Just six months money left and like when they diluted holders into junk bog paper, they did so well before the cutains were about to come down.

It seems all the talk to get the SP above .0025 has failed as I would have put my bottom dollar they were trying to ramp it with all the talk about millions but now they have a problem it seems and time is not on their or stakeholders side.

With a market cap of around £24 million and net assets of circa £36 million bearing in mind the cash being held, I guess it is being seen as fair value but not for me at this level but if they want to buy the rest of the shares if the shares fall further when the next guidance is relesed, it does set the highest price they might have to pay.

He might be a nice guy but he failed miserably to grow the paying customer based to the level that they could raise funds at a higher level to roll out an internatinal sales drive.

He had no idea how to market and was just throwing seeds in the air hoping one or two would fall on fertile ground and growe.

However, if the maketing is successful then ths increases rapidly, and this would allow BIRD to raise in another round at a much higher level (August) to fund a truely international push, if not bought out as it becomes a serious player.

The opposite, as they are now ready for a rapid expansion and ready to build critical mass, which in turn will drive revenue growth, so it’s the most exciting part that can be achieved, which in turn will result in a much higher share price, as numbers of users increase rapidly.

You should not have tinker with their own presentation, they have proven themselves to be as fit for purpose as a condom with holes.

It seems that investors will be looking to escape without letting to much blood, however due to the repeated dilution it seems unlikely that they will be able to liquidate without suffering serious losses if they bought in a few years ago.

The only hope is someone buys the company for around 3/4p which will be a great premium as elevate is not market ready even.

Nothing exciting and hence the shares are trading at 2.1/2.3p the company is short of cash, they managed to get almost £500k at a big discount, the shares dropped and have not recovered and look like the proverbial pig in the poke.
