Ministerial Resolution, sounds to me like a long process to be honest. I don't really know the workings of the gov in Mongolia, but from whats happend so far, we could still be someway from the EL.
Dozza, thanks for posting. ATB
Had this reply off PM when i asked them to clarify the last RNS before i had read the bottom section of the RNS
Thank you very much for your query.
The outstanding technical issues relating to the Plan of Development have now been addressed by the Company and members of the Mineral Resources Professional Council (MRPC) signed off on these clarifications.
The Company is making the necessary but minor amendments to the Plan of Development documentation in parallel with the MRPC finalising its conclusion. The formal application for award of the Exploitation Licence has been submitted to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and after review and approval by the relevant departments, the Licence award will be formalised in a ministerial resolution.
2 years waiting for EL! please tell me if you call it supportive?
Why keep saying government is supportive.
By now we should have had 20wells running.
Have a great day guys.
Q2 can be no more than a hope because it is a process out of the Company's control
I'd love to be proven wrong though!
Missed plenty of targets in this last 12 month, no reason to think they'll hit this one imo, more like July probably
I do not think we were told a day just that they had been approved and were with minister for signature. My thinking is the results were already known for year and most of the RNS was on the EL and not the results is the document had only just been approved and handed to minister recently. So who knows how long.
Maybe less than 29 days? What day where the necessary documents handed in and the process started?? GLA
I also believe ( in hope ) that a recent tweet actually did put a legal timescale of issuance in motion, leaving 29 days.
You read what you wish.
Nothing sets in stone a date that the EL must be granted by. Certainly not by a company.
U could say the focus was early Q2 to get on the process. Now that has been done ( the focus early in W2) and gone the focus is elsewhere and the EL is not the focus now.
It obviously is, but to me, I’m thinking a strong negotiation for farm in and funding is part of providing budget for 1st year of grant. A requirement of the process is this budget. And any delay to get a better deal is acceptable.
The CEO said in his video that he expects to have the EL license by the end of Q2, so that leaves us with 7 more days for the license. You can't get it much more clearer than that
Conrad: I assure you that all of us investors are very impatient regarding the EL grant. And yes, you read correctly: End of Q2. There should be some type of (hopefully good) news by the end of this month.

Just looking back at the RNS’ I noticed this phrase from the 12th April “ We are focused on successfully completing the Exploitation Licence application procedure and submitting the application to the Minister for award of the Licence early in Q2 2021.”
I was originally looking for where they had stated it would be awarded before the end of Q2 as has been discussed in here. Could this have been a mistake and should have read Q3?
