Btw if either of these investors agreed to move their business into LVCG for an exchange of 100 million shares it won’t be quite 29% - personally I would like both businesses added - the company split into two divisions - a CEO for each division - and DC becoming non-exec Chairman - let’s see which prediction is closer..
It makes me laugh! We get a small group of blue and Knco is here telling us we're off to the MOOON!
Like Friday, except in the afternoon a big sell came along.... I expect the same this week.
When news comes (and I mean RNS) then we'll see the truth.
It’s a dream that any of you guys are currently shareholders - stop with the pretence! (and if you are - stop trashing your investment - it’s like smashing all your windows and doors of your house - let’s wait and see!)
Knco / Tintin - we've so missed your ramping !
Their is only one way that a cornerstone investor is going "come in above 3p" ... and that if two investors each take 29.9% of the company for around £2.5m each on condotion that their representatives get the CEO & Chairman roles, plus one other BoD member of their choice, plus one NED each, such that every future decision for this company will be made by them and ratified by their Board appointees. DC gets given a nominal 'consulting' salary to swan around the globe with the missus doing little of value and saying even less. In due course they hope the company gets valued at £10m (of which they own 60%) and they make it grow at 20% per annum, through their efforts. I'd say the chances of a couple of competent business managers seeing this as a worthwhile investment, even on those terms, is less than 10% ... but let's all dream on !
Simple ..... we all post things on here that we sometimes regret afterwards. I think a 10p price by summer is a wild prediction. But so is a post threatening to take another poster to court.
ASi alot is happening behind the scenes and there is a reason news hasn’t been announced but it’ll benefit us, we will get news fairly soon though, i havent just plucked this figure out of thin air. You can either buy more(if you actually own shares) and make a killing or you can continue being negative
"i stand my 10p plus target short-medium term"
I'm uncertain if your suggestion is a 'target' or rather a guarantee, and 'by Summer' was your exact phrase originally, which is only a month away. Are you now shifting the goalposts and losing some confidence in your conviction?
Show it’ll do a lot more but step by step, i stand my 10p plus target short-medium term, wont go up in straight line but there is alot of news in the pipeline, now is the time to buy more folks
I’m sure it will get back about 1p eventually - the min debt conversion price … a lot will depend on whether a deal is signed - at least there’s two potential investors - which in theory increases the odds for a deal
Knco I see all buys again today. I had a good weekend with my horse and picked up a couple of rossetts for jumping. I hope this jumps by 90% so I can unload mine without loss but I miight kick myself if it then doubles again.
£7k buys today, follow the money
Only 13 trades but all buys which is the best news since April, let it contine please.
Join the bandwagon, I want my 1p back and that is a long way off as the sellers will jump in I suppose.
I’m sure we will all be celebrating 🥳
Have a good weekend gentlemen
(and ladies)
👍😂😂😂
Thats the plan!
Sue, I cannot believe it. For once we are in agreement :-)
HL, for all our benefits let’s hope it won’t be long 😂
Sue, I cannot wait.
To all those that have no confidence in DC/lvcg.
If all goes well with investors etc and SP continues to climb, you’ll be able to get your money out and invest it elsewhere.
Simple, it is useless to explain to those with blindfolds on the situation the company is in or the true facts of the matter. I know what Sarah has told me and her feelings on LVCG. No further assumptions or discussions by us poor mortals are going to change the eventual outcome.
Everyone bar DC is a looser. Believe it or don't believe it, that is everyones right.
Almost £14k buys no sells follow the money
Buys keep coming
"As for Sarah, I’m sure if she’s not happy with the agreements she would walk out and take DC to a tribunal for none payment of wages."
She would have three months minus one day from the date of the initial event to begin early conciliation. Following that, she would have at least one month to file a claim with the tribunal. It seems the duration of her wage loss exceeds the permissible period; thus, her only alternative might be to accept the existing offer.
"If memory serves me correct DC made it very clear we would not hear until the end of May after all involved done there due diligence."
Reports have surfaced (through RNS) that both potential cornerstone investors have agreed to non-binding Heads of Terms. This agreement ensures shareholders are fully informed of the cornerstone investors' contributions and exempts the company from NDAs during negotiations. However, no specific details have been disclosed about what these cornerstone investors will bring to the table, apart from vague hints. There is no need to postpone shareholder updates until due diligence is finalised and decisions are reached. Such delays in information disclosure could affect share value and potentially violate AIM rules and the Companies Act 2006. Following an extended suspension due to financial irregularities, the company remains under scrutiny for possible future breaches of AIM rules. Yet, it appears to take no action to inform the market or enhance share value. It seems as though the company's director contemplates another suspension by AIM as a way to evade responsibility if the cornerstone investors withdraw.
There have been no updates regarding these cornerstone investors or the progress of mutual due diligence.
If memory serves me correct DC made it very clear we would not hear until the end of May after all involved done there due diligence.
As for Sarah, I’m sure if she’s not happy with the agreements she would walk out and take DC to a tribunal for none payment of wages.
