in's prove directors had little warning.
With what we know of the dispute (there's the caveat), - rather looking forward to seeing DHSC receive a drubbing in court, and I hope we generate a decent counter claim.
I hope we
Does the board not have a duty to inform us of what they’re doing or have done about this? Have we spent anything on solid legal advisers in the last year whilst sitting on the cash pile?
Now is the time to distribute the cash pile to shareholders.
Biosynex will undoubtedly continue to buy
Because they are are absolutely ****ing clueless?
Why have the directors been buying in recently? Surely they know where the DHSC claim is going?
Great. I don’t want to see you go but it’s a banker. But trust me, I desperately hope to never post here again.
John - they have paid it but somehow they are going back to try unwind the contract.
There was a process with strict timescales for deliver, checking goods received & payment runs. There must be something by which they want to claim what they got was not what was contracted for. Contract wording available to us refers to Exsig, Exsig was delivered, payments ran as expected until the day (16 Nov) when PROmate was launched, payments stopped until one final payment was made on 24 Feb after PROmate had been delivered (for which payment was not made). Poidster suggested people in the DHSC thought PROmate swapped out Ex Sig. Could it be that the contract document signed had some side caveat or misunderstanding that NCYT would supply Ex sig up until the relaease of later products? It does not make sense.
Deal!
HC. I’m in. See you at 4.45, for the final time.
This is a nightmare and goodness know how long it will take us dig ourselves out of the morass. Looks like being a long disappointing year again as DA is devoid of any charisma and I view his presentations with as much enthusiasm as creosoting my fence.
You and P100 should meet up for a date and discuss your wise , researched investment choices!!!
Directors recently buying
Hands up who would buy shares in a company if you seriously thought the government was about to strip you of all your money?
