Last tade got to be a buy
Pretty much says it all, nothing else to say, time will tell one way or another.
You should know the score by now. Threads have a) LTHs b) medium term holders c) day traders/rampers and d) derampers/trolls/ex holders not happy. TBH unless there are developments, there isn't much more to discuss at the moment. Personally sold most of mine last week and kept a tiny holding and may trade again based on news - unlike some, I do say what I am doing - trading wise gl
I almost forgot about the Indonesia deal.... 30 Jan 2019 - Sim Digital RNS..... whatever happened with that tidbit of a titty “Mr Titt”? Did you suck that dry too? Just one of many RNS’s that died on delivery!
A restock of the titty? Sure, but silicone is expensive, and I don’t see anyone willing to throw any money at this titty, with “The Titt” involved.
Sure, he could always inflate the titty with some more hot air, some more fake RNS’s etc, but it wouldn’t work in the long run... the Tittwit gotta go!
Always a gamble but the titty is not totally dry yet and possibly could even restock so we can all have a little suck on it.
Oh lmao.
Your fault this is Sinister.
That is all in the past anyhow looking forward..
it’s either shut down all operations and face the redundancy bill and call it a day
Or
Run it in to the ground until the company can no longer trade and everyone ends up with nothing.
Or
The RTO route is still possible (but unlikely without someone taking a large stake and forcing it ) :
- Start a new company
-Transfer current assets to new company with shareholder approval.
-Sell new company for £1+ (Probably to Simon and the crew as a deal to right off and clear back pay)
- bin off old directors with shareholders blessing
- get a few new directors in
- become a rule 15 shell and raise £500k (with shareholder approval)
-6months to find a new company and RTO.
This would be the best route for shareholders, It would be A lot to do in a short time.
Unfortunately the current directors don’t have any interest in this path.
the gamble.
So based on the titty sucker and his owed wages - alone - this titty is insolvent.
Imagine that, an insolvent titty!! Good going there Buckingham! Henceforth thy name will be “The Titt”!!
“ £61k of cash and cash equivalents, with no debt”
Simons differed wage bill (the 50% that he is owed) for the Last 6 months since announcement is ~£62,500.
Milked dry.
The tittty of MOS.
I just happen to think that will happen
Agreed.
It may be out of his hands now. Nomad can't suspend after that RNS. If, and it's a big one, there's a plan in play then what SB wants no longer matters.
Sin I love your posts "titty sucking of MOS" brilliant.
Why would Buckingham want to go private in the first place? If not for the chance to hide his immense screw ups and titty sucking of MOS. Now, it will be a public failure, with ramifications for him! Good luck dude! You’re going to need it....
Annabel is key to all this
Obviously Buckingham wanted this to go private for some reason... vote was closer than I expected 55% to 45% so recent trading probably made a difference.. seems to me he rather see the company go bust now that his plans to go private have been stopped.. although the fact it would mean his wages will no longer be paid MAY mean he has a trick left up his sleeve.. I do feel there is something we don't know about to happen .. hence why the share price has not crashed (although the crash has already happen over the last year lol)
There's a plan. Let's not forget last week's RNS.
The Company is pleased to announce the intention to appoint Annabel Jamieson as an advisor to the Board with immediate effect.
Annabel is a Co-Founder and Director of Krunch.ai and IgniteAMT. Krunch.AI has developed a data analytics platform. IgniteAMT provides business intelligence, marketing and technology services to its clients. Previously Annabel was Group Head of Mobile at Associated Newspapers.
Commenting, Simon Buckingham CEO Mobile Streams said: "Having known of Annabel, her calibre and her reputation for many years within mobile industry circles, I'm delighted she is bringing her software and marketing expertise to advise the Company's board".
Annabel Jamieson said: "I believe that my experience in both the marketing and tech environments, latterly as a founder of Krunch.AI and IgniteAMT will be a great help for Mobile Streams moving forward at this critical time in the Company's long history".
Old one had to go in any case/
Interesting the rns didn't mention the nomad walking
delist stop but we need new Nomad and business to grow otherwise.......
Put that in your pipe and smoke it SB, now we need a new Nomad / Broker and lets get on with things.
delisting cancelled.
