The pumping was bad so people could forward sell.

If you bought a share on aim that was already up 600% in a day ...... you didn’t think something of this order was gonna happen?
Naive and greed on the highest order, those whom could have sold at 50% + profit, why didn't they? Those who bought at 600%+ up in a day, wow! That's the market
To get a placing away at less than a third of the end of day price - quite criminal. We all have to learn on these markets
Dont let the placing scare you! It is natural for any company who has a half a brained finance officer!
Having the placing at 0.4p is firstly, double yday's opening price, secondly this will only make the company balance sheet look professional and not a cheap share, furthermore, the placing could have been done at 1p but that'd be much much worse for the shareholders.
in the huge opportunity of an RTO, 0.4 p 1.4p, heck even 5p is nothing!!
Just like Valirix, this will shoot up and eat the placing up.
GLA!!
I would love this to keep rising because if people make money it helps us all as more people have spare cash to buy other stocks.
Hi AP-invest.
The good bit about your LISA predicament is that you are young enough to open one!
All the best,
Intrepid
It’s a decent gamble “after” the placing has been absorbed
What planet you on?
Anyone who got out of this yesterday above a penny will have done well.
Couple of days ??? I’d give it a couple of hours!
Anyone who wanted to unload before close of play yesterday should consider reporting the matter to the authorities. Most of the final twenty minutes one couldn't deal because the market was in auction. Clearly someone knew what was going on and didn't fancy being left with a whole of stock going into the close.
I have a feeling most people will be out within a couple of days... I highly doubt many will wait for the RTO - I'd imagine those who were in back at 10-40p will obviously hold out because they're so far down but most people made a good 100% yesterday. If theres anything similar in the next few days they will be out.
Worse bit about it is my shares are in a LISA. No access until 2056 without taking a penalty.
Any newbies that have bought this gamble should do some research on RTO's
Very very risky and some never come back.
Also if they do they can be suspended for months.
Remember New world oil and gas - They did and RTO and never returned as the new company found hidden debt - shareholders lost all.
A cash shell is the highest risk on AIM. Can be great like OPTI that was a huge winner a few years ago.
Have done a bit of a dirty trick here imo, gave a great RNS out Monday got the share price up above a penny, and then the next day bring another RNS out for a placing of 0.40 so shafting all those who bought in above 0.40 yesterday (which i might add is not me) i have been in this share for years, bit of a sxxx trick imo.
drop to 0.4? I would say two hopes on that one.
That is very true but now is the perfect time for small pahrma companies to perform and become noticed. Big pharma have been so focused on maintaining life rather than preventing death for such a long time now, with the likes of diabetes, hypertension etc.
It provides a platform, the fact that the newly appointed CEO yesterday is on with Lemellar and LMS611 and Iclaprim work together is music to my ears. They're both in the cystic fibrosis space, and around 25% of patients with cystic fibrosis have MRSA. Not 100% sure on the link with covid-19 yet, perhaps its due to lung damage and the two medicines augmenting each other or maybe theres more to the picture. Studies have been shown that Iclaprim is a good candidate and FDA have given us details on what we need to do to market the medicine, market ourselves basically and have an RTO. The new appointment of Chris Wardhaugh will help us to market the company as he has been successful in this space before. The placing today raises enough cash to keep the lights on until Feb 2021, isn't great due to further share dilution, but if suspended I am not sure on the legalities regarding raising cash or placing or if they can do so...
Hi all.
I was approached during the placing yesterday. I ducked it as, essentially, this is a bet on whether a deal can be found in the next 2 months. That’s no real time so the unknown is whether there is a deal already lined up. Even then, it is extremely likely that the suitor company will need financing.
I deemed this too high risk as I not longer ‘trade’ shares. Dare I say it, but too intrepid.
Good luck to all on here, but don’t forget that July deadline of forced de-listing if no deal announced. Until then, strap in and “ ‘old ya ‘ands up in the air if you wanna go faster!”
Intrepid.
Things are moving fast in the right direction here, nothing has changed from my perspective placing had to come but that has now been taken up by a II...very interesting and exciting times here MTFB!

That's not an RTO rumour - that's what they are obliged to do in order not to delist.
It doesn't matter how much cash they have, if they don't get an RTO away in time they're delisting and effectively worthless.
0.4p not a bad result though.
tend to agree missthepenny
what a great party it was yesterday though!
If it was that good the placing could of been done at 1p easily .
