MWG running out of cash, so will probably need finance or share issue to raise cash.
No feedback on equipment sales at a time when demand should be high.
Sell em for 4p....take the money.....!
From memory I bought in here nearly 10 years back when the price was around 20p and we had visions of the desert turning into one big market garden as Arab princelings commissioned forward osmosis plants from Cairo to Basra. Well given how that turned out I'd more or less given up, but this is a welcome cat out of the bag. Still some way from getting money back but at least in with a shout now and, more importantly really, the new company may play an important role in fighting the virus.
looks like skin went down so were at the same price as skin at the moment and well basically be tied to there price
Holder in both, i did sell some SKIN a few weeks ago and missed the 3-4p rise on most of my holding, didn't sell MWG as I thought they were more undervalued. Touch of luck really this deal for my recent trading. Really wanted some more SKIN also so this fits perfect. Wasn't that many months ago I was buying this at 0.5p :)
GLA
Probably inevitable with cross shareholding, management and collaboration. Good news as MW does not have the management team to commericalise its existing technologies far less a potentially world beating real time covid test in waste water. I assume that SKIN have that badly needed sales expertise?
I've been "involved" in a number of consolidations they always result in PI's in the short term losing money. this may be different in that the Company's are married and it is a logical step forward - what I don't understand is where does the american leg of mwg figure in this.
think it the skin price well get its at 4 so well get 1/10 shares at 40p but if covid detection happens whosshhhh
So if my thinking is correct...SKIN consolidate 10:1, SP then goes 4p to around 40p, MWG then get offered 1 new SKIN share for every 10 MWG shares we hold?
MWG currently around 3.3p so in effect 33p.
so wheres mugginsthedog hope hes not got a short on today...
Good price here and price skin are offering.Especially here, a very marked premium from being offered from lst year's the beginning of the year's sp.
I like how they released the RNS after the bulk of releases at 7am, standalone and make an impact, I think it has.
Not totally unexpected but very welcome news.
Consolidation takes us out of the "penny share" arena adding credibility to the company.
Could become a hugely important and dynamic company with excellent investor prospects.
Do MWG need SKIN ? and would they be selling out to cheap.
MWG has developed it's technology at a time which is very relevant . Would MWG's SP rise faster on their own ? and are SKIN being very opportunistic ? 4p now or 10p later ?
I'm happy with this - but what about the share consolidation? In my experience on other consolidations, it's devalued the overall investment.........perhaps others can advise me where this has happened in a more positive manner?
Wow, think this confirms the belief many have had in the company and the tech. This is going to make for an exciting few days, and cheer up for the 3 day weekend. GLA and enjoy the day. :-)
Very happy with that news, still at a discount to offer, grabbed a whole load more this morning, was wanting to top up SKIN recently but missed it before the recent rise. Nice cheaper way in :)
hehe ive got aload off 'free shares' im waiting for the cov19 detection rns then youl see a rise :-) imho off course :-)
great to get this fab' news on what's normally a quite day of the week for news.........now I have to decide what to do with my holding in Integumen and my future Integumen shares from this takeover. Should I say or should I go? (probably something in between in reality)
just me but why are folk seeling at 3.5 when the rns says 4.05 offer? each to there own i suppose
Wow - Looks like it...
nice rns so i take it the coovid thing works then...
A wee bit of good news Gerry mate sounds good before you go on holiday
lol Oldblue, "talk the share down"!! This was 32p not too long ago , the BOD drag it down all by themselves , it doesn't take a bb poster to do that . On another note, any sales reported yet for the groundbreaking technology?
Skin and MWG: What a recovery!
Great recovery.
