That is quite good news. Another presentation to follow
Apologies. I think you are correct. Percentage is down but he does actually have more shares it would appear. Wonder who else might disclose?
'coz his holding was 24,600,000 prior to placing and 33,000,000 afterwards. Scroll down to bottom of rns which also confirms he took part.
Not sure how you worked that out . Looks more like a restatement of his holding after dilution, down slightly in Percentage terms
Well someone has faith 🙄

Apologies for header spelling. Rather ironic however. He is no investing Director. Why would he, as the share price has only been on a constant decline for us LTH. One monetised deal could see 1p again.

No buys from NT, is why I started thread Diectors buys. He knows that shareholders feel confidence when Director buys. Some Directors add several times to holdings in open market. Sadly he is never going to do this. As long as no one challenges him directly face to face at AGM.He is never monetising a collaboration or license deal. Why is he not doing this is, this worries me most after 5 years here?

Definitely dilution for Nigel’s stake twice now. as yet we don’t know who took up the placing. I think with Aim it’s only buys over 5 percent unless it’s director participation. Quite often companies simply don’t bother to notify the market or the company, and the authorities are planning to relax the regulations again to attract new companies from abroad to make up for al the uk companies being sold off, delisting or going to other exchanges. It is quite a staggering number like about 40 per cent decline in AIM over 15 years. It some ways that is a very good thing because it narrows the pool for investors to choose from. It could also mean investors look to other countries for better stock. At least N4 are still ‘in it to win it’ for a little longer
Looked at it properly and it is just dilution, on the 3rd of Oct rns and today's he holds 16,981,319 shares.
Sorry that's completely wrong, missing reading things on a phone while managing a toddler.haha.
Rns from 3rd Oct 2023 his holding is 6.32% with 268,780,349 shares.
Rns today his holding is 4.30% with 394,780,349.
So decrease in % but holding 126,000,000 more shares.
He hasn't sold from my reconing. Actuly has more, but just diluted as I said.
Not when he drops his holding from 6.32% to 4.3%.

I see TPI are taking exercise of warrants (7.5 million) at issue price valid for 36 months as part payment. This effectively means they could inject another £350,000 at anytime if they do pull a rabbit out of the hat. They’ve upgraded from mice to rabbits.
NT could buy some shares in the Co he leads. Show some fortitude and invest a little money, even £5K. That will inspire some confidence for LTH, or could it just be too much to risk, from a safe pair of hands. I will ask NT where he invests his salary at the AGM. Personal question which he can freely decline to answer. When was the last time he bought in N4P ?
Has anyone watched the new corporate presentation?
i'm not sure i have the patience to be lied to again so haven't taken the time
Another shambles. This is just a one man lifestyle fantasy company who have not commercialised anything. Misleading statements re cash run and using PI’s as a piggy bank to keep raiding.
I think the actions of the company at this stage are disgusting. I can't see it any other way than we were purposefully mislead so that we held onto our investments in order for the company to fleece us further. Each time this happens we never recover in any way. I feel this signals the end and us long term investors are going to see our investments dwindle to nothing. I'm already so far in the hole that selling at this point would be entirely pointless.
I won't pretend to understand the intricacies of the work being undertaken however as a share holder that invested in a business i am happy to say this business is ran terribly. No marketing, no drive to bring in speculative investment and a constant diluting of share holders money to continue lining pockets of people who seem to have no intention of repairing the damage.

I am also very confused and concerned.
Last April N4P informed the market that Nuvec was comparable to Abbvie's Venetoclax and AZ'S Gefitinib. The puzzle is why can't the CEO therefore deliver a licencing deal or "collaboration", if it's as good as he keeps informing the market?....
Good luck, Brighty

‘I know some of you will be disappointed at this mornings placing news, but I didn’t want to have to do it later at a ridiculously low price!’ Well we were expecting good news flow but not quite what I had in mind. Would I recommend investing in N4P to a friend Nigel ? Maybe if I never wanted to see them again. Then he goes on about N4p bringing their own product to market. I know a civil servant who could rustle up some good numbers. I would like to know if either of the 2 big investors who bought in recently took part . It’s about as vague and wish washy as the Liberal Democrats manifesto , but somehow I believe him! Gl

