Huge potential. Very few shares for AIM. Lots of people waiting for the big push. This will fly soon.
Very confident strong rise here. Will be very interesting to see where the SP stands on Friday.
Double figures between 10p to 20p, it's high time being backed by expected news of collaboration and the two MTA with?
Just being back in double figures will be very nice and it looks like that won’t be too far away.
Sentiment slowly returning, the agglomeration was a fantastic result and it’s showing in the value and the volume..
Hopefully tomorrow is a continuation of Fridays buying, few will always take profits which is wise but personally I’m holding onto my position for a bigger gain as and when we find out who the major pharma is.
As the months progress, you’ll be seeing far more exposure in the headlines about mRNA applications and no doubt how it will revolutionise other areas as well as it has covid, and every write-up will be saying the same things, different delivery systems (non-lipid) need further research and trialling.
We’re extremely lucky to be pitching our system to the main players in this area and essentially we’ve got a decent headstart.
“Biotech generally doesn’t have as much disruption as the computer tech industry – development times are long, it's heavily regulated. So you can usually see change coming,” says Hartaj Singh, an industry analyst with Oppenheimer & Co. “Covid turned that on its head; mRNA vaccines quickly came out as the big winner. Lots of older vaccine platforms will be gone – replaced – in a few years, or at least greatly diminished.”

Good luck.
What prise tomorrow 9p -12p ? With no news .
The 9th July 2018 one day i wish to forget
Wow your certainly correct thats its not been a stress free investment...at times its driven me mad and given me a headache...That Monday morning 2/3 years ago in July oh dear that was painful...my average now is a lot lower having harvested a load at 2p last March...its looking a lot better now ...onwards and upwards .GLA
I think we are due US patent news very soon which will be very big.
Besides I can see this hitting 30p before December and so I will be topping with a significant buy on Monday. Looking forward to the weeks ahead. Happy to buy at this level than jump in later.
Yes I agree Del, not sure if your numbers are based on any comparables but if N4 ever becomes revenue generating then it's a different consideration entirely, I'm sure Nigel would much rather be in that position. On a cautionary note I'm also in BCN where the board have suggested for a long time they are undervalued yet they are now recommending that people accept a 67.5p offer from a major shareholder (a mere 50% premium) - amazing what people will say once there's money on the table and some nice sweeteners for the board.. bit of a disgrace that one! Also N4 has no institutional backing so if anyone was interested right now it would be a fairly easy process.. I'd guess 'diamond hands' dave farrier would fold like a cheap suit even at the lower end of the 30-55p range suggested earlier with things as they are right now. Not exactly been a stress-free investment for the long term holders (of which I am one)
Personally I think Nigel would be mad to accept an offer for the company at this stage and the way forward is through licencing. If you think of the potential of the company, one collaboration could bring in anything from 25 - 50 million dependant on the market for what it's being used for. If it's for covid, then that is an absolutely huge market (7 billion people needing a good product. Just capturing 10% of that market is 700 million people).
Once N4P is in a position to be bringing in money through 1 or more collaborations then the market cap is determined differently. Currently it's based on the value of the asset, Nuvec. When generating annual profit, standard practise, but not always, is to calculate the annual earnings and multiply the value by 10 to get a company's market cap.
I would be looking for a much higher SP in the future should the collaborations work out and we start licensing agreements.
Anyway, DYOR
There’s 185 million shares, if it was me and willing to sell the Co with Patents, I would like to see 75p+ per share as a bare minimum.
I’d rather have an income from the big pharma companies each year.
If one big pharma company bought it, what would they ask for the product? Which is exactly what N4 want to do.
Small amount of shares in issue here too.:)
If a full takeover did happen wonder what price Nigel will take, after all in his interview he did say If the right offer is made he will accept it. 30p-50p ?
Collaboration with Evotec more likely to be announced with financial value to N4p then a takeover...however the two mta' s linked with the likes of Astra Zeneca cannot be discounted, on the back of expected news..sp will have new level . Imo
I’m loving all the positives here amongst us all, it’s great to see and the long wait will pay off for us all.
Personally I wouldn’t want a take over unless it’s in the multi multi 100’s of millions - it won’t be next week or the coming months, but it will happen once the ball starts rolling.
GLA and have a great weekend - roll on next week :0)
Dan, you missed out Australia.
These six nations were chosen because they account for 80% of the worlds drugs market but N4`s patent is a global one meaning that other countries can be added at a later date.
USA
Canada
Europe
China
India
Waiting patents for the above, this going to be one big market for N4p worth billions if pulled off.
will not be surprised if one of the big boys comes in with a cash takeover .
Let's face it if they do manage to nail it this could be one hell of a life changer..for share holders and more so for those receiving cancer treatment
Nuvec does indeed have the ability to target just the tumour leaving healthy cells unharmed.
Not only that, it can carry different payloads at the same time while also controlling release times.
Nigel once said of Nuvec, it's not about if it works, it's about how it works.
As their understanding of Nuvec increases, so does its versatility and potential.
Not a spike on news but rather post the RNS the other week suggests some longer term holders buying in.
There wasn’t a pump that I could see Wayne, feeling pretty good this time with no Twitter lunatics pushing it.
Maybe a pump and dump ? Hope not
Does it not allow cancer treatment(chemo) to be focused on the tumour rather than effecting the body as a whole?
100k buyer taking all the sellers traders flipping interesting
