The new investments come despite market turbulence for clean-energy startups (WSJ)
Yup - someone is gonna have to talk to someone unless the MMs start printing shares.
God forbid they should actually, y'know, make a market ...
Going to negotiated for me this morning... strange as it's not like mega or any volume...
When Alexander said in the video last month that he is in daily contact with the Ministries of Mines, Justice and Finance is the conversation along the lines of………
‘Morning, how are you?’
‘Morning, all good thanks
‘Speak tomorrow’
‘Yep’
In all seriousness he was very bullish that it is nearly there, ‘final few points’, and we will be ‘updated in near future’. Surely it can’t be long now
Ooh - perhaps he's been tipped the wink then cos I'm as sure as I can be (and have mentioned this before) that any deal with the US military would have to be kept quiet for as long as possible - might explain Friday's MM shenanigans and yesterday's volume.
Neodymium still climbing chaps , +12.6% for the month now.
I think it could be much, much longer than since January. In my memory we are waiting since September 2021.
Yeah I noticed that
Yep, with US embassy and Lazarus tagged in.
From today

Seriously since EISHA approval made the MDA the next step so end of Jan
They aren't waiting for approval they are 'negotiating' a win-win....
How long has the company been awaiting approval?
At end of day I couldn't buy anything unless on negotiated order....let's hope it's a good sign
I wish the ministry of mining would deal with the current mining companies in the country rather than trying to get more in. Easiest way to attract investment is to actually do a deal! Ha
They wouldn't let anything other than a 1 share buy go through on Friday - even with a limit order.
Expect games.
In Malawi not a poison chalice
Minister of mining giving off positive vibes...I noticed she's touring lots of mining investment events around southern African neighbours to attract more mining companies

..Since Friday, either large buy order being filled or ii short of shares! Selling not a problem on a decent bid.
With Cotec coming along for the big event in Birmingham this week with Will and Al Watson presenting tomorrow and an Innovate investor meet on Tuesday....
Is the Tysley plant about to be declared up and running? It would make sense and be perfect timing...
Expecting some news this coming week... probably not that one we all want beginning with M though :)
but still some excitiement
Again ultimately to me, the real value is going to be Mine to Magnet with the whole recycling REs and manufacturing magnets once up and running making that step very easy
Plus the mining upside from Malawi is actually huge .. Alex downplayed the Rutile a little in the vid and for sure nothing can much move there or with the Uranium which is going to be a huge growth commodity until Songwe MDA and funding... but if true Mkango are sat on a bigger Rutile resource than Sovereign has then well......Meanwhile, Cotec gets to pick away at what it wants
They aren't really interested in actual mining though so the part they are after and actively eating away is HyproMag.... Mkango needs to get a shift on with unlocking the mining potential and its profits... so it itself can be the one taking Birmingham Uni techs on
Would not surprise me if cotec buy, merge with mka at some stage. Hope it is the other way round however.
Got rather interesting with some impressive players giving likes!
