What's also interesting is that the second largest shareholder in N4 is stating, with no caveats, that Nuvec can be combined like some kind of granulated coffee with the worlds' Covid vaccines and made effective just by adding some water. That may be the theory, but given that Nuvec has never been injected in a human then to state this as some kind of fact is quite alarming. After so many user names and so many incorrect predictions on N4, I would have thought a little less hubris might be in order
It's interesting that Medimmune never actually walked away, they just set certain targets to be met before committing further.
If not AZ then I would have thought that at the very least they will be watching closely now that the dispersion work has been sorted and Nuvec showing "fantastic" results in the pilot in-vivo study.
....pesky NDA’s!!!
Possibly the EUNCL study would have had a different outcome if it had been done at this stage.
I think alot of people have high hopes it’s AZ talking again, that really would be a good outcome but in all honesty I’d be overjoyed for anyone to have the money and resources to take it into trials.
Maybe the improved dispersion is what Medimmune/AZ was waiting for before committing further.
Fingers and toes crossed Leister. Yes they’ve come up trumps it seems with the improved dispersion. Maybe that is what those partners were waiting on pre MTA.
Initial in vitro work will not take long plus <5 weeks away from Q3.
It’s crazy JOHNO77, having seen what mRNA has done in the last 18 months it’s incredible to think what the next 5 years will bring to anyone already positioned in the nucleic acid vaccine market, not to mention other applications.
We definitely have a chance to shine now, more than we’ve ever done, if one company takes a chance on us and signs up I’m confident it’ll boost N4’s appeal and allure others.
A few more weeks and it’ll show the true worth, really trying to stay grounded but I do feel it’s starting to come together so surely the market will feel this too.
Still risks involved and hurdles will be thrown into the mix but the team are definitely showing good progress especially with the dispersion works. That was a huge relief.
And still only 15mill mcap...!!
The potential upside here is mind boggling...
We’ve definitely got a fair head start on other novel delivery systems that will be trying to secure collaborations with majors. Nigel must be overjoyed they decided to concentrate on vaccines as opposed to oncology work streams, that was a fantastic decision and sadly the pandemic has brought our
product to the forefront of any other mesoporous silica alternatives.
It would seem that Nuvec is in the centre of a perfect storm.
Ah well, at least the weather is looking good while we wait for news.

Should proof read what I type
Can sell a very large amount in one trade, hopefully we see some nice momentum building up some volume prior to the in vitro results and decisions on licensing.
Personally I don’t think it will be long before positive news is released and off we go....
As long as its a stealth missile and not a soggy banger!
Could not agree more. To the letter
A very wise man once said....
'Upon whispers of MTA's - Go balls deep N4P'.
Genuinely, the wait is worth it...
....latest series on Netflix?
Space
Come on Nige, 32 mins until patent news.
Watch this...
I'm happy , upwards trend will do me for the next few weeks/months. Rise on up.
Don’t fret, we can’t go up 5% every day.
It will come.