What was the point of that stupid online presentation? I can't believe a word this CEO says anymore.
Why didn't this company place at 1p when or a higher price months ago? This is the 3rd time this clown has done this. Guy is hopeless.
My shares are now worth so little here I just shrug my shoulders at this. Not surprising sadly that they’ve gone back to the well. Only so many more times they can do it though. The next 12 months will determine whether this is of any value or dies a death
Another lazy placing. Another CEO has moved the goalposts.
Where are the so-called partners who were going to invest?
We have two companies and it's the same old nonsense. Raise at a ridiculous level.
Last month no need for more money this month . Fully funded to next year……. Unbelievable. hey Rishi you can can a job here

On a bright note they are looking to add more board members. that will help as i'm sure they will all work (???) for free rather than sticking their snouts in the small trough with just a few dregs raised from hard done by investors.

It seems the share price just can’t catch a break at present. A market cap of £1.7 m is hardly pushing it.
I particularly like the bit that says this is an advertisement! Come on Nigel you need to get banging on some doors, not tout for Pi’s .
Interesting article.

Good news RNS is now much needed.
Looking at previous posts this shareholder has been around for several years. Does anyone know his background?
Seems like Mr Farrier agrees Baggy. Has increased holding to over 7 percent yesterday.
Madness that this is now close to £1.5M mcap. I am buying 😎

Interesting stage of the game to be selling up. I suspect the 70p trades are in fact buys
Market makers are creating a market here ,some will panic and sell , some will top up on drop, either way MM’s Will profit….Nothing has changed here…. My opinion as I see it you may differ
Just read the rest of your nonsense. Company has been very transparent. Maybe do some reading.
Price has not really changed in weeks. Just waiting for the next round of news which will be after the AGM.
Anyone know why a big drop 2day ???🤔 .... just seems very quite , no news , think this is finished 😳

Thanks, I will watch it later. The funding is a big issue and will give a lot of confidence. Like to have that in RNS soon.
Just watched the investor hub recording. Collaboration fully funded. Should take 3-4 months with intervening news updates. Annoying background music in the presentation. Fast forwarded to the two question. Bit of an anti climax but at least settled a couple of immediate concerns. Just hope this leads somewhere. Gl
I got that wrong!! Apologies
Oops, Nanomerics, not Nanogenics!
Great news for Nanomerics and further validates their credentials

Yes it looks like an exciting new venture. Hopefully the presentation clarifies more on the funding and timeline for lab work. The 'ventures' page of the SRI website implies that SRI provide lab funding in exchange for modest equity on any successful product. If that's the case it sounds like a good deal to me. SRI obviously think that Nuvec has potential to optimise their own MGS product.
SRI undertakes client sponsored research in various areas of scientific research
Its has a system of cargo delivery (mgs) which delivers various moieties inc nanoparticles
Nuvec is also a delivery vehicle- likely to need enhancement or it will not progress (commercially)
Nuvec protects the nucleic acid from enzymatic breakdown and carries more than one rna (for example)
Mgs uses peptides to better target cells/organelles
There is some focus on eventual commercial development, although N4p has had similar collaborations with non profit organisations before
Who funds what? What are the milestones/timelines?
You would assume that SRI are not going to waste their time partnering with a company / product unless it has a certain degree of potential for commercial success. SRI clearly like what they see with Nuvec.
It is currently difficult for N4 to showcase their product to 'big pharma' so this collaboration should make it much easier to do so.
Sounds like a great step forward for N4P.
Seeing more of this one about so probably paid for with a fund raising coming
Guessing the new collaboration will fund their side of things and if its successful, will be a massive leap forward for us in the states and financial reward will come without any cost risk to us stm.

Nice 900K buy at end of day. Research results are a long way off but in the right place now. Funding is still needed for Nanogenics in my view. Hope its non dilutive. Apply for a grant NT.
Why are we going backwards...

Once upon a time I was in here at 6p for the rise (pardon the pun) on Sildenafil (Viagra) hopes
Did ok as I sold into the rise up to 32p.
I've been back a couple of times for a trade, and lost a few quid. There's always been some renewed promise, but it never seems to materialise.
However, with this latest RNS , it does feel like it's now or never for the company to achieve some collaboration or joint venture tie-up.
As stated in the RNS this is going to take a large amount of capital from now on to get it going.
They need a collaboration else this will be diluted to death.
I thought it was a pretty good RNS and bought back in on promise collaboration with major US R&D company.
Will it all be BS again ? We'll see. Hope not.
