It sounds like there will be more raises to fund growth and losses but the growth in the softwear side is impressive.

One to watch in a couple of years maybe but to many ifs and buts for now.

Just supported by the dividend but one bad day in the market and you could loose a lot more than the divi impo.

Terrible figures but a lot of huff and puff about the future.

Daft statement, everyone knew that content creators wanted everything for free, you didn’t need to spend fortunes finding that out. What is more stupid is saying it, as though it was not obvious to any half wit .

Well the market has shown it agreed with my earlier summing up of the prospects of any future trials of this.

Still some managed to exit without more pain.

They have plenty of choices to make at these levels and unless one of believes they could be onto something big they keep an eye out for better opportunities like investor do with stocks, often getting it wrong, as most of us do at times.

Not exactly a resounding success and not the best of cases for continued investment seeing such limited success.

Still, I suppose holders have got to hold onto threads if they are so far underwater with the stock that they get so little back that they can afford to take the losses.

This is a bit like SpaceX is going to be by the looks of it. Wait lifetimes only to find out that it’s only TB and friends that have enjoyed the ride before their funeral.

The last 200,000 plus looks like a buy to me.

Just six months money left and like when they diluted holders into junk bog paper, they did so well before the cutains were about to come down.

It seems all the talk to get the SP above .0025 has failed as I would have put my bottom dollar they were trying to ramp it with all the talk about millions but now they have a problem it seems and time is not on their or stakeholders side.

The Estate of Black has been a seller still with 167 million shares they must want to get ride of I assume.

So they come out with this news just days after TB has been buying more shares, is that just a coincidence or someone might think it’s insider trading.

Seems like there is interest in BIRD today as it is up almost 12% now.

With a market cap of around £24 million and net assets of circa £36 million bearing in mind the cash being held, I guess it is being seen as fair value but not for me at this level but if they want to buy the rest of the shares if the shares fall further when the next guidance is relesed, it does set the highest price they might have to pay.

Better making savings on Marketeing salaries and spend the money more effectively.

He might be a nice guy but he failed miserably to grow the paying customer based to the level that they could raise funds at a higher level to roll out an internatinal sales drive.

He had no idea how to market and was just throwing seeds in the air hoping one or two would fall on fertile ground and growe.

I like to see people that fail move on.

You are also going to see extra options added as the months go by, which will make news and drive interest.

Let us look at the facts: Cash at end of April £2.4 million, at end of 2025 £2.7 million, thery raised another £500k in Jan 2026 + £3.2 million - £800 four months burn rate, leaving £2.4m without increasing sales reckon another minus £1.6 million for the eight remaining months leaving £800k at end of year.

However, if the maketing is successful then ths increases rapidly, and this would allow BIRD to raise in another round at a much higher level (August) to fund a truely international push, if not bought out as it becomes a serious player.

The opposite, as they are now ready for a rapid expansion and ready to build critical mass, which in turn will drive revenue growth, so it’s the most exciting part that can be achieved, which in turn will result in a much higher share price, as numbers of users increase rapidly.

Not sure about millions, one plus maybe but we know for the past seven years or so he has been drawing a big salary plus expenses and pension, when I last looked oit was £200,000 plus perks, and for all his bluster he is pretty useless at gaining investment but is happy to undermine private investors to get hold of as little as £500,000 and is likely to be trying to raise more, and that maybe hard for him.

Move over and let an expert run the show or sell the company for anything over 2.5p if he can.

It’s in the pits and is it beyond restoration.

Ian and his merry men have played investors and mugged them with talk of potential hundreds of millions of value.

1,3000,000 sold at 16.27 at 1.4p but what I cannot understand is how a buyer got ripped off at seconds earlier buying 500,000 at 1.7p when they were available for a while at under 1.6p

So what will tomorrow bring 1p or 3p

Walking up before a raise maybe or some TB game. as per-form I guess.

This should make the city happy, to hay come through what has been and is a very difficult period with such a confident outlook is an achievement in itself.

The forecasts are not exciting, that and the spread being so high and many tired bulls will want out if it increases a little more impo.

Back on track and this rise will be welcome for all shareholders following a long bleak period.
