There are more questions than answers after this AGM. I don't think IMHO this will change the mood and aspire confidence. We have to be totally honest and say they are not confident about taking advantage of the drilling season this year
Ray ; but for me the million dollar question is ; ' what is causing the delay in the district land access signing given that the district committee voted in favour of MATD more than 2 months ago now ? '
The tripartite agreement IMO will take ages to resolve - so we need to know how what is going on with the district committee's paperwork to officially grant access.
Did nobody ask this question ?
Mike confirmed that they require a permit to start the operations and would not be doing it illegally.
Master, from what I recall he said that the Overlapping issue is what is preventing the Govonor from signing and can only be resolved by either the Cabinet reducing the approved area or the District/Prov to reduce the protected area that was set incorrectly by them. He did not give a timescale for this but instead was trying to focus on the District approval for the 2024 operational window.
Are they going to push on with Heron production this summer even without the signature ???????
I am sitting on the sidelines for now, So disappointed with the internal games with the Govenor of Dormond and MATD. I am sure it's payback for when the company took him to court
Where's Professional today ? He missed a great short from 4.4p down to 2.5p straight after the RNS which would have given him a 40% profit, and has been going on every day for weeks now about buying in on an imminent raise....Guess he got it wrong again.
If you want dividends, then look at Card Factory, which has just restored it's dividend, and is now going great guns again.
A question about a divi in relation to MATD shows that some ' investors ' have their heads in the clouds...
Cash will last until 2025 although when Heron is up and running in 2024 the main focus will be to stabilise this income stream.
What good is the cash reserved and sitting for a purpose that you have no control over???
This is long overdue.
The point i am making is nothing changes until the boots are on the ground.
Yes I think MB did answer well and I have lot more respect for the guy. He has answered my questions regarding it being personal and regarding the plan to hep the locals.
Master82 ; and also surely, what has been holding up the land access paperwork signing, given that the district committee voted in favour of MATD over 2 months ago now ?
I still think that this is more likely to be the way ahead, whereas the special purpose tripartite agreement would need the signature of the intransigent governor.
Dividend question on a company that's not producing had me in stitches. 😂
MB sounds reasonable. I will stop blaming him anymore. Probably international arbitration is the only self defense we can trigger at the moment. Hope sp will go north as we have no near term cash raise in sight. Who knows, maybe district guys will do us a favor suddenly. fingers crossed.
I missed the beginning due to driving . What did he say about district approval on non overlapping land. Do we still need the governor t sign?
Master, it will be on PM website shortly
Some good questions posted by my fellow shareholders today. Good too know there are sensible people amongst us. Fair play to MB it seemed like he answered everything that was submitted. If your looking for a dividend perhaps you should buy Shell.
What exactly has he said about the land access signing off contract ? I have read that it's 'going to take a bit longer ' but what has he stated has held it up ? For me that's the most important point of all.
Bus has gone chap.
Mike also confirmed that all equipment has been purchased and is ready to get Heron 1 into production and that all funding required as part of the last raise is still set aside and secure.
What time is the AGM
Master - They usually drop a link to the recording at some point.
It’s going to take a bit longer. There are funds to the end of 2024. Keep you expectations realistic and stop listening to WOS and his BS.
"Can we also stop people saying it's "any day now!!!!!!!!!!!!" "Soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM" too...EVERY.SINGLE.BL00DY.DAY?"
Indeed.
WOS - any contrition for getting this so horribly wrong, despite all your intel and research?
Fair play to MB for answering some of my harsh questions.
I thought he will not even look at them.
Is there anyway of listening to it again. I missed the beginning due to very bad coverage of data.
