Yes he has acknowledged my message and says he will update Monday.
Intriguingly though Chariot is still listed among the list of company links but is not mentioned on the list. Did he simply forget or has he quietly dropped them from the list. Pedator and San Leon are neither in the links or on the list this year so there is still hope.
Is this what this is about?
This looks the sort of article that a Moroccan Malcy might have written. but what is the gamble. Maybe this is why it is 8p and not 22p at the moment. Are all those 2024 dates ones we are already familiar with ? I thought first gas was 2025 and it was the new onshore ones that were 2024 if successful.
The Anchois project is a gamble, but one that Chariot Oil & Gas and its partners believe is worth taking. With an estimated development cost of $400 million, the stakes are high.
Apologies, I have not read back over previous comments as there are just too many yah boo sucks type comments but it seems to me that Chariot have done their bit and delivered a good deal but the timing co-incided with stronger than usual words from COP28 about fossil fuels. Everything seems to be in place for a re-rating over the bnext few months regardless of the onshore drill. That would be a lovely bonus.
To be fair, we're all starting to wonder - silence does that to you. JOG for example has published it's farm out details - a good deal by all accounts and it went up 15% . It's just the way things are with AIM at the moment. 15% on CHAR would take it to 16 so KB may not be far off. It's already a 10 bagger since 2018 taking into account dilutions etc.
I'm in both too but more in CHAR although if I thought JOG news would come first it would be the other way round.
Could be very nice indeed if you get the order of CHAR and JOG news right.
This was Simon Thompson's take - Bearing this in mind, the directors expect to be awarded a new onshore Moroccan Licence imminently. The area covered by the new onshore licence is an overlooked, conventional, shallow gas play in a basin with a high historic success rate of 80 to 85 per cent and low development costs.
Does anyone on here remember the Cookie Bear from the Andy Williams show in the early 70's - The programme which also introduced us to the Osmonds. If so does anyone see the similarity between us Chariot punters and the Cookie Bear? If you don't remember there are some clips on you tube.
Not going to get too excited till it breaks 19 as the charty types on here said it couldn't go below 18 but it did and some. 19 says we are making progress from the benchmark level.
Saw them on that tour and many times since.
All three of these companies are expected to leap on good news in the near future. What order do you expect the companies to announce their good news ?

We're all waiting for something big to happen but may have overlooked that it already has. If we go back 4 years, we had a share price of 3p and a Market Cap of £15m with about 480m shares in issue.
We now have a share price of around 15p and a Market Cap of £150m with almost 1.1bn shares in issue.
So in this time we effectively have a 10 bagger. However because the shares have actually 5 bagged and the dilution s of 3 Raises is about 50% , it simply doesn't feel like that. In Mid 2020 Finn Cap were forecasting 31p per share and if you remove the 50% dilution then the shares are effectively worth 29p so almost at that target.
So anyone who put £1000 into the company in July 2020 but did not participate in any of the fund raising now has £5,000 and yet we are all still expecting so much more to happen. Maybe it already has and that's why all this good news is not shifting the share price.
I think we all knew / feared that there would be at least one more raise before good news but in order to sell the raise they obviously have not shared bad news to the new shareholders and I imagine that must be because the future looks bright. So next step is FID which was due in H1 but is now late but these things happen in complex negotiations. Whether this will lead to the step change we have all been waiting for or whether we will have to wait till first oil, it does seem like our day is finally coming and we are all impatient to hear the good news.
1) Why is the chance of commerciality only 25%
2) Why would you remove it ?
Dies that not just mean that they may headquarter somewhere else
If its profit taking to bolster the year end financials then it may be Thurs before it goes up again.
