Crowd funding perhaps? It seems to be the fashion now for those needing cash... for what ever reason!
Ok! Thanks for clarifying that. So what happens now? The cash burn must have emptied the piggy bank by now, so they must have been out of money for at least a month or maybe even two now...
Correct.
I thought the requisition notice was withdrawn?
https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/mobile-streams-MOS/share-news/Mobile-Streams-plc-Withdrawal-of-Requisition-for-a/80799225
The Shareholder requisition notice was dated on the 24th of September. Today, on the 17th of October, Enrique Benasso resigned from the board but stays on as CFO. The 28 days from the requisition notice is up any day now. Someone scared of being held liable here? When is the requested GA and why hasn’t the GA been announced in a timely fashion?
And what is going on with the Company's nominated adviser and broker that resigned conditionally but stayed on as well? Are they still up for it or have they in essence given up?
It’s all like rats fleeing a sinking ship at this point while the main rat refuses to comply and climbed up the mast...
Anything is possible but who knows, it might it might never ever not, if you are looking for a share you can buy and hold an know one day you'll get that return for sure and not that anything on the market is for sure, but this probably is not the best bet for that, to much risk and that is coming from a holder who knows the risk but is happy to lose if need be.
Serious question, What are the chances of this ever recovering to 1-2p?
You should be if not already, retired my old pal.
As for MOS, who knows we shall as I keep saying find out in time, one way or another.
Yeah, :-) I know. Turning 65 soon and I don’t know why, but SB reminds me so much of good old Hoss. Plus, you have a dead dead horse of a company here and Indians on the trail to get his scalp....
What happened to the Directors getting booted? And how is this dead horse still afloat???
Bonanza? You are showing your age... :-)
Just stopping by to see if MOS is delisted yet, and to my surprise, it’s still here! How? Why? The cash burn alone should have forced this three legged dead horse to the slaughter already? What are we waiting for? Another fake RNS? The next rampage? The Indians to kick out SB? At this point, this is like a bad and boring episode of Bonanza...
I do have a feeling a resolution here is going to happen before the end of this month - delisting, rights issue or RTO - all still possible (especially considering the recent appointment) Still high risk ... (a bit like Brexit lol)
337507, what are you doing mate! Be confident in your decision and if not then don't buy in haste same for selling, silly loss.
36% spread.
what's got this excited?
This will do 200-300% today lol up 60% how? Why?
Be happy when its over one way or another, taking its time.
Yes it is interesting.
I am still holding, still wondering what the future holds if anything, shouldn't be long to find out.
One thing I’ve noticed is That The cash has lasted a surprisingly long time, at £25k cash burn a month, if you take out the pay the directors are taking then the remainder of the business doesn’t seem to take much recently at all.
Based off £220k cash in April to ~£60k cash at the moment
Say no more.
...begins with "S" and now posts elsewhere? Shame they love to tell us when they are buying ... but never when they decide to sell out.
