Seeing a lot more volume recently, looks like there has been a seller but new buyers have been soaking up the shares. It feels like we are ready to fly. Ridiculous market cap considering the NAV so very little downside, huge upside potential....

"We are pleased to see another exciting investment being made by SVV in order to further develop our AI-focused investment portfolio. An investment in an innovative company like Ittybit underscores our commitment to advancing AI technology and supporting high-growth enterprises."
Great news for a change

Nicholas Lee, Director of Mindflair, commented:
"It is encouraging to see the first investment being made by the third SVV fund into a growing company in the AI space. This investment again highlights the great potential within Mindflair's exciting AI focused investment portfolio."
If you listen to comments made by those connected with the Company they believe that events are coming which will release value. However the share price clearly indicates a lack of confidence in the Company strategy.
There also appears to be skepticism about the true asset value.

In view of today's share purchases, thus so far as writing, 703,000 share equating to £4K in quick succession. Why not follow suit if you're brave enough and have the bottle to chase potential upside ? It is the best and only positive indication after a very long time of inactivity, FACT.
Mcap is around £1.4 million, they have £700k from the recent raise, £600k in cash and liquid assests and around £5.4 million in investments. Selling seems to have exhausted itself, price has begun trading sideways .....feels like it is going to go pop. Just need some volume or a little spark to bring in the buyers......

The Market appears not to be bothered one way or another. 1 trade suggests there are no surprises ?
Usually the traders get wind of anything untoward or otherwise long before the market and adjust the share price to suit.
But so far everything is as clear as mud.
I couldn't find it either, always concerned that they might take it private, what is the chances of that happening as it is AIM and all sorts of dishonest things happen there. Want to buy in at this price but not if there is a chance of a delist
Has anyone been able to find, and download the full text for the GM ? If so would it be possible to upload it here ?
Hi Derbyday. I think that it has been well and truly "docked" ?
Will this dog ever wag its tail?

The most I would want to pay for MFAI shares is around 0.85p, even at that price I believe them to be overpriced ? But this is the Corporate world, with a little Corporate hype, and momentum buying could push the price to around 2.5p towards end February.
Well ! Well! No surprise here, and Not far wrong from the next phase truth ? So that will be 274 or so millions shares issued now.
Have any Investee Companies shown a return on the invested monies, or has MFAI shares given any sustained shareholder value upside ?
Thanks for the clarification Baygot. I stand corrected !
As I understand it ...
Nominal value of each share GBP 0.0025
In my opinion the next phase in the Corporate development, will be a share restructuring in order to potentially make the shares more attractive to Institutional Buyers. I stand corrected if the Nominal price is 1p, and with the share price trading below this at .93p, there is a tight price range to which new shares can be issued. So either a new raft of Preference shares issued, and or the existing shares having to be re-aligned ? Either way, a Corporate entity with a market Cap of circa £1.7Mns is well off the radar.

There's no worth having a Rolls Royce if you can't afford the juice to run it ?
Check out the RNS. Although an investee company is being liquidated, there is a very positive statement at the end of the RNS.
"the Company is still trading at around 30% of its NAV."
Huge upside potential here.

"OUTLOOK
The portfolio construction of Fund I is complete and is now at the realisation stage. Several companies are attracting interest from potential acquirers, with some engaged in ongoing discussions for several months. Others are preparing for follow-on funding rounds, with the potential for higher valuations. Fund II is in the early stages of the investment cycle, and the investment team is encouraged by the quality of its initial investments and the developing deal pipeline.
The Company's performance has been stable in a challenging economic environment, marked by higher inflation, higher interest rates, and geopolitical tensions. These factors continue to impact public and private markets and have slowed private market deal activity. However, the Company believes its investment portfolio is well positioned for significant returns in breakthrough technology sectors. The Investment Manager will be actively exploring exits for Fund I in 2024."

Those that bagged profits on the way up 38% to 54% locked in profits nicely on .98p purchase profits. I believe that there might be another.3 fall before buying back in churned profits takes place.
Try the same trick again, beat the market, buy in at circa .95. if Mindflair has as good investments as the Companies allege, then there is Corporate support. But play momentum buying and hype to your advantage, but sell out when decent profits presented to cover dealing costs. Small Profit Quick Returns all the way to the Bank.

Always happens if there isn't news or insiders continuing to buy ahead of news to back up a rise so was always likely to drop back yesterday and today
"News on Monday" from other sources has not arrived, so not many took the bait. However market marked down price on drip drip sellers. Share price could drift on the fallout from Friday's momentum buying.
If anything share price retreat pressure could last this session ?

1.6 on offer 1.4 to sell still moving and no herd superb!!!
5-Dec-23 10:44:00 1.50 1,500,000 Unknown* 1.25 1.40 22.50k
100% inbound
Those that bought in early. Might be a wise move to lock in some 38% profits, run the remainder, however buy in on retreat from locked in profits. Momentum buying supporting the fragile share price rise for now is my opinion.

1.3 now
Come on big fella! 1.25 on offer now!
BID moving, was 1, then 1.066 then, 1.12 now 1.13 MM wont hold this down if buying pressure creeps in which its seem likely
PIRI didn't do anything for me but with money from sales due this is likely to prop. up the price substantially. Peanuts at the mo and the bid is on the move with buys!
GEDW you are right some big buys, had this in the back of the bottom drawer for a few years, maybe I will recoup my losses after all!
