No it reads per annum for 4 years. Nice try kread!
If it was over four years I don’t think they would mention “annual”
I thoroughly agree, Kread has proved himself time and time again to be an anus..
Good luck all invested at mast.
Yup, per annum 817k gross profit plus the other contract. It’s written very clearly and I can see how it can be interpreted differently tbh.
No it doesn't it has a GROSS profit 812,000 over the next 4 yrs.
And the word gross needs to be remembered as net is at best 20%.
So keeping the light on will be difficult.
Really don't think it is pa reads to me as total upto 28
Market also sees that. So next few weeks of down we go.
That’s how I read it originally…. So does mast have a combined annual gross profit from its pyebridge cm contracts of £817,000 guaranteed until 2028??
The RNS says:
In addition to the current CM Contract, as previously announced MED's Pyebridge site has secured further Capacity Market contracts to ensure minimum annual gross profit margin income totaling c. £817,000 until 2028
Note the term “minimum annual gross profit margin”
It’s per year.
As per the latest RNS: "MED's Pyebridge site has secured further Capacity Market contracts to ensure minimum annual gross profit margin income totaling c. £817,000 until 2028". Seems pretty clear to me the 817 figure is per annum.
I disagree reading the statement suggests 810k annually until 2028.
Kread,
“ Pointless extrapolating 30mw and 300mw”
No it is not, You keep referring to the millions that Mast have spent to get to its current position of 1 operating plant and 4 fully construction ready plants.
Therefore their potential revenue generation based on pye bridge revenue is perfectly viable.
Your agenda here is clear, years of abuse towards Mast in your posting history. You are however correct in my misinterpretation of the £817,00, thanks for the correction.
The funding of the other plants will most likely be on similar terms to the recent river fort loan. Unless they can pull off a successful J.V.
Thought that was the sentence you was referring to. Though pls bear in mind that is over the next 4 years so 200k pa.
Do the calcs again on that and you will find a much more realistic figure to base the mc on.
Pointless extrapolating 30mw and 300mw.
Mc will be based on what they have been able to achieve which is not a lot then a bit added for what they can achieve.
With the big variable of the weather and arising debt.
Riverfort have a charge on the company as well so a lot of pressure and probably a lot of dilution when mast can't pay the loan.
Peeps need to read their Rns there is so much bugging up and look closer you will see its all maybes

Where did you find:-
Pyebridge guaranteed revenue from cm contract £812,000
Pls share.........
Agree beef! Some jostling on Friday, the real moves will come over the next few sessions as it re rates. 1.2 m mcap is pitiful and massively undervalued.now.
A bit of number crunching and here’s what we know.
Pyebridge guaranteed revenue from cm contract £812,000
That equates to £90,000 per m/w
Revenue from PPA statkraft £400,000
That equates to £44,000 per m/w
If you use those figures as a guide to mast other sites totalling 30MW and further end game of 300mw you get the following.
30MW minimum annual revenue =£4,023,640
300MW minimum annual revenue = £40,569,600
With a current MC of just 1.2million you can only imagine the potential upside here.
Lots of work to be done financing the above projects but we know the numbers add up to make this viable.
Good luck all…
Im not too bothered about today.. its the general "theme" thats important here.. if Kibo stay away from the sell button for a while and updates keep flowing then at some point the market will take notice..
Its only my view that this company "could" be undervalued.. each hurdle they jump makes the thesis more credible..
So far so good.. keep it going Mast... anything under 2p could turn out to be a real bargain in 12 - 18 months from now..
Classic Friday, Mm had buyers at 55 almost all day and they drop it into close to mug one person. Sad really.
Todays small sellers are being mugged, they will pay higher now or more for us long buyers and holders.
s
Added some on bid under .55 to easy to take of small PIs
expect decent push once minors are out again at a loss.
53 to sell moving up again
Can’t get anything over 1k worth. Nt all the way
Positive sentiment here only
Bid looking strong for .55-6 tick up
Can buy anything .55, not much. Looks like we have to start buying .6 soon, ok with that too.
bring it on.
Where is Petroinvestor???? He’s going very quiet!!!
