The shares still exist. You need to either wait for the transfer of the shares if the company is bought out, or wait till the liquidator's loss letter appears on the website and then claim as a loss if they delist
Or you could sell now to crystalise any losses to offset against any gains for 6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024.
Not sure if you can do that if the company delists, I know I had one like that years ago and wasn't able to offset those losses.
It's a risk unfortunately. But if you're down to a worthless sell price, it doesn't matter either way. I think its like betting on that horse who is 100-1 and hoping it wins. Its a gamble, but it's either a huge loss from selling or perhaps a total loss from staying. But it could end up being that 100=1 horse in certain circumstances
Well suspension is confirmed, but big doubt whether this will make it back with funding needed. Even if does make it back one would think it will be with a heavy discounted placing…decisions decisions!
It's all speculation at the moment on delist or timescales; we just have to wait and see. Unless you have a crystal ball and I'll have the lottery numbers if you've got them lol
Yes, that's also a quite possible outcome, NU.
Hopefully, Gerry will be in jail before this happens!
I will say it one last time, this will stay suspended for weeks, management will fail to raise required new money of min £1 maybe £2m needed and then delist to take it private and make a fortune for themselves leaving shareholders with nothing imo.
Sol,
RNS stated 3rd July...so today is last day of trading...for a few weeks...months...or forever!
Let's say that I will be extremely surprised if suspension lasts just a few weeks, but I won't be, if it's forever.
Have a good rest of the summer everyone, albeit with much less money unfortunately.
I'm not selling. If it doesn't come back after suspension then it won't make a difference really. I'll just stay and wait, but I'm not buying more for sure. I'm surprised it wasn't just suspended yesterday at close of business
Completely bizarre! I’ve just sold out for a 98% loss. No point holding on because it’s not coming back after suspension.
Maybe it's Gerry, trying to up his stake so that he is not kicked out?
? some short closing before suspension?
Have these people not read the RNS?
I suppose we all have been saying this for a while, Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton are DVRG and Nigel Burton and Gerard Brandon are MSYS, one and the same, they share the boards and shared the CEO roles. The way DVRG was handled it's financials is likely mirrored over in MSYS and every RNS one has read needs to be ripped up unfortunately. We have all been gamed by the same people and I suppose from here it's a case of finding out to what degree. I have been saying this for a while now but best to warn any new investors away from these types of people which might be the only positive outcome from here. They will likely not be able to do a raise based on their track record of deception which can only be seen as a long term net positive.
It's been a rubbish few days. So here is a little song for us at msys.

Sol001: Lets hope - 'what goes around comes around' makes its presence felt!!
GB will get his karma. What goes around comes around. People think they can get away with bad things and then it will eventually come back and bite them on the a$$ it's like the movie Guns Akimbo
Guys really feel for you, it’s a bad RNS. Considering they need a placing it will be stressful holding this now hence why we’ve sell-off. If you believe then gl to you all.
I read somewhere that a well known commentator uses the prefix 'Postule' in reference to a certain individual associated with this company. Originally I thought it a little harsh... now NOT!
I'm just going to sit back and ignore it for a while. I can either leave with a huge loss or wait for the company to come off the aim market and still have a huge loss. I might as well hope and pray that the company recovers or gets bought out and shares transferred over. It's not worth my while leaving at this share price (a gamble I'm aware)
MSYS will leave it for a "reasonable" time to allow them to then trot a well used excuse that despite their best efforts they have not been able to secure sufficient investment value to refinance the company and as a result the plc will delist.
Yep, I agree Uncle.
Let’s hope that absolute c.nut GB gets a life threatening skin disease from his local water supply and suffers for the same amount of time it took him to bring DVRG and MSYS to their knees before he too is liquidated…(and similar to his thieving wife!)
Trust me, MSYS is finished as a PLC, it will never come out of suspension to trade again, it will get delisted as MSYS know full well that with an MCAP of just £300k there is not a chance in hell of anyone giving £1M to £2M probably needed to bring this back to life again. It will of course continue as a private company and the directors will make fortunes from it in due course but no one will ever know about it.
GB has engineered this situation quite deliberately, by over extending credit, and therefore no one needs to ask him if he 'gets it'.
Sadly by continuing to suggest that MSYS will get cash from DVRG it is pretty clear that you do not 'get it'
And they’re overpriced too🤣
